There are places we dream of seeing… and when we finally do, they turn out to be even more beautiful than we imagined.
Not just in how they look—no Instagram filters needed—but in how they live, what they stand for.
Places that inspire us to live better, to travel differently.
Here, there’s no plastic. Water is filtered on-site. The gardens provide 80% of what ends up on your plate.
And 90% of everything is homemade: honey, olive oil, wine, spices, grains, preserves… the list goes on.
You find yourself immersed in living nature—surrounded by animals, butterflies like the ones we saw as kids, lizards, bees…
Here, luxury means peace, sustainability, and a thoughtful, honest way of managing resources.
It’s a privilege to spend time in a place like this — rare, real, and deeply inspiring.
A kind of paradise we wish existed more often, a little closer to home.
I return with a head full of calm and a heart full of warmth…
And most of all, the desire to do better.
I’ll be back.
