What's THE thing that can make you say NO to gelato 🍨? Too sweet? Sounds like a good reason. Melts too fast? Nah... Artificial flavors? That's definitely not ok. 👎 But for me, the worst thing that can happen to ice cream is ice chunks in the cream. That's a show stopper for me. 🛑 Unfortunately that's what I found in the cream from Sucre Glace. That's a pity cause their ratings were good, the flavors I tried (hazelnut and caramel) were great and the texture was fine (even though the cream melted quite fast, but the temperature that day was just crazy, 35ºC). But yeah, ice chunks... 😔 I guess that was just a hiccup but that's what I experienced that day. 🤷 There's no sitting inside or outside, but the place is located right on Canal Saint-Martin, so you can find plenty of lovely spots to sit along the canal. 🤩 That cream was quite pricey (€4.2 for the small one, €5.5 for the medium) and the sizes aren't clear cause we ordered a small cone and still paid the price of the medium format. 🫤 The scoops are rather small, btw. Probably worth another try next time I'm in Paris 🇫🇷 cause I'm sure I was unlucky with the ice chunks. . . . Tried some ice cream at a nice little place—really good and not too sweet, just how I like it. Only downside: no pistachio flavor that day, which was a bit of a letdown.

I got sorbet myrtille, chocolat 70% and pistachio ice cream. I liked pistachio and chocolate a lot, blueberry kinda. I would prefer if pistachio ice cream had pistachio particles in it, but they don’t do that in Europe. Anyways the taste was good. Chocolat 70% was very intense chocolate taste which I liked. Service is nice and the location is great to come near Canal Saint Martin and eat your ice cream :)

Not a sweet tooth but have to admit I like ice cream from this shop, natural colour of Pistachio and blueberry I chose. Will be back tomorrow again to try other flavours. Yummy!

I can’t resist stopping at this place whenever I pass by. The ice creams are always perfect. I really like pistache, noisette, and also the fruit flavors—they are all good. Every time I visit, the staff are always nice and kind. Buying an ice cream and sitting next to the St. Martin canal is just perfect❤️

Not a big fan of ice creams but this one was different. The sorbets are excellent and my favorite one was the pistachio. Can’t wait to be back to Paris to go there again. Lovely staff, the store is small but they are very quick though.

Great ice-cream and sorbets! I tried Blueberry & Apricot-Gingembre My friend took chocolate and salty caramel, both delicious. The patisserie looked super tasty as well, guess I’ll have to come back during the day for a coffe-break.

Some great flavors like hazelnut but yogurt and chocolate were not that good. Quite big portion. 3,7€ for 1 ball, a bit pricy. Cookie was terrible! Super dry and tasteless, impossible to finish. Not worth a visit
