If you look for quality services, this is not the place to go. From the beginning, the lady at concierge and reception has very bad attitude. The guy at reception does not know what to do. They just asked me to sit at the couch to process my check-in. After more than 30-40 minutes waiting, I had to go to reception to check the check in status. They apparently was on something else and just told me cancel the booking and go find other hotel because they do not have double bed that I booked through hotels.com. I tried to cancel the hotel booking with hotels.com. There no cancellation policy with refund. Meaning i had to waste my money for this hotel’s fault not having the room I booked… i ended up just taking non double bed room but through the process, the lady at reception had very rude attitude, and no one is understanding English, poor communication overall.
Morning breakfast, worst food ever among hotel that I paid around $100 per night entire my whole life experience. People serving here not attentive, dishes and cups constantly not available, you have to ask for dishes or cups again and again to get one… finished dishes on table never cleaned up unless you literally grab a person to you table and force them to take it away. Food selection, very limited. Even prepared food very dried up or not tasty or bland, makes you feel like you want to go out somewhere else to buy/ eat breakfast and forget about eating from this hotel.
Hotel facilities are not well maintained if you look at details once you stay… for example, water splashes all around when you turn water on in bathtub. So if you looking to bath in the tub, this place is never for you unless you are okay with your bathroom flooded with water… uploaded picture of splashing waters from bathtub
The reception lady, tried to over charge me for early check in for $69, while other staff I spoke with earlier told me early check in is $50… and even me paying extra money for early check in as she insisted, she would not let me check in at 8:57AM because it is 3 minutes earlier than early check in time which is 9AM… she stood me at reception and rather kept talking with her staff for other hotel maintenance matters… just because I was 3 minutes earlier than early check in time which is 9AM. (Uploaded picture with time in the picture, when that lady refused to talk to me to check in process rather talking to her staff for hotel maintenance issue or something)
Overall if you looking for quality services from hotel to make yourself being comfortable, I do not recommend this hotel at all
