As usual...GREAT! One of the best places in Lisbon. With Food, Music and Fun Fun This time was different, not a short group of people, couples, or even alone. It was a Winter Party! Company decided to offer to collaborators this special gift. The food was amazing! For start "Pumpkin cream soup with roasted almonds, vanilla and cinnamon flavour! I loved, it was a turn in the pumpkin soup! The "Salmon with fine herbs crust" was excellent. The skin crust was super crispy and tasty, the fish was cooked to perfection, not overcooked, which unfortunately happens often. It came with sautéed kale with violet potato puree (fantastic flavor and texture). The duck confit with creamy celery baby vegetables, mashed potatoes, and orange sauce was good, the meat was very tender, and there was also a bit of crispiness in some parts of the skin! For dessert, a "Catalan cream with pear confit and hot chocolate coutis" to sweeten the palate was also super delicious! During dinner, there was a dance performance by some artists to liven up the event! The super quality is maintained, even with large groups! The atmosphere is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s an ideal choice for a romantic dinner for two, yet equally welcoming for families. We visited with our two boys (8 and 10), and even they were captivated throughout the experience. SUD Lisboa is a standout destination in the city — perfect for celebrating moments, creating memories, or simply enjoying an exceptional meal in one of Lisbon’s most iconic settings. Beautiful restaurant, I think the menu needs more variety especially for Lisbon. The cocktail prices are overpriced for the quality. This is more of a to be seen establishment. We were too casually dressed having just completed a stroll however they were welcoming. Yes I would visit again without hestitation but I know not to order three cocktails lol. The oxtail pasta in my opinion was worth the price and that's about it, we ordered a shrimp appetizer that was also great. Everthing else we had was basic. If you are not willing to pay for the aesthetic this is not the place for you.

Super nice place to watch the sunset on the bridge! The view was incredible, food was fantastic and fell in love with the cheesecake, honestly would've licked the plate if given the chance. The service was nice, we were checked on a lot which was appreciated. Overall a nice place, good view & good food! Oh & I forgot to mention, there was a singer who was performing some songs and she was AMAZING!

If you really wanna try a very delicious food and also fine service it’s a bit pricey but really worth it then you have to choose Sulis boa the view there is amazing is one of the most beautiful places that you can have here in Lisbon and has the most beautiful view of 25 April Bridge and I totally recommend everyone to go there and to try their food their steak their spaghetti with truffle are the best side dish you can take there tiramisu is amazing. I have nothing else to add all they just go and try it because it’s really an amazing place.

Even though it’s still a bit expensive, the food is excellent. The music is great and the view is incredible. Gros vibe. However, they served me the worst piña colada of my entire life. I think rum was the only ingredient they checked off the list.

The food was good, though there weren’t many fish options—mostly meat. But the live singer, classy vibe, and beautiful view made the evening really enjoyable. We had a great time overall!

This is the most stylish modern restaurant I've ever been to. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, and the food is exceptional. While there's no official dress code, I recommend going in style—it's the perfect opportunity to wear your most fashionable outfits. In terms of cost, expect to spend approximately 100-200 per person, depending on your selections, with wine included.

This restaurant has 2 sides , like to clarify this 5-star review is only for the restaurant side and NOT the banquet side, cause the foods and services qualities are completely different, since we have dined at both locations for different occasions. We enjoyed every course we ordered here, from seafood, appetizers, to drinks and entrees. High quality food & exceptional service on top of the amazing view . Modern atmosphere with a classy tone. Convenient parking and close to many top tourist destinations. Highly recommend.

What a great place! From the beautiful views of the river, the bridge & sailboat boats going by to the vibe, great music, friendly service & really great food it was a great experience! The buratta app was delicious as were the perfectly seated scallops. The truffle pasta was decadent, also liked the mushroom risotto. The wine selection was nice. The rooftop bar was nice as well. They also had live entertainment with a singer with a phenomenal voice. Thoroughly enjoyed!

The BEST pasta I have ever had in my life. The service was great I got this recommendation from a friend and we walked in. We sat at the bar while we waited for a table and the sommelier gave us an amazing wine recommendation. We then moved to our table which had the best view of the sunset and the bridge. The ambiance was great and our table was perfectly situated in the restaurant. The pastas were so fresh and the pairing were perfect whether it was meat , pesto , or burrata it felt so fresh. This is a MUST visit if you find yourself in Lisbon 2/2 of my favorite places we ate at.

Second time dining here. Attended a lunch before, took my mom for dinner. The service was delightful and friendly. The food delish and found something for my mom who has a simple palate profile and is not always easy to please at upscale restaurants. The price/value of the experience is good. The food quality excellent, ambience excellent. We found the roaming karaoke singer a little discordant with a fine dining experience. We saw business people in suits, a group of tech people in variety of nicer clothes. We saw some trendy 20 something's getting drinks on the patio.

