Superb! By accident on sky scanner I found Piscoffs and decided to book one night before flight from AMS the next day and liked the photos online. Little did I know that on arrival I asked if an early check would be possible and it was granted effortlessly as well taking my. SGS to the room and a nice cappuccino while at I waited. The historic beautique historical decor and location by the water and upmarket restaurants near by. Nice and quiet area. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The attic room and luxury furbishments were an absolute pleasure. Very impressed indeed and will return in the future I hope. Highly recommended and thankyou!

The location is great, though it is outside of the "center", but it is in walkable distance to all main attraction to visit Rotterdam. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The rooms was very big and nicely arranged, had all amenities needed in the room. Free coffee, tea and water was a classy touch, as well as great attention to the environment and options to give up on the daily room cleaning for planting a tree that was nice and we opted in. The hotel has own parking space, though it is not covered or guarded, it was convenient and just on the other side of the road, but be careful there as it has some spikes on the ground and there limited lots. The breakfast had a good choice, but very limited. Though we stayed only for two nights, it was fine for us, but if you stay longer it may get repetitive. ||It is not a big deal, but the carpet we had in our room (12) looked rather lacking some good wash/clean though I hope it is cleaned regularly it just looked sort of "not clean". Overall, the room cleaning (dusting) could be improved.

An overall good and tech-forward hotel. You can connect to their Bluetooth speaker system in your room, there were a few other techhy type things that were quite smart. Welcome and advice for a day in Rotterdam was great. My room was small but had all I need. More water is available free on demand. You can also scan a QR code and find out about the history of the hotel building and your specific room. (Mine had had a historic door turned into a desk/table). The lounge/bar area looked nice (though I didn't use it) and my room had a great view of the river that is across the road. But...they charge 24 euros for breakfast. The concept is they serve you some parts of it, but unfortunately what they served either wasn't made fresh - fruit salad, which was nice but clearly not made fresh, rolls and croissant (same), and cheese, which sadly was all sweaty, so had obviously been left out for a while. If you're going to serve people directly keep cheese in the fridge, slice it when needed and then serve it. For the price I'd expect that. I asked if they had some in the fridge as it was all sweaty and they got me some different cheese that was better, although didn't seem super happy about it). The other issue was that I ordered an omelette. It arrived burnt on the outside, and still runny on the inside, and probably with only 2 small eggs. Again for 24 euros this was embarrassing. Indeed, I'd rather have gone in the kitchen myself and made something better. This dampened my feeling toward the hotel. I did tell the relatively inexperienced woman at checkout when I left. She apologised and said she'd let management know. But I've not been contacted and I've not been offered any kind of recompense. For context I've travelled all over Belgium, NL and into Germany on this trip and this was the worst breakfast I've had in a hotel unfortunately, and at the highest price. The hotel overall is good, well located and very good service, but if I stayed again I'd avoid breakfast, which I only really took because there didn't seem to be good options nearby at any kind of decent morning time. I'd rather pay more for something enjoyable where I don't have to spend my time actively trying to avoid food poisoning!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome after a long journey. Rooms were inviting and comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep. The hotel was the perfect base to explore the city by foot. We would definitely recommend!

While we were visiting our son who is studying abroad, we stayed at the Pincoffs Suites. We picked the hotel because it was close to his school and the train station. Every aspect of the property pleasantly surprised us. Cleanliness, a good shower, a comfy bed, and climate control are the main amenities we look for in a hotel. We are pleased to announce that every one of those specifications was met. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our suite boasted exceptionally high ceilings (I understand this is the case with all the rooms). Our train was cancelled due to a storm, but the staff quickly assisted us in making other plans and, if needed, staying an additional night.

Need more stars - a lot more! Stayed here twice before and after an Iceland/Ireland cruise in July. Suite Hotel Pincoffs is AWESOME, and the location is unbeatable. The room (Romantic Suite), service - staff, lounge, breakfast area, and breakfast buffet and Pincoffs Fizz - FANTASTIC. Really can't talk it up enough. We will definitely be back. Special thanks to Jamie, management, and staff for the personal touch and to Milo - for really going out of his way to assist with arranging transportation.

Everything about our short stay at the Pincoffs hotel was excellent! This is one of the few beautiful old buildings in Rotterdam that survived the bombings WWii. Stunningly renovated, family run with all the personal touches that go with it. Excellent service and attention to detail. A delicious healthy breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room overlooking the river. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Walking distance to the city centre. We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we had a few more days. We highly recommend and would absolutely return. |Even if this hotel is out of your budget it is well worth it!

An excellent, family-run hotel in a quiet part of Rotterdam. Easy walking to cafés, central market and shops. Adjacent to boat marina and nautical themed areas. We watched a fascinating high school blacksmithing class one morning Very personal and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast.

Yelp
This is a very very nice hotel indeed. Its rather small but thats no problem since i dont care for large hotels. The suites are outstanding and have a great view on the river. Service is topnotch and pricing is reasonable given the topquality overall. Recommended for couples and business people alike.

Yelp
Decided to stop in and check this place out for lunch as I was sightseeing. There wasn't anyone outside, so I went inside to see if they were serving lunch yet. The handsome young man stated of course and told me to seat my self, and someone would be right out. I have two beer and delightful salad for about 16 euros. Only issue was the service was a little to slow for my taste, but if you are not in a hurry please stop in.

Yelp
Since I moved to Rotterdam this beautiful little hotel has been my home away from home. It's got character and class and the staff are 100% positive, helpful, and warm. I go often for a coffee or a glass of wine in the tiny little bar where there is always a cozy spot to sit and relax. I've stayed overnight for a get-away from my own apartment just 2 blocks away :-) and my parents stayed for nearly a week on a visit from Seattle. Both stays confirmed that it's the best spot in Rotterdam to get away in the city. Great decor and all the niceties, great atmosphere, and lovely people.
