Staff were friendly and welcoming on my arrival. Bed is comfortable. Pool is a nice extra touch. The location is very central. Good value 💯

I would almost say that our room had no shower because the water pressure was so weak that I barely managed to wash my hair. Hot water existed when you realized that handle works after 5 squeaky turns. Otherwise, the location is really good right in the center, but it can be loud. I found our room to be dirty-ish and run down - feels like the hotel was nice maybe 30 years ago and only minor half-hearted renovations have been done when absolutely necessary. Reception was a bit a weird. AC worked well.

The room was very nice and clean. The mattress was of good quality and plush, yet firm. The water takes a while to warm in the shower. I Paid 70 USD Per night x 2 nights excluding food. They try to increase the price on weekends. The area gets loud with the local pubs cranking the music past 1am. The location is conveniently close to the market and nearby pubs. The staff was very pleasant and spoke good English. The food was average. I wouldn't order the omelet again, but the beef taco dish was delicious.

It was ok. I arrived from the airport at 2:45 and the guy at the counter said “Check in is at 3”. I was like.. its in 15 minutes. He looked annoyed and finally gave me a room. My room was so dark, only had 1 light in the whole room. I wouldn’t stay here again. The park out front which had such good reviews is a giant pile of concrete, extremely disappointing, even though that isnt the hotels fault.

Stayed for one night the hotel is in an amazing location and great service, lots to do around with local and very affordable street food vendors, bars and restaurants. Hotel itself is very spacious with a nice pool but not near any beaches and the TV didn't work the whole time. AC was nice to have as well. Recommended for a few nights but not a whole week's stay.

If I could give this place no stars and still review it, I would. But, hey, look at the pictures that describe how terribly this place lacks any care and cleanliness. Because of the mold everywhere at this place, both my husband and I got sick. In my honest opinion, this place needs a total revamp.

Nice location, but rooms are mediocre and bathrooms are disappointing. Overly expensive, you are paying basically for a short distance to a buss station. Not worth the price.

Wanted to bring myself somewhere warm for a few days, and booked a very, very last minute trip to Cancun! Didn't have a lot of choice for hotels, as I was flying out the same day. Read some reviews, and decided to book Suites Centro. ||Location: In terms of location, it is very convenient to get to from the ADO bus station - brings you to/from airport, Playa del Carmen, etc. It is right in El Centro (OId Cancun), so it has a number of little local food joints within walking distance, supermarkets if you need to buy anything, and other local shops. It is located just off Tulum Ave, which has buses running all day long to bring you to Zona Hotelera, Party Centre and other hot spots.||Hotel / Staff: It is a very basic hotel. Ideally, I wouldn't want to pay what I paid for this hotel. But, my trip was very last minute, so I can't complain. If you are looking for a hotel to spend most of your day at, look elsewhere. I just wanted a place with my own room, bed and shower, and this did the trick. It would help if at least one of the staff spoke some English, but I managed to get by. They shouldn't advertise the wifi bit, as it barely worked even though my room was right by the lobby.||||Overall, an OK hotel, pleasant staff but no English speakers, located right Downtown and a few minutes walk from the ADO bus station, a place to shower/sleep/drop your stuff and head out to explore Cancun.