Very very disappointed with the attitude of the wait staff. The staff miskeyed the payment as dollars instead of euros and then tried to fight us on this when the receipt literally said that it was paid in dollars. This then turned into a 30 min ordeal where they could have just refunded the money but the waiter was extremely rude even though it was his colleagues fault! Even when we proved it to him that he was wrong he still refused to apologize. I truly am confused by the attitude of these people at a high end restaurant.

Sud Lisboa restaurant is a true vibe.. This restaurant has an exceptional view of the Ponte 25 de Abril Bridge on the Tagus River. Inside/outside seating with heat lamps. Two dining rooms on the main floor with floor to ceiling glass walls for easy viewing. Dim lighting for a perfect ambiance. Expansive space with great food, live entertainment, top shelf wine/champagne/liquor, and cigars. Cigars are smoked outside on the patio. Andre and Beatrice, our waiters were easygoing, impeccable customer service, great meal suggestions, and very attentive. Carla, the sommelier, provided us with great wine to pair with our dinner. We were not able to visit the rooftop swimming pool bar due to a private party. Overall, this was a phenomenal experience. Thank you, Sud.

We make reservations at 9:30 pm and we were told our table was not ready and had to go to the bar, at the bar we "ordered drinks" and the bartender never give us the drinks until we were sat at 10:05 pm. The food was really good, very nice place , they had live music but the bartender and the organization of the restaurant is not very good but the food was delicious

Awesome views of the water with great cocktails and staff. Dinner was also a great experience. I had the sea bass with saffron risotto and I would highly recommend it again. They had live entertainment, even on a Tuesday night. Definitely a place to try if you're looking for a great dining/cocktail experience.

The location on this place is excellent - if you're near by the art museum and you love costal view this is the place! I don't recommend the food as it's poorly presented , hostess is just a hostess , I didn't feel she knew the menu at all and really didn't make me want to stay and eat there. Once I tried the food - soup was less than mediocre and the entree that I could have only veggies wasn't not only veggies but tasted on beef. So it was not a good combo - I left hungrier than I came, but the ambiance is beautiful. Good for drinks, would not recommend for dinner. Hostess' need training to smile and like their job.

Excellent fresh shellfish, service ! Highly recommend it. Beautiful ambience with huge windows overlooking the river, excellent service and wine choices and great outdoor terrace for pre-dinner drinks. A must !

If you're an expat from San Francisco and feeling homesick, this is one of many spots for you. Beautiful bridge view with (EXPENSIVE) cocktails. 50USD for 2 drinks and a water -- definitely SF prices. The space is modern and trendy, geared towards the 40+ year old crowd. Mixed drinks are mediocre, but again you're paying for the view. Lots of expats, locals with $$$, and obviously tourist with $$$. This place isn't too crowded depending on the time and it's also quiet enough to actually have a conversation with friends w/o having to raise your voice.

Great experience here. The views were amazing. I would suggest you make reservations online for a busier night. We came here right before sunset and it was beautiful. This review is for the restaurant only. The menu was extensive we started off with two appetizers. The Italian PDO charcuterie and cheese board Burrata Great starters to share. The Burrata was so creamy. For my entree I got the John Dory over Black Rice. The rice was very creamy and the dinner portion was a nice size. I also ordered the signature cocktail Virgencita that was nice and refreshing. We ended the night with dessert ordering the crème brûlée and the SUD tiramisu. Everything was delicious! The highlight was the live singer singing R&B and the bathrooms reminded me of the matrix! This is a must visit!

Combination of classy atmosphere, excellent service, delicious foods and a perfect core of the portages 'golden gate bridge', waters and hills. We tried it for lunch and at that time it was a set menu, the selection was the perfect amount that leaves you feeling well but not full. Service is excellent and polite. I strongly recommend this place for family/friends gathering or a romantic dinner.

I truly have no idea what they could have done better. The atmosphere was terrific with a real vibe. View of the river is astounding. The food was great and the service was extremely professional and friendly. Then - live music pops up at 9. Just great and recommend to anyone in Lisboa.

An extremely elegant and classy place. The price point of the meals is upper end too. The view is incredible of the water and the multiple seating options is great. They have some very elegant bourbons and whiskeys. The service was mediocre.

My Uber driver did not mislead me. Mm mm mm! This place is upscale Portuguese dining. Views of the river, the bridge, amazing service, good food, swanky interior, and a lounge upstairs with a pool! What We Ordered: + Sea bass, 4/5 (didn't like the sauce) + Seafood soup, 5/5 (amazing!) + Lamb chops, 4/5 + Beef carpaccio, 5/5 I am now gonna order soups when I start my meals. Never thought they were worth it, but this place really did it for me. Entrees were good, but not amazing.

The food was just average and the portion sizes were smaller than expected, in spite of the rather high-priced menu items. We saw good reviews online, but we strongly disagree with those reviews.

