I spent a lot of time researching where to stay and I am so happy we selected here. Breakfast was exactly what I anticipated, a nice continental spread. Room was immaculate. Location was amazing. Easy access for water buses to the airport and to Fusina cruise port. Away from the hub bub and with only a handful of rooms. Carlotta and Ivan where do helpful. Thank you!

The hotel style accommodation is so very well decorated and the staff is simply lovely. The breakfasts are abundant and peaceful in a lovely breakie room. The location is UNBEATABLE! We spent a beautiful week here; modern trendy and well done in every way! One small complaint is that the apartment above our room is residential and therefore there was some early morning noise that did wake me a few times. This unfortunately is not in the hands of Suite 735 to control. Super clean lovely bedding too! You won’t be disappointed !

We absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommend to splurge just a little more and get the room with the canal view, it was beautiful. The staff were so kind and inviting. Our room and bathroom were large and well designed. It’s clear someone took time to get all of the details just right. Everything served at breakfast was so good. If we ever return to Venice we will be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Venice. We got a room with a canal view. Very spacious room. We came in through the train station. From the train you walk outside to the Vaporetto ticket booth. The Vaporetto is the ferry around Venice. You can buy a pass for however long you are there. We bought a 72 hour pass and can hop on and off the ferry as much as we wanted. Take the #1 or #2 line to the Accademia stop then its a short walk to Suite 735. When we were at the train station the 1 or 2 line was off to the right. There are different docks for different lines. Each dock shows the line and stops within that line so look for one that goes to Accademia. 1 and 2 were the most direct. I think 4.1 and 4.2 also went there but were longer. Breakfast at this hotel was amazing. They have indoor seating as well as a small balcony outside. It was a beautiful spot to have breakfast while listening to the seagulls and other sounds of the city. The woman who made our breakfast was amazing! You get your own spread. Breads, pasties, cold cuts, a choice of eggs or pancakes. Everything was perfect and delicious. A great way to fuel up for all the walking you will do over all the bridges. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Venice!

The location was great. Just a few mins walk from the bridge yet lovely a quiet. We didn’t have a canal view but I imagine you can have rooms that have this. We had to check in on the hotel opposite as the reception closed at 8pm but this wasn’t a problem and the procedure was clearly explained to us beforehand. The breakfast was really tasty. It was a bit confusing at breakfast as we were not sure what options we had but by the end of the stay we realised we could have an omelette or pancakes and cereal/yogurt/fruit too, plus they bought bread, hams, cheeses and pastries out. Each day I had to ask for my milk with my tea. All in all I’d recommend this small hotel and stay there again if I visited in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend with Federica and Carlotta at Suite735! From the very first moment it felt like a home away from home, we were warmly welcomed and the transfer from the airport was organised in advance by the hotel. A big thank you to Carlotta, who gave us a very warm welcome and showed us our beautiful suite. The service was very good, it felt less like a hotel and more like travelling to your family to your own stylish flat. The rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard, a compliment to Federica, excellent taste. A luxurious daylight bathroom with a rain shower and a large bed rounded off the stay. The IC lights from Flos - simply perfect and pure italian!||The breakfast was just as well prepared, we were served by an Italian lady, just as you would imagine. Breakfast is served at the table, not a buffet, but it leaves nothing to be desired! The selection is extensive: cold cuts of various types of sausage and ham, different types of cheese, jams, sweet treats, bread rolls, croissants, juice. The charming Italian lady brought us cappuccino and took great care of us, it was like having breakfast with the family! Egg dishes, muesli and yoghurt were prepared according to our wishes - the omelette was perfect! ||The days went by far too quickly, many thanks to the Suite735 team for the wonderful weekend. Er had a wonderful stay with our dog and 5 month old daughter. Everyone was very helpful the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast amazing #pancakelove It was very central but quiet which was important to us. Can only recommend to stay here you won’t regret it.

What a comfortable, cozy and clean stay! I could not have made a better selection of a place for my family to stay in Venice! If you are currently searching for a place, you know that the choices can be overwhelming! Even though Suite 735 is rated as a 2 star (I think in Europe this might only be based on number of rooms and amenities) it felt like the perfect choice. |The location was easy to walk anywhere usually in 20 minutes or less, but the area felt very much like a neighborhood and not a big tourist spot. I walked to the Rialto Bridge one morning and was very glad we had not selected one of those hotels just because I enjoyed the quieter area and more authentic restaurants and feel. |The room was quite spacious, we had the jr suite, with a large bed for my husband and I and a twin bed for my 10 year old, and plenty of room to walk around. We did not get this kind of space in Rome! The beds were comfortable and the decor felt refined without being pretentious. I loved the 2 windows that look out over the canal. Venice woke up at 7AM so if you are sensitive to noise and want to sleep past that, maybe don’t get a canal facing room. It was perfect for us though! The bathroom was well appointed with everything we needed and a wonderful shower!|The front desk was so attentive, every time I had a question before we left they were very quick to answer, and the same when we were there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!|The breakfast was also so good! The eggs and pancakes etc are made fresh and I don’t think I have ever had better scrambled eggs in my life! |When we return to Venice, this is the place we want to stay at again!
