Very good location and very safe area. Next to great park. Walking distance to main attractions, bus and metro. |Mini bar which have beer, soda and water are free and restock everyday.| Each room has kitchen consist of two induction cooktop, vent, sink and real plate and cups. |The reception was very friendly and helpful. |The cleaning staff are super nice. |Highly recommended this suites.

Excellent location😍 My friend and I were welcomed warmly by an older gentleman, and the service was very good. Rooms themselves are very nice, the shower door does leak a bit. The cleaning lady was very nice but we encountered some minor issues with cleanliness of the sanitized glasses. However, upon check out the attitude of the female staff with glasses at the check in was truly disappointing, she was not only rude but also did not bring her ID and we had to open the door for her. We did not mind this but she brought up an earlier issue with the air conditioning in a way that we felt was not at par with the level of courtesy shown by other staff or even what’s expected of this establishment.

Very lovely room and convenient location near to restaurants and points of interest. In the heart of Seville, just next to the Murillo gardens and a wall away from the real alcazar. We can see the peacocks going home on top of the alcazar wall every night. The building itself is a point of interest. We've enjoyed our stay very much :)

The suites are super comfortable, clean and very well located. The experience was excellent until the moment we had to check out. The receptionist told us that getting our car form the valet would take not more than ten minutes, so we decided to head out to the buffet and have breakfast. After coming back, we asked for our car and after waiting for 40 minutes, we finally headed to the drop off location. Sadly we lost our train and had to get new tickets. This unded up costing us an extra 300 Euros. We underestand that the receptionist should warn guests that this process could get complicated and should recommend getting their car at least 30 miniutes before they actually need to depart. Hotel management, please take note.

Not worth the money. We stayed for two nights, and on the second night, there was no hot water. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was small—barely enough space to turn around in the shower. Flies and mosquitoes were in the gate and living area as well. The sofa and chair were dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned. I read reviews stating that the shampoo and shower gel were Hermes, well, not anymore. On the positive side, the location is great. If it were €50 per night, it would be acceptable. However, we paid €250 for one night and felt disappointed.

The rooms with the extra sitting area were perfect and cozy. Location was perfect minutes from all the restaurants and cathedral while also being close to the main avenues to get around the city. The staff was great and all transportation arrangements they made were spot on. There should be better directions for driving to the hotel.

We stayed at Suites Murillo Plaza Sta. Cruz after being upgraded due to renovations at our original booking, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service overall was great. The suite was clean, modern, and featured the famous balcony overlooking the charming streets of the Santa Cruz district—a perfect spot to soak in the atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it for the comfort, service, and unbeatable location.

Great suites right on the edge of the park. Clean and spacious. Wonderful if there are more than 2 of you. Has a pull out sofa. Has a small kitchenette which is great for coffee etc. location was amazing we walked easily everywhere. The restaurant adjoined to it had great food
