Sudha’s Kitchen offers simple, home-style meals at a very affordable price. Their weekly subscription is especially budget-friendly and works wonderfully for people who plan to stay in Auroville for a longer period. The taste of the food is quite decent and good, and with a little improvement, it can become even better. I really like the ambience here—calm, homely, and welcoming. The service is excellent; they make sure we feel truly comfortable, almost like being at home. During the rainy season, it can be a bit challenging, but the indoor seating can comfortably accommodate about three people, making it a cozy spot even then. Overall, it’s a very comfortable place with warm people around.

Just visited Sudha’s Kitchen and totally loved the vibe! The place is full of greenery, super peaceful, and the best part – it’s pet-friendly..... Had their fresh salad and it was really good – super fresh and tasty. You can tell they use quality stuff. The people working there were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Such a happy and chill environment overall. If you’re into vegan food or just want to try something healthy in a nice setting, definitely check this place out......

The falafel plate, chocolate cake, and pita sandwich at this café are absolutely delicious! The food is not only tasty but also feels light and healthy — you can tell it’s cooked with care and good-quality ingredients. The portion sizes are just right, and the flavours are well-balanced. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both the preparation and presentation. The overall vibe of the café also adds to the experience — calm, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d recommend and love to come back to!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, genuine hospitality that immediately set the tone for an exceptional meal. I indulged in a variety of dishes — the Falafel Plate, Mediterranean Plate, Hummus Plate, Falafel Pita Sandwich, Fresh Salad, Fresh Juice, Chocolate Mousse, and Truffles — and each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. The flavors were authentic, vibrant, and impeccably balanced. Every bite reflected freshness and precision, showcasing true Mediterranean craftsmanship with a touch of homely comfort. The ambience of Sudha’s Kitchen deserves special mention. Set amidst a natural, serene environment, the space radiates calmness and simplicity — a perfect blend of earthy charm and elegance. Dining here feels like being welcomed into a warm home surrounded by nature’s quiet beauty. The service was nothing short of outstanding. The waitstaff were attentive, courteous, and anticipated every need with grace. What truly elevated the experience was Chef Sudha herself. She personally interacted with every guest, ensuring everyone felt cared for and comfortable. Her warmth and hospitality were heartfelt — she treats her guests not as customers, but as friends welcomed into her own home. Good food. She is sweet and open to little bit customisation as she is the one who cooks. I liked all food prep. We had Vegan omelette, Falafel Plater & Tofu sandwich. All were food and freshly made. Also they have 3 cute dogs.

Sudha's Kitchen in Auroville is a great place to eat! Their food is yummy, especially the platters. I really like how they use lots of veggies that taste good without being too spicy. And oh, their hummus is so good! I've tried many dishes there, and I loved them all. Even though it can be a little expensive, I still went there many times because the food is so good. They always have a good variety of veggies, especially in their Mediterranean platter. It's worth the price because the food is top quality and there are lots of different things to try. If you're looking for a tasty meal with lots of veggies, Sudha's Kitchen is the place to go in Auroville. Their food is delicious, and you won't be disappointed! Also good company from some sweet cats and dogs :)
