My husband and I stayed here with 5 other couples. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. They do have a pool, but it is at their sister hotel about 3 or 4 blocks away. They provide a basic cooked to order breakfast every day. We stayed 15 days, and there was a rotation of 3 or 4 different breakfast items. The staff was friendly. Our room was a suite and consisted of a fairly large bathroom, a bedroom with two double beds, a small kitchen with sink, stove, and fridge. The living room and dining area were in a separate room. They provide daily maid service as well. The price was extremely reasonable for all the amenities. We are planning on returning next year.

Positive: Great location, big room, good bed, friendly and very helpful staff, great tv channel selection and the continental breakfast was good but not as advertised Negative: No lounge area or lounge chairs at the hotel, no fridge in the room (1st floor rooms only), glass tabletop (nobody likes glass), dirty ceiling fan and ceiling fan light full of dead bugs and the bikes available for the guests are poorly maintained.

Great location, big room, good wi-fi, good bed, friendly and very helpful staff, great tv channel selection and the continental breakfast (served at this hotel and not the sister hotel) was pretty good but limited, it includes toast, coffee and a fruit plate. Extra dishes like scrambled eggs with ham start at 120 pesos.|BUT|No lounge area or lounge chairs at the hotel, no fridge in the room (1st floor rooms only), glass tabletop (nobody likes glass), dirty ceiling fan and ceiling fan light full of dead bugs and the few small bikes available for the guests are poorly maintained.

I found this place through Expedia. Room was clean, A/C worked great, and everything was nice. I have paid much more for much less in the USA. Spacious room with a table and chairs. Ceiling fan over the bed and a safe. Fruit/toast/coffee breakfast, and WiFi was included. Located right off Parque Benito Juarez. Close to all the stuffs.

We are visiting from Australia and riding bicycles across Mexico. This is a great hotel, in the centre yet very quiet, great hot water, air con and the staff are helpful and gave us a room for safe storage for our bikes. Breakfast was nice. Highly recommend.

I didn't have the pleasure of staying here unfortunately - but wanted to shout out Graciela for allowing me to get a full refund because I had to cancel my trip for my dog's last minute emergency surgery. I will definitely be staying here when I get to go to Cozumel, but wanted to shout out Graciela! The staff here is obviously great.

Would definitely recommend. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, nicely located, not great but quite decent breakfast. On the downside the lobby is absurdly cold.

Stayed 3 nights: Really hated this place, problems: 1 - No hot water at any time during the 3 days 2 - Our reservation included breakfast, what they do not tell you until you arrive is that you have to walk about a kilometer to their sister hotel to get it. 3 - WIFI functioned for about 10 minutes in total over the 3 days. They also do not tell you that they switch it off from 10pm to 7am every day. 4 - Rooms need serious renovations, rusted fittings, cracked mirrors etc etc. We stay in Cozumel about 5 times per year but will never stay in this dump ever again

Yelp
Writing a review for hotel that we didn't intend to stay at. So, here's the deal. Bahia Suites was our choice and the price was really good even for Cozumel. We arrived at the front desk to find out that there's no parking. We have to park a couple blocks away at an abandoned hospital parking lot that is now a pay to park for numerous hotels. Paying and trudging our stuff back Bahia Suites to find out that they overbooked us and now upgraded us to Suites Colonel. A couple more blocks and here we are. Here's the summary Lanyard with room and WiFi info Carnival bracelet for the free breakfast and last but no least one remote control for the TV All kidding aside The suites have almost four rooms The living room with table and chairs, plus coffee table and two couches A little kitchenette with fridge and microwave Two double beds Bathroom - toilet and shower Very practical and for $52 USD amazing price The door has a slide lock at the top but doesn't lock but the know is very secure so don't freak out The water pressure for the shower is like a rain shower in Death Valley. Drops and drips The beds are comfy but being a double bed it means either you're spooning or falling off the bed The best part is the included breakfast. It is not on site but at a sister property, Casa Mexicana. They serve breakfast for 3 different properties and is very professional and very similar to what you would find at a high class hotel. Omelet bar, fresh made waffles, hand pressed juices, house specialties and to top it all they have the ability to prepare Vegan and Vegetarian options. That type of breakfast would be an easy $10.00 USD meaning that the Suites was only $42.00 USD. Would have been 5 stars if King Size bed offered, better security for the room door and better water pressure But hey $52.00 USD for a night in Cozumel. I'll take that any day of the week
