Ordered a pizza today and at first glance everything looked fine. Halfway through my second slice, I discovered a long hair under the melted cheese and pepperoni, partially embedded in the dough. I even took a video of it being pulled out, it was clearly cooked into the pizza, not something that just landed on top. I’ve worked in the food industry, so I know mistakes can happen. I called the store calmly a women answered the phone, I let her know what happend, and she didn't even apologize once. Instead, I was told that “customers lie all the time” and that the manager wouldn’t allow any kind of refund or remedy. The girl on the phone showed zero concern or accountability, even after I mentioned I had video proof. Honestly, it was shocking and incredibly disappointing. I wasn’t looking for anything dramatic, just a basic acknowledgment and for them to be aware of a serious hygiene issue. But to be dismissed like that, after paying $25 for a pizza, is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again. Also does it look like I put that there??? This is absurd

It looks like a cute pizza place from the outside. However, the pizza was more like a big flatbread, definitely not an authentic Italian pizza. It was enough for two people. The pepperoni pizza was a disaster; the pepperoni slices were extremely oily and had a strange taste, so we had to remove them to be able to eat it. The Margherita was decent, but the edges were burned. Sitting outside was also challenging due to the flies. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, Pizza Pizza offers better and cheaper pizzas.

Pizza, patio, and gelato? YES please! 🍕☀️ We tried the margarita and magic mushroom and they were chef’s kiss. Such a cute summer spot in Kleinburg – can’t wait to go back! Follow @sippinginsix for more hidden gems and foodie finds 💫

Disappointing. I used to order from la pizza shoppe all the time. I ordered the NY pepperoni recently and what a huge disappointment. The pizza dough did not taste the same. It tasted as if they bought pre made pizza dough. The pizza was very thick and doughy. Honestly worst then pizza pizza. Not sure what happened to the quality but I won’t be returning.

Got a Tim Hortons sized pizza for $30, dip lasted me about one slice. Coulda got a pizza nova party size for that price, Nonna still tops it no doubt. They were back ordered on soppressata so we opted for pepperoni… got these tiny little ones? very bready, little to no sauce for a vodka sauce pizza lol cheese was like ‘pizza pizza’ lame half melted stuff. Garlic sauce is homemade and would be 5/5 if i got more than a literal drop. Nice lady who greeted us at least. I don’t understand the 5 star reviews. Crazy misleading pricing per portion size.. kleinburg or not. Bad pizza.

Had a great evening with my wife. We ordered a Caesar salad and an amazing pizza . We enjoyed the magic mushroom pizza , it was absolutely magical lol. The Caesar salad was amazing . Crisp lettuce ,crunchy croutons grated cheese and a great dressing. Last but very not least we had the truffle crema and garlic dips. Definitely an absolute flavor bomb in your mouth. Both dips complemented the pizza perfectly

New owners I think. Pizzas are not the same. I used to go here for the thin crust and authentic toppings, the margarita and mushroom truffle WAS so good. Now the pizzas are completely different even though menu is same. It's thick doughy commercial type pizza for same prize. Not going back.

When we came in to get our pizza, we heard thr hostess yelling at the guy who made our pizza, saying he burnt it. Instead of remaking the pizza, it was brought out to us anyway and sure enough, when it came to our table the bottom and corners were charred. While it was still edible, it was just a low level of service. While we began to dig into our charred pie, the two people working started screaming at each other. Someone called them and they put the call on speaker and the woman was screaming at the top of her lungs at both of the employees. So unprofessional. I cannot believe that there was zero effort to have this confrontation at either a later time or a lower level. Just as we finished our meal, the screaming started again. I don't see a long future for this business if they continue to run it in this manner.

