Restaurant inside The Shore Club Resort. The property and ambience is incredible and they've done a fantastic job with their refined atmosphere. The food is very good tasting and flavourful. The service is unfortunately the opposite. Had to wait 25 mins, despite a reservation to be seated. Seemed incredibly slow and inefficient staff. Our waiter was downright awful. She clearly didn't want to be there. Got us the wrong bottle of wine, took 30 mins to get a glass of Champagne, gave us the wrong tables check while paying and never showed up after the food was delivered. I mean for the seriously overpriced place, this was probably the worst I've seen. And she could care less. My party of 9 decided not to eat on property, cancelled all our reservations for the next 5 days and are eating off properly. This was likely thousands of $ in revenue that they lost.

Wow! Wow! Wow! From the atmosphere, design, and decor to food, cocktails and service, this place is a must go to while staying in Turks and Caicos! The restaurant is part of The Shore Club, but anyone can make dinner reservations (don't have to be a hotel guest), and they use the platform Open Table. We got a cocktail from the bar first before our dinner reservation, and enjoyed a drink called Ignition! The guava in this cocktail is the star, and it definitely sets off your tropical taste buds! Next, we sat down for dinner, and Eddy was our server. Eddy was fantastic! He was kind, courteous, attentive, charismatic, charming and funny! (Thank you Eddy!) We had the Sake Flights, Ceviche Sui Ren and the Peruvian Sunrise specialty sushi roll. Everything was phenomenal!!! Super delicious and an explosion of flavors! The Ceviche Sui Ren had these puffed pieces of corn that were packed with flavor and spice, but very much balanced with the rest of the dish! A win win! We really enjoyed the Peruvian Sunrise roll, so much that we ordered another!!! It has this sort of mustard style drizzle on it but packed a pop of flavor for the dish! What a great addition! (Cheers to the staff and Chef for the presentation of the dish as well!) We ended the night with the Sweet Potato Donuts and that did not disappoint!! It was just the right amount of sweet to end our meal on! An amazing experience and a must go to for dinner!

As a Peruvian family, we always like to try Peruvian restaurants wherever we go. The flavor was there. The ceviche was fresh and tasty. The lamb and the chaufa were delicious. My arroz con leche was perfectly cooked. So glad that I chose this place to end our vacation. The layout of this restaurant was beautiful and romantic.

One of the better meals and experiences on the island. Our server Joseph was exceptional; attentive and friendly. We went on Friday evening which is sushi night, 2x 8 piece rolls for $30. Started with the bao buns & daily signature cocktail. The buns were tasty but a little light on the filling. Sushi tasted super fresh and presentation was amazing. We finished with the cream stuffed sweet potato donuts which topped off a great meal. The hotel is VERY fancy and the restaurant lives up to the hype. Expect some time, dinner took over 2 hours which was nice not to be rushed.

Celebrated my 40th birthday here with friends and it did not disappoint. It was my favorite restaurant over the course of the week. Lovely atmosphere and setting with water features and ambience. The food was the best around. They knew how to properly cook their fish. Ample items to choose from. Our waiter was kind and the service was timely. Thank you for a great experience.

By far our favorite restaurant of our trip. The service was great from start to finish. The food was fresh, tasty and came out quickly. The ambiance was great and the hotel is beautiful! We ordered the fried rice, Asian fusion sushi, beef and coconut rice. The servers made us laugh and we enjoyed delicious cocktails!

During our week long vacation I was really looking towards dinning at Sui Ren. Upon arriving to the restaurant the decor and atmosphere was stupendous and elegant. We began the night with a drink at the bar while we waited for the table. The bartenders hit the mark with each drink we ordered. When it came time to sit and have our meal I was unfortunately disappointed. We ordered sparking water, two vodka martinis with kettle one, edamame, two entrees and one desert for the evening. The only thing that was exceptional was the edamame. For $275 I expected way better quality food. We went to Fish Fry and got two entrees for $35 that had way better quality.

This establishment considering themselves as fine dining is an overstatement. Please believe the other reviews when they indicate that the food is mediocre at best. For the price that you pay, you would expect exceptional service and fresh food. We had a reservation and had to wait awhile before we were able to sit at a table. We ordered the samurai sushi, tuna ceviche, and lamb shank rendang. There are no complaints about the sushi, however the tuna ceviche did NOT taste fresh at all. The tuna tasted old and the crunchy toppings were stale. The lamb shank rendang was overwhelming sweet and therefore, it was hard to savor and enjoy the taste. Though the staff members were nice and friendly, the service was extremely slow. There was an instance where the waiter began to take our orders but ran to another table to see what he received for a tip. Truly bad vibes from him. We were here to celebrate two birthdays and although staff members went to other tables to sing happy birthday, we were not celebrated. Save your time and money and enjoy sushi / Asian cuisine elsewhere on the island.
