Suites Cancun Center

Lovely little hotel for a night or two while staying in Cancún. Very close to the ADO bus station and they allow early luggage storage in a locked door only accessible by staff. The check-in times on booking.com are inaccurate as there is a hotel staff at the desk 24 hours a day (as confirmed by the friendly recpleptionist on 9 Jan 2026). I would have loved to have that be accurate so I wouldn't have rushed myself back from Isla Mujeres to make it to the hotel before the check-in "closed" at 6pm! To be fair, I also could have double checked when I dropped my bags off. Check-in starts from 3pm and check out is by noon. I found 2/3 of the beds in our triple occupancy room firm but soft on top and one which was hard and you could feel the springs through which wasn't chosen as luckily we only had 2 in our booking :) staff showed me to the room with the towel and remotes, but toilet paper wasn't in the room and the "seal" for the clean toilet was already open/broken. The water is hot and powerful (room 321) but it was a bit of a struggle to get it to cool down without losing all pressure. Small single use amenities like soap and shampoo are provided and if asked, staff provide both toilet paper and drinking water for free. Windows don't close completely (shutter style which will ALWAYS have gaps) so sometimes the bass of nearby bars can be heard late at night. Overall, great for 1-3 nights to be near the center and access day trips :) would definitely come again for the ~627 pesos we paid.

terrible place. worst hotel that I have ever stayed. No hair dryer in the room (you can borrow one from the counter tho ). Room is very very old with poor facilities. The power will shut down when you use hair dryer and the staff said you need to turn off all the lights if you want to use the hair dryer. Very humid and loud. shower doesn't work well. The towel is disgusting. Do not come

Nice shower, very big room for quite cheap. Staff was friendly, but also did not show us our room, so we had to find it, they did not even tell us it was on the 3rd floor. We are never used to luxury stuff or experience, but every hotel/hostel shows you your room and takes your towels and card for you, a little bit lazy… the location is perfect and the hotel is very nice

These are not fancy rooms but they are well appointed and have the basic necessities. The hotel is extremely close to the bus depot with an easy 7-minute walk. The pool looked beautiful and they wished I had more time to go into it. It is close to convenience stores and other amenities, it is very easy to get to and from. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Sour pressure was not great but decent. All I needed was the hot tap. My only small complaint was that there were no plugs near the bed so I had to extend my sleep apnea machine across the room. Thankfully it has a long cord. Overall, this is a convenient place to stay if you are heading out on the bus from Cancun.

"Decent Stay for the Price and Location" The hotel was okay overall. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. The best part was the location — very convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

Great location, terrible beds, no alcohol allowed (even in your room), windows on the front the of building are the glass slat type, so you'll hear everything from the park until 4am, and the staff couldn't figure out how to program the keys correctly so they had to be reprogram every day after noon.

Amazing best hotel and location super, staff super nice

The room was very nice and clean. The mattress was of good quality and plush, yet firm. The water takes a while to warm in the shower. I Paid 70 USD Per night x 2 nights excluding food. They try to increase the price on weekends. The area gets loud with the local pubs cranking the music past 1am. The location is conveniently close to the market and nearby pubs. The staff was very pleasant and spoke good English. The food was average. I wouldn't order the omelet again, but the beef taco dish was delicious.
