Sugarbush Cafe

The place is absolutely amazing, has a serene environment, a play area for kids, and has the most amazing fresh food. The chicken pot pie is 2nd to none, and if you find a better pie in Zambia, I will personally pay your bill! The carrot cake is to die for too.

Visited Sugarbush cafe for the first time for the beerfest food festival. What a great location away from the busy city life. They have great food, great out door seating area, locally made art, craft and furniture goods. Very beautiful and peaceful place to visit over the weekend. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

It’s a really pretty place. Great if you want to be somewhere quiet. It has a furniture store and a bags and jewelry store too. The food is not the tastiest but the place is really beautiful.

The waitress greeted us with a warm smile and attention. I ordered a chicken pot pie which was perhaps one of the best pies ive had. My partner ordered a chicken wrap which she says was fresh but needed more sauce because it was slightly dry. The surrounding fauna and trees make it a great place to bring your partner for a date.

Beautiful garden with fresh vegetables. The area is very kids friendly and the coffee is superb. I loved the two small stores they have there. I wish I could buy furnitures and take it with me to South Africa. Really nice stuff.

Great outdoor space, kids friendly (but no changing table), good experience overall though food options are limited & portion sizes are on the small to medium size, the food itself is tasty.

A very lovely space on the outer skirt of town. It has a furniture shop with beautiful pieces and also other bits and pieces that are made locally. We have bought a few things here and they are great! Food is not something I would recommend, we had chicken curry that mostly had potatoes in it and lasagna. Both dishes were warmed up in a microwave for quite sometime that it came to us very very hot and we couldn't eat it for what seems like a very long period. Because of this heating, the lasagna also had a very thick layer of oil on the top coming from the cheese... Would come for drinks but not food.
