This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Suitsupply seems more focused on making money at any cost than on treating customers fairly. I returned a shirt that got damaged during the return proces. Despite the label still being attached (as shown in their own photo), they claimed it had been worn and refused the return. Instead, they insisted on sending it back to me—why would I want a shirt that doesn’t fit? Not only is this frustrating, but it’s also wasteful and not environmentally responsible.
I tried to suggest a more reasonable solution, like charging me a fee and reselling the item, but there was zero willingness to communicate. It felt like they were just stonewalling me. No dialogue, no flexibility—just a flat-out refusal to work with me.
This experience has completely turned me off from the brand, and I won’t be purchasing anything from Suitsupply again. **I’m sharing this to warn others to think carefully before buying!**
And no, I won’t be reaching out to customer service again, so please spare me the automatic "we're sorry, contact us" reply.
