Excellent service, great rooms and outstanding location. ||Suites are large and comfortable (bed plus sofa bed) for up to 4 people. Bathrooms are large. And the balconies are a great extra space. ||Maria Grazia and the rest of the team will make you feel at home while serving breakfast. ||There is only one parking spot (and parking there is kind of tricky) so book In advance. Otherwise you can use an open guarded parking spot a block from the hotel. ||Didn't use the spa but it looks really nice with wet and dry sauna plus other amenities

We have just returned from staying for 6 nights at this lovely hotel. Before our arrival, I had a few questions which I asked by email, the responses came very quickly and were very helpful. The hotel organised a car to pick us up from Bari airport and kept the reception open late to allow us to check in. Our room was very large and consisted of a living room and bedroom which gave us more than enough space. We also had 2 balconies. The room and the bathroom were also spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection to choose from and freshly cooked eggs and bacon available on request. The spa which can be booked for private use is also a great feature of the hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk from the main area of town but down a quite side road so we were not disturbed by the noise over a busy Easter weekend. As an Independent travel agent, I am always looking at the hotels I stay in critically and can honestly say I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my clients.

Really lovely place to stay in Polignano. If you need a bit more space than an BnB or Airbnb, this works prefectly. The location is excellent and the staff are so incredibly helpful

We were there for 3 nights and the hotel was very nice. It was close to everything walking distance. Breakfast was very nice and many different options and gluten free as well. The lady at front desk helped us set up our boat tour and make some dinner reservations. This hotel has parking and that is a bonus in Italy. So overall a really nice place to stay at.

I had a much needed relaxing massage at Suite 10 after travelling around Italy for a month. The room was inviting and comfortable and I was given access to a locker for my items and was able to shower afterwards to remove the lovely scented oil that was used. I was not a guest at the hotel and very glad they offer the service to outside guests.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. This was easily one of the worst experiences of my life, and I travel often. Never have I encountered anything this bad.||||We discovered toxic black mold in the bathroom and reported it to the front desk. Their response? They suggested we 'wear flip flops or use the SPA shower.' Can you believe that? This is the level of service you get for $270 a night (during the low season, no less).||||We immediately packed our bags and checked out, requesting a refund. Not only did they refuse to let us speak to a manager, but they also denied our refund for a room we didn’t even use due to the mold.

This was a great hotel in the heart of Polignano A Mare. One block from the bridge over Lama Monachile, less than 6 minute walk into the old town. It was nice to be outside the crowded area of the old town. Rooms were modern and huge. The AC was super strong and the little balcony was great to relax on. The breakfast had a good selection and Simona was amazing. |The entire staff was friendly and helpful. |We paid for a parking spot, and it was worth it. There didn't seem to be a lot of parking nearby as it was July and busy season. I would definitely stay here again!!
