Customer Last !!! Unacceptable service. I had 3 tailor made shirts in Milan Store, that after reworking had the cuffs too tight, I asked if it was possible to get the cuffs redone brand new even willing to pay for it regrdless the fact that the original manufacture was not at the level. I was told that is company policy not to do this work and therefore they wouldn't do it. They just gave me one piece (out of three) of fabric if I would like to manufactire myself. This is simply unacceptable, about 600€ shirts not usable not repaired by Suitsupply ... luckily I found a local tailor store, vey customer oriented, that will do the job !!! Suitsupply never again !!!!

Ik kocht hier vaak de merino wollen kleden zoals vestjes, crewnecks en polo's. De laatste keer ook een vestje en een trui gekocht. Het is echt hele slechte kwaliteit geworden, het vestje zit vol gaatjes, 1x gedragen, dus contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Zoals je mag verwachten netjes een nieuwe opgestuurd. Wederom na 1x dragen contact op moeten nemen in verband met gaatjes in het wol. Krijg geen nieuwe meer, maar kan korting krijgen als ik een nieuwe koop. Daar gaat het dus mis, ik wil namelijk absoluut geen kleding meer van slechte kwaliteit.
