The service at this hotel was impeccable, with staff who were true experts. Located in a beautiful spot, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The Japanese cuisine was a symphony of flavors, making each ingredient shine. Highly recommended for a truly enjoyable stay.

Excellent Hotel in Lugano Paradiso, spacious suites, great views over the lake and the city, quiet, very good restaurant and fabulous Cuban bar. Nice small wellness area and convenient garage. Fair prices. Highly recommended.

Suite room 133 was amazing. Spacious 45m2 with astonish panoramic view. Bed was extra comfy. Spa is rather poor but the sport massage I requested was great. Top noch. And location is perdect. You can come by train easily.

Nice spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was small and not a nice shower/bath. Some rooms with very nice views of Lugano. Nice bar. Didn’t try the restaurants. Breakfast was nice.

Very disappointed with the service and the La Favola restaurant. At the check in we have booked a table for the same evening. When we have arrived we were told our reservation is not there and that restaurant is full - there was lots of free tables visible. We tried to sort it out with front desk manager but she told us nothing can be done because they are too busy now and even that there are tables available they will not serve us tonight…funny enough we could order room service but not seat at the restaurant….they made a mistake and did nothing to sort it out :(

We had a penthouse suite with 2 bedrooms, both en suite, with lake, town and mountain views. It was spectacular. The room was very spacious for 4 adults (parents and grown up daughters). Dining tables provided in the lounge and balcony. There’s a leather 3 seater sofa in the lounge with chairs and a coffee table. Lots of glass with French doors, so access to views from inside and from the spacious and lovely balcony that runs the full length of the suite. 2 sunbeds and seating area provided outside too.|Beds are very comfortable, walk in showers very good.|Restaurant was excellent, we ate there two out of a three night stay. They were flexible with dietary needs. The cocktails in the bar were lovely, high quality from experienced mixologists. They make a mean cocktail here! Although it’s a cigar bar we didn’t experience smokers at all. A wee bonus for us non-smokers.|The pool and surrounding area was nice. Quiet with 4 sunbeds and full height windows that open wide with spectacular views.|Reception team were lovely and very helpful both in advance of our stay (organising two birthdays with cakes and champagne) and while we were there.|Only downside, if you walk into town, be ready for a steep climb back via street, rail station and steps to the back of the hotel. Take advantage of the free hotel organised public transport or use your car.|Staff throughout the hotel are very professional, helpful and friendly.|It was a wonderful stay.

They have done it again: the Tepanjaki Restaurant at the Parco Paradiso, hosting one of the worlds leading chef Darwin, has re-engineered one of the finest and most versatile Japanese Foods we were able to put to the test yesterday whilst staying at this very noble Suite Hotel in Switzerland! |Needless to say, that among at least 10 Choices of set menu‘, I chose one without meet, except for the home made Wagyu Beef Gyoza‘ which was served with a most delicious Wasabi sauce: for my taste, a melody of tastes.|One of the first courses, the Ibushi Gin hot smoked salmon with wasabi sesame seeds and creamy mustard sauce, was the show stopper to say the least. The combination of flavors was never experienced - not even whilst staying in Kyoto Japan and enjoying local Japanese Foods!|To round up a delight of a dinner, the Yuso Sorbet (not even had something similar in Japan) with caramelized Pineapple made me write this review which, again was as beautiful to write as the experience made - thank you Parco Paradiso Team, thank you Darwin!
