We are so glad we still have another night here. I'm surprised this is not ranked as a 5 star hotel. Spacious and immaculately clean room, panoramic views of the lake and town, big balcony, lots of closet space, coffee maker, robes, fantastic water pressure and temperature for the bath. Comfortable beds and free WiFi and friendly & efficient staff . I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Unbelievable experience. Excellent 5 stars like service. The bar, dinner options and breakfast buffet were fantastic. We ate every day at the hotel and every single course was delicious. All staff, being it at the reception, spa, bar, restaurant, night manager etc were so very customer focused and welcoming, made us feel very special. The location and it‘s view is 10/10. We will be back for sure! Thank you 🙏🏼

This hotel is beyond a 4 star hotel. It is really feels like a luxury 5 star stay. Rooms are very spacious with the most high tech features you can feel the luxury in every inches from coffee machine to the toiletry .It has a very nice balcony with a view .The property also was so peaceful with lots of greenery .The breakfast was amazing with a view. They have indoor pool as well. Just please keep in mind that it is a up hill area just less than 8 minutes drive to the Downton

First, I want to thank the hotel for the thoughtful touch of placing red rose petals in our room for our honeymoon. It was the only gesture that felt special. However, the rest of the stay was nowhere near a four-star standard: • Room: Spacious and clean — the only real positive. • Housekeeping: During room cleaning, my personal belongings were moved and handled, which is completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. • Towels: Had a strange, unpleasant “spice-like” smell — something that wouldn’t pass even in a one-star hotel. • Bathroom Heating: Not working at all. • Breakfast: One of the weakest I’ve ever had in 4- or 5-star hotels. • Only one type of egg, served cold. • No vegetables whatsoever. • No alternative egg options. • Almost everything was pastries, which I can’t eat due to allergies — leaving me with almost nothing. • Fitness Center: The only treadmill was broken, with no sign or notice, leaving guests to discover the issue only after planning their day around using it. • Check-out: I wanted to share my feedback and thank them for the rose petals, but the receptionist did not give me the chance to say anything. Their only focus was on mini-bar, taxes, and parking — zero interest in guest satisfaction. Conclusion: The rose petals were the only bright spot. But the issues — smelly towels, broken bathroom heating, poor breakfast, mishandling of personal items by housekeeping, the non-functional treadmill, and the unprofessional check-out — made this stay far below acceptable. I honestly wanted to give 1 star, but only out of appreciation for the rose petals, I gave 2 stars.

Breakfast staff really friendly but otherwise feel that the hotel itself and the experience did not live up to the price..the room was okay but no lake view and an odd smell on the balcony (potentially coming from the kitchen) and no hot water on our last day..with no apology from the staff at check out. We didn’t have a car so going in and out of Lugano and the hotel there was always a big climb (but a short cut through the woods is possible)

This is one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the evening bar had a great atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

The staff member who was at the buffet had a very rude attitude. I arrived at the buffet a bit late while my family was already inside having breakfast. I went to serve myself some food, and at exactly 10:42 AM, the staff member approached me angrily and told me not to take any food. I explained that my family was sitting at that table and pointed them out to him, but he still refused. I then asked, genuinely and politely, “So what should I do now?” and he responded with a harsh tone, saying: “Next time, come earlier than this.” I swear it hadn’t even reached 10:45 yet. What made it worse was that there was another girl on the other side serving herself food at the exact same moment, and he said nothing to her. It felt unfair and disrespectful. Also, he was the only staff member who behaved this way — the rest of the team was very polite and welcoming.

I didn't stay, im writing frustrated about their buggy website showing only 3 abstract photos of a "suite" and asking for over +2000chf for a week. Just upper user experience has put me off working with you.
