Suites Murillo Plaza Sta. Cruz

It was perfect in every way! The suite was super clean, it had all the amenities including a kitchenette and lovely bath products, bath robes and slippers. The breakfast was simply lovely, and the view of the garden below and buildings around us was breathtaking. The price was very affordable, and the front desk ladies were wonderful. The location was awesome, with plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. It was a very special stay for myself, my daughter, and granddaughter who is studying abroad in Toledo.

Location: The apartment is in a beautiful part of the city, with everything we wanted to see within a 20-minute walk — and most attractions even closer. It’s an ideal base for exploring.||Noise: There was one slightly noisy evening due to people talking loudly with drinks outside, but this felt like a one-off. The rest of our stay was very quiet.||Apartment: Spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, decent sofa bed and a nice shower (though it took a moment to figure out how to use it — possibly just me!). There were occasional odd noises from the plumbing, but nothing disruptive.||Kitchenette:Well-equipped for preparing simple meals and snacks. Counter space is limited, so it’s not ideal for cooking more elaborate dishes. The fridge is small, but perfectly adequate for essentials like milk, eggs, jamón, salad, and drinks. For a short stay, it’s exactly what you'd expect. I read elsewhere that there wasn't a kettle - there is. There is also a nice coffee machine with a reasonable allocation of coffee pods :)||Staff & Amenities:|The staff were lovely and welcoming. The apartment had very good air conditioning and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay.||Value:|Excellent value for the location, quality of the apartment, and service provided.

Absolute sweet spot to stay in the heart of Sevilla. Bijou apartment - 8 rooms in total, located in the Murillo gardens and overlooking the Alcazar gardens. Come for the Rosina Balcony (which turns out to be an excellent myth) but stay for the modern, well designed and well equipped apartments, friendly staff, and gold standard daily housekeeping, all of which are absolutely real.

Beautiful historic building! Paula, at the front counter, was extremely helpful from Spanish tips, places to eat and beautiful walk suggestions. Good news/bad news… only the smallest taxis will drive right to the hotel because of the narrow street so you’ll probably get dropped off a 5 min walk away but also there is no road noise at this hotel and it’s very peaceful even though you are a close walk from everything

Our stay in Seville was wonderful! The space itself was beautiful, with a simple yet elegant design, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was quiet and charming, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it ideal for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location😍 My friend and I were welcomed warmly by an older gentleman, and the service was very good. Rooms themselves are very nice, the shower door does leak a bit. The cleaning lady was very nice but we encountered some minor issues with cleanliness of the sanitized glasses. However, upon check out the attitude of the female staff with glasses at the check in was truly disappointing, she was not only rude but also did not bring her ID and we had to open the door for her. We did not mind this but she brought up an earlier issue with the air conditioning in a way that we felt was not at par with the level of courtesy shown by other staff or even what’s expected of this establishment.

Location great. That was the best part. The room was okay and met minimum standards. Disappointing that staff generally were disinterested. We needed a taxi to get to the bus station very early and they said their phone wasn’t working. No attempt to mange it through the Murillo hotel around the corner leaving us very anxious. The rooftop is used for functions by the restaurant below and on the Friday night it was very noisy till well after 1 am. Then early the following morning furniture was dragged around and our suite was just under it. When raised with the staff, he said he didn’t know there was an event on.

This was the noisiest hotel of our trip through Spain. We were so fortunate to have a function directly above our room with considerable noise and stomping until after midnight. Then of course the staff dragged the furniture back into place. When raised with the reception staff the next morning their response was that they didn’t know that the function was to be held. Apart from that one couldn’t easily exit the hotel with locked gates until around 9.00am. Noise was everywhere all around the hotel until early hours of the morning. If you’re looking for a good nights sleep you’re looking at the wrong place. Staff were indifferent to guests. Better staying elsewhere!
