This bakery has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was waiting in line like any normal customer, but when someone interrupted, the cashier didn’t say a word and just ignored me. Then the server went ahead and got cake for that person too, like I wasn’t even there. No apology, no explanation—just pure disrespect.
If they had a valid reason for serving that person first, the least they could do is acknowledge me and communicate properly. But apparently, basic decency is too much to ask here.
