Suites Avenue Barcelona

check-in was good, staff was patient. A little unflexible with late check-out, but upon multiple request they extended checkout by 1 hr. The Location is central and convenient, but it does mean a lot of noise for Fri and Sat night. The room is quite dated, though amenniitis were good. Slippers were soft and comfortable, better than the W's Gym is very small, with tiny range of equipment. Overall, a reasonable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Suites Avenue - in an unbeatable location, with incredible views of Le Pedrera, it’s facade is an architectural masterpiece by Toyo Ito. ||The rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen adequately equipped, and restaurants galore are within easy walking distance. If you are a light sleeper, an upper floor will be preferred. ||Also, fyi in the 3 person room we stayed in (1 room with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a twin bed), the primary bedroom does not have a door between the bathroom and the bedroom, and there is an additional window between the 2 spaces. This was not an issue for us but could be if one person has to get up early and needs to turn the light on in the bathroom. I do not know if all the rooms are set up this way. ||We utilized the washer/dryer and the kettle for tea. There is a fairly large refrigerator and so much wonderful storage in the apartment. The rooftop is a quiet oasis (in late September) as well.||We all loved the layout & location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again when in Barcelona. A gem!

Luxury hotel in the heart of Barcelona! We booked to stay in a two bedroom apartment, which was perfect for a family of four. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchenette with a washing machine, which was very handy for the hot Spanish summer days! There are two pools in the hotel, one dipping pool on the rooftop, and a second longer pool on the first floor. The daughter loves her pool time in the longer pool, as that pool has no sun in the afternoon so none of the tanning adults want to use it (it's like her private pool). The hotel is close to 2 separate metro stops and across the street from Casa Mila. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and plenty of top tier restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Taxis were always available day and night right outside the hotel. Perfect for a family holiday!

Perfect location, with private parking!The room is spacious with a living area and dining area. Also there is a balcony where you can smoke.The stuff is nice and beautiful.The roof top can view Casa Mila!

You can hear and feel every metro train passing by from 5:30 in the morning till 1 at night. When train passes by glass shakes. Soundproofing is really bad! Pillows are cheap and extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom can be cleaner and the glass door next to the toilet makes it small and uncomfortable. Overall the sleep quality is bad, so if you want a good rest this hotel is not for you. Gym is a joke! Consider there is no gym.

Really pretty hotel with excellent staff. We used the pools the gym and loved how close all the attractions were. We were pleasantly surprised that our 2 room was also a 2 bathroom. The single beds beds were great for the kids and our bed was comfy. So many options to dine and drink all around. I loved getting up early and walking around to find a place to have coffee and a pastry while my family was still sleeping. We were out late and found the entire are to be very safe.

A true luxury service apartment, every detail has been well designed and the conditions are in a perfect shape, the cleaning is extraordinary. The location is in a luxury shopping area which is super convenient to shops and great restaurants. I always stay at 5 star service apartments, this is my most favourite.

This property exceeded by expectations. Was very happy with all aspects of the apartment. We stayed there for 10 days and it had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