We visited this spot while on our honeymoon and between the food, wine, and view it was exactly what we were hoping for! The fish and steak were both cooked perfectly, while we still dream about the sides we had. The location on the water is beautiful especially if you get to enjoy the sunset while sitting there. Treat yourself to a romantic night or to just some really delicious food!

Beautiful restaurant and the view just as beautiful. I did a sunset cruise on the boat and someone recommended this place for dinner as I wanted seafood. Now I'm not sure if it was just my dress code or that I was alone but they banished me to some corner of the restaurant even though there were plenty of seat open and I only need one. So not only was I banished but I was tactically ignored for about 30 minutes before I even had a waitress come over. And thankfully I was ready and placed my order right away. I got the seafood stew with mussels, prawns, shrimp, scallops, peppers and onions. It was hearty and well seasoned. I got a glass of white to go along think it would be lighter and less hearty than it was. But it still worked well paired. I also ordered a glass of water. Maybe just me thinking as an American but water, a glass of water should be free right?!? They charged me 3 euros for barely 10 ounces of water in some fancy glass. I was a little taken aback with the bill. The waitress didn't even seem apologetic especially after banishing me in the corner. I wanted to yell nobody puts baby in a corner but probably too American for a restaurant like that. The food was great and the atmosphere what I could see from my lonely booth in the view as great and explains my 3 stars. I debated 4 because it was so good but I was still frustrated about the water charge.

We had the worst experience at this restaurant. We ordered the prime rib (98 euros) and the beef steak (47 euro) and both were filled with grizzle and fat. The beef steak looked pan fried and was about 3/8" thick. The prime rib did not look like any prime rib we've seen before. We literally couldn't eat most of it. We then asked the waiter to show the chef and the waiter came back saying that the chef says it's the way it is and there was nothing he could do. When we called the manager over to give him feedback, he talked to the chef, came back and said the chef said that's the way it is and there was nothing at all he could do. I'm thinking the chef must be the owner because who is so arrogant that they have 3 polite, adult customers and he doesn't care at all what we think? Now, mind you, we had every intention of paying the full tab (180 euros) and we did so. We have had exceptional steaks in just about every major city we've traveled to and we wanted the Manager to at least understand we were not happy being served inedible meat. Alas, he changed the topic to the weather (not great, just like their food) and walked away. It was a completely lousy experience. We did laugh in the Uber all the way back to our fancy hotel thinking about the absurdity of what just happened and how even the Manager proved ineffective. Please be warned. Show less

Horrible experience at SUD Lisboa. We waited more than 1 hour to get the food, and we realized it wasn't the right one. We order steak tartar but got tuna tartar. So it was about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the correct order. Then waited 30 more minutes between each dish that we ordered... At the end we finished our lunch at 5:30pm, when we got to the restaurant at 2:30pm. The service is REALLY SLOW, and instead of having a good time, you end up in a bad humor. The only good thing is the view, but in my opinion there are better places where you can have a nice lunch and enjoy. This place is OVERRATED and I don't recommend it to anyone.

My friend and I were on vacation in Lisbon. We visited this restaurant and it was lovely. The staff were nice and polite. Everything we had was delicious. The seafood tasted so fresh. Highly recommend!

It was just a great experience. Comfortable seats, nice music, beautiful decor, very nice waitress. And the food was just amazing! Good selection of wine. The green apple desert with the caramel was delicious ! Great view by the pool upstairs, where you can have a drink before or after your dinner. Highly recommend it !

Sat upstairs at the restaurant to kill some time before dinner.Fantastic bar. The first drink was the house special and absolutely amazing in balancing flavors and being light yet impactful. I followed with a 23 year old rum and finished with another signature cocktail. The lounge atmosphere was great. The views unreal. The service was a bit slow (1 bartender and 1 server for 25 people) but they were friendly and attentive. Did not feel rushed and the experience was a highlight of my Lisbon trip.

I love their pizza romana - perfectly balanced flavors on crust that's crispy and airy at the same time! The folks who work here are lovely, the interiors are gorgeous, and the view from the patio simply cannot be surpassed - the rolling hills of the Tagus' south bank are sublime. Thank you, Sud!

Great location and delicious pasta and pizza at reasonable prices 15-20€ per person. They have a cute upstairs with loungers and a pool. Will be back!

We started with drinks out by the infinity edge pool and enjoyed the view of the bridge. We had a party of 10 on a Monday night and enjoyed excellent service from the attentive and knowledgeable staff. The live music was unexpected and so very enjoyable! All of our servers recommendations were spot on. The fried vegetable and seafood starter was excellent, as was the risotto gondoliere. Almost didn't follow the recommendation to try the creme brûlée, but so glad we did as it was really excellent with the tartness of the forest fruits sorbet really setting off the creaminess of the dessert.

Loved this place! Sat at the terrace outside. Very good drinks and a nice menu. The veal was real good and real different, i would def order that every time i go. Wish i had time to go here more often, i bet at night it's very nice for late night drinks. You will be right by the water so it may get a little cooler at night.
