Suite735

We were recommended Suite735 by a friend whose opinion we trust and this recommendation only increases that trust!|We took a private water taxi to the dorsodura from the airport and it dropped us off right in front of the door (735A). We were met by Carlotta, who was cheerful and welcoming and helped my wife get her luggage up the stairs. Right off the bat I knew we would enjoy this stay. Carlotta made us aware of all the ins and outs and made things feel very homey, giving us multiple recommendations for dinners and experiences (take her advice. She knows what’s up!). We stayed in suite 503 and enjoyed the bathroom with a good sized (TALL, thank goodness) shower, a well stocked minibar with reasonable prices (a first!), and a large, firm, comfortable bed.|The best part of our stay at Suite735, though, was breakfast time. The angel Erminia served us breakfasts of delicious pastries, meats, eggs, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and coffees available in every variety and combination. Erminia spoke only Italian and we really knew only enough to say “thank you,” which she must have grown tired of hearing from us but there was so much to be grateful for! How she produced this feast out of the tiny kitchen off the breakfast area, we still don’t understand, but produce it she did! We faced every day fueled by this amazing meal and ready to walk all around Venice on planned walks and “let’s get lost” ones. We averaged about 4 miles per day. Starting and finishing in this beautiful but unassuming (and uncrowded) area made for wonderful beginnings and endings of our adventures. For couples, young or not so young, I cannot recommend Suite735 highly enough! It is the perfect combination of romantic, welcoming, and comfortable! We plan to return as soon as possible and will stay nowhere else.

Absolutely recommended. We were completely happy and will definitely return. Perfect location in a side canal, very quiet and truly beautiful, yet very central. Friendly reception, better than in most 5-star hotels. Super nice and very stylish rooms. Everything had a very homely feel, as the hotel only has about 5 rooms. The breakfast was a dream and was brought to your table. We were very impressed.

A real gem of a place! Carlotta was so hospitable and welcoming and full of helpful tips. She expertly helped us plan our whole journey to the airport (with multiple options) when we (unfortunately) had to head back home. For my parents, the breakfast we had at Suite 735 was their most memorable part of the entire trip, haha! They loved the fresh food and personal touches. The rooms are very clean and intentionally designed. The hotel is in a great location, right by a quiet sidewalk and canal. Would recommend this hotel!

Really can't say enough positive things about Suite735! Even though we arrived early, Carlotta was waiting for us and greeted us so warmly. She had our room ready and showed us to it while helping with our luggage. She shared some great restaurant recommendations with us and even gave us some pointers via WhatsApp periodically over the course of our visit.|Breakfast was great- tasty pastries, fresh eggs and coffee...all with a big smile from the staff.|Our room had a view of the canal and was delightful. Nice size, clean and modern bathroom, comfy bed...Suite735 was our favorite place we stayed over our two-weeks in Italy. Location was perfect- an easy walk to all of the sights, but away from the tourist fray.|Thank you, Carlotta and all of the Suite735 team. We'll be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Fantastic location. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet. The breakfast each morning was delicious and huge! Service was top notch, so friendly. There are so many places to stay in Venice, this one is a great place and I would not hesitate to book again.

Nice little hotel. Quiet spot. They were very helpful booking a water taxi twice and providing directions for the Alilaguna shuttle boat. Classic Italian breakfast with friendly people. Only issue was a little kid running around on the floor above me at all hours - very early in the morning and also in the afternoon when travel-lagged and trying to take a power nap. I'd stay there again.

Lovely boutique hotel. We loved the quiet of Dosoduro. The room was well appointed and the staff were all so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts that they prepared for us. They helped with our luggage for both our arrival and departure.

I spent a lot of time researching where to stay and I am so happy we selected here. Breakfast was exactly what I anticipated, a nice continental spread. Room was immaculate. Location was amazing. Easy access for water buses to the airport and to Fusina cruise port. Away from the hub bub and with only a handful of rooms. Carlotta and Ivan where do helpful. Thank you!
