If you want to experience real Indian food — the kind packed with layers of flavour, texture, and aroma — this is the place to go. I genuinely can’t remember the last time I tasted cod that actually tasted like cod, complemented by such an incredible bouquet of unfamiliar yet amazing spices. Every dish was a little surprise in the best way. The staff are attentive, friendly, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. And the food? Easily 11 out of 10. The only question we forgot to ask: why is there pork on the menu? Maybe it’s just the European influence — bold guess — but honestly, the authenticity of the kitchen is strong enough without adjusting for local expectations. And that authenticity is exactly what you’ll find here. A truly flavourful adventure. Thank you for bringing this kind of food into the world.

The restaurant was recommended to me and I can safely say it was every bit as good as I had been led to believe. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, the service was perfect and the food was just amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good authentic curry at a reasonable price.

Firstly it took them 10 minutes to attend me and handover the menu. I ordered for an Indian Old Fashioned ( it was a visual treat but the taste wasn’t upto the mark considering it’s a fairly simple cocktail ). For the mains i ordered a Madras Pork Curry ( the gravy/sauce was hot and heavenly but the chunks of pork were dry and chewy) and Tandoori Roti ( very substandard ). The desert Amarkhand was edible but the modern twist was unnecessary. The restaurant is in a great location with nice interiors and very rude employees ( barring one gentleman who seemed to me of Indian origin and was quite well mannered ). I found most of the fair skin employees very racial and made me feel very unwanted. I have visited more than a few dozens of top notch Michelin star restaurants all across the globe but have never encountered such behaviour.

Very tasty experience! Delicious food, very nice service and a cozy atmosphere. And if you like it hot then it’s really hot dishes to choose from (they are specifically marked). We really enjoyed our dinner!

Tourist trap! Since when do you charge for TAP WATER?!?! 2 euros. UNACCEPTABLE. Especially when you don’t inform the diner in advance. I literally had a bottle of water in my purse, which I would’ve drank if I had known. Soooo annoying! Food was ok, but with tip, it was over 20 euros for one person for lunch. A local person would never pay this price, much less pay 2 euros for TAP WATER. o_O

Absolutely wonderful place, friendly staff and tasty food. Highly recommend this restaurant. The Golden Poison was definitely one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had.

The restaurant smells cozy and clean, and the staff were sweet and helpful. I appreciated the separate page of vegan dishes. The food was smooth and flavors were rounded and dimensional and worked well with the spiciness level. The cutlery has good geometry, hand feel and balancing, and the plates were not scratchy, music was a pleasant volume (no sensory issues). The atmosphere was relaxing. Would come again.

Had an amazing dining experience at Sues Indian Raja! The food was absolutely delicious — we ordered the Hyderabad Chicken Biryani, Garlic Naan, and Pork Madras, and each dish was bursting with authentic Indian flavors. The biryani was aromatic and perfectly spiced, the naan was fresh and buttery, and the pork madras had just the right balance of heat and richness. The interior and ambience of the restaurant truly elevate the experience. It’s warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxed meal. The attention to detail in both the food and the decor really stands out. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality Indian cuisine in a great setting!