Yelp
Good pizza with awkward, uncomfortable service. Also pricey for the size of pizza you get! Price is equivalent to a nice, sitdown, Italian restaurant. Interior is casual, small with a few booths. Despite the lovely weather outside, patio was not set up. As soon as we were presented with the menus, the male waiter asked us if we wanted drinks like beer or wine. Seeing how we just sat down and didn't even have a chance to look at the options, I asked for water and was given the option of flat/sparkling. When I said if tap water was available, waiter retorted, "These are upscale pizzas and they have to be enjoyed with nice water", something along those lines. Completely inappropriate and basically set the tone of our meal. This comment kinda made our party uncomfortable to the point where we discussed leaving and just getting takeout. We just decided to stay since we were already seated. I asked for more time with the menu and buddy came back in less than 2-3 mins. He seemed anxious just to get our orders in! After we ordered our pizzas, he asked if we wanted truffle shavings on top. Yet again, more upselling. Nothing wrong with it, but there's a way to do it without sounding like a used car salesman. The older lady who brought the pizzas to our table seemed very sweet. We asked her for cutlery, especially for the Napoli style thin crust and she apologetically brought them over immediately. Pizzas were good. Again, no complaints there. Waiter said they were "personal sized ", but personally, I wouldn't be able to finish that on my own so it's shareable btw 2 people. After our pizzas were done, the waiter tried to push the desserts. We didn't feel like it or comfortable staying for much longer than it took for us to finish the meal. Start to finish, it was all about upselling. And honestly, it didn't make me want to spend additional money or time. I was offended enough by the comment about the establishment serving "fancy pizza" requiring for patrons to shell out for bottled water. Please just be normal and serve tab water at the table, sans upselling, and you'll find customers naturally wanting to order alcohol, overpriced water/cans of pop, dessert without any prompting whatsoever. It's a shame about the service because the pizza was good!

Yelp
Cute pizza place in Kleinburg it's a little pricey for take out but when the Patio opens the full service would make it worth it. I visited on a Saturday close to 1pm there was a decent traffic. It took about 15 min for the pizza to be made. I was offered the new vodka or Rose I can't remember which one sauce that is not yet on the menu to use as the base of my pizza and I decided to go ahead and I'm glad I decided to try it it was delicious it had a little tang to it that I enjoyed. pizza was the perfect thickness it wasn't super thin where it was crunchy but it wasn't fluffy where you feel heavy after eating it. The dough was firm enough to hold the sauce and the cheese it didn't fall apart which I appreciated and it was extremely hot when I got it fresh lovely for a picnic

Yelp
I liked it! I got the NY pepperoni pizza and added mushrooms. They did not skimp on either topping. Crust was crisp but soft, quite light and not super bread-y. The red sauce on the pizza maybe could have used a little salt as it tasted like a regular fresh passata, but that's just my taste, perhaps others will feel differently! Service was quick and efficient. Would recommend giving it a try if you have the means.

Yelp
Ordered the mushroom pizza. Prices were a little high but it was overall quite delicious! I would definitely come back for more. The truffle dust on top made the meal feel quite luxurious. Thank you!

Yelp
Great pizza! Fantastic dipping sauce! The pizza was very tasty, soft crust and a great eat ( Sud Sicilian). The hot peppers and spicy cacciatore were actually hot which is nice when expecting something hot! (THANK YOU!) The other pizza being a NY Pepperoni (Napoli meets NY Round) was thin and very tasty, a great choice for a single person or a couple kids. The pepperoni was perfect for everyone. The dipping sauce seriously was fantastic, it's not a cheap dipping sauce like other pizza places, this 3 sauces are all a must try even if it's just to try!.

Yelp
The quintessential New York style Pizza still cooked in one of the latest coal fired ovens in the city! This pizza may sound underwhelming on the outside, but don't let the simplicity foul you. The genius here is in the balance and execution of the few ingredients involved. Don't be tempted to stray for the regular pie as this is where you get the full experience.

Yelp
Cutest pizza shop in Kleinburg, the staff was very welcoming and polite we've never been there before and it felt like the owner knew us for our entire lives, the quality of the pizza was off the charts. 10/10 gonna recommend this place to everyone I know
