Excellent hotel in every aspect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect massive hotel room with all cooking materials supplied. Little fridge. Stove. Utensils. Large flat screen smart tv. Great amazing Air Con! big queen size bed slept like a baby. Bath tub and shower. The bath is awkward as you need to stand inside it to turn on the taps! There is a half glass partition which could be a real issues for young people or mobility challenged . Not sure why this is designed so poorly it seems dangerous.

Suite Prado is a very clean hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Madrid, close to all the must-see places. It was a bit noisy at night because of a nearby bar, but we later realized that people in Madrid are so lively they hardly ever sleep – so no blame on the hotel! 😂

This was our second stay in this great little hotel. It’s right in the centre of Madrid, so close to all the attractions. ||There is a great coffee shop just across the street for breakfast, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We loved going for aperitifs in the rooftop bar on the ME Madrid Reina Hotel just up the street.||We had a junior suite on the third floor, which was clean and spacious, with a minibar and very efficient aircon. Despite facing the street we heard no noise at night.||The hotel has no bar or restaurant and the lobby is tiny. But with so much to enjoy on our doorstep, this was of no importance. I should say also that the staff are very friendly and helpful.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights here. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The only plus point is its location which is near to Sol Metro Station. Other than that, it is a long list of negatives: 1. Noisy air con - a loud rumbling sound appears whenever the air con speed is switched to "2" or "3". Sounded to the property manager who offered a room meant for 2, too small for my group of 3 adults. In the end, we could only leave the air con speed at "1" throughout our stay. 2. Noisy - contrary to info presented at booking, the rooms were not well sound-proof. I could hear clearly the conversation of people staying next to my room, past midnight. People at the restaurants next to the hotel continued to party till 4-5 am. It affected our sleep throughout our stay. 3. The water in the shower was too warm. When told, the property manager suggested that I did not know how to adjust the taps. It was until I insisted that the room attendant come to my room that they agreed it was the hotel's problem. After fixing it, the water pressure became too low. By then, I have given up asking them to fix the problem. 4. Extremely poor service - while the property managers on site were all polite, they couldn't resolve issues or did not do what they promised. The TV remained in non-working condition throughout our stay despite them promising to resolve. While some may think that the issues above are trivial, I think these are basic expectations for a hotel that charges up to £260 per night.

It calls itself 4 stars, but in reality, it's like a 1 star hotel. The service is non existence, there's like no housekeeping. You wash your cups daily, and every day, they might change your towels. If they did, it's forever 2 towels when there were 3 adults. They helped save earth by expecting you to share towels. The room is noisy as there is no sound proofing. You can hear your neighbours talking through the night. The TV doesn't work, when told, the reception said that we do not know how to operate!! We got him to try, in the end, he said he can't do anything about it. The room is really warm, if we were to up the fan speed, the machine made so much noise that we can't sleep. The water was hot, we needed to get the reception to adjust it. In the end, the water pressure went really low. We had been to so many hotels in Europe and Asia, this hotel is the worst. The reception might be polite but you can't get them to solve the many problems that this hotel has. The room has mosquitoes too, and the reception told us they can't do anything. Really really lousy, for a £260 per night room. Lousy is the only word to describe it.

We had a junior suite on the 3rd floor facing the small street for 2 nights which was spacious and well appointed. We were genuinely surprised at how big the room was and very happy to have a few kitchen implements to use. However there is noise at night emanating from the nearby bars which may affect your sleep if you don’t wear ear plugs like me. The rooms at the back would be better as while there was a small balcony on ours, we didn’t use it.|The bathroom is quite small but adequate. Staff are very friendly and helpful as previous reviews have stated. Luggage storage and having a kettle in the room were key factors in choosing this hotel plus the area which is great. If not for the noise at night I would give it 5 stars as would stay here again in a room at the back.
