"At Suján Jawai, even the sleepiest of heads will find it hard to resist rising early and hopping into an open-top jeep to bounce over ancient granite rocks in search of Rajasthan's wild leopards. Rewilding efforts have helped to protect a rare balance here, where humans and animals live in harmony and mutual respect without conflict. The camp has sleek, uncluttered tents and a pool for cooling post-safari dips. Hearty, healthy food is made with ingredients from local farms and the camp’s kitchen gardens, and tales of the day’s leopard sightings are recounted over G&Ts by the campfire. Hearing the low rumbling call of a leopard reverberating off the rocks in the darkness, you’ll realize there are fewer more magical settings than this. From $1,490. —Nicola Chilton" - CNT Editors

We stayed for 2 nights in February in Sujan Jawai , the experience was outstanding. Rooms was fantastic , service and food was excellent. Our Ranger Chaggan was fantastic and in the 4 safari drives we took , we had amazing leopard sightings in all. The quality of everything in Sujan was superb and outstanding. Amit from the front desk alongwith Vikas the general manager did a fantastic job in taking care of us. Our butler Narayan was attentive to every detail of ours. We were upgraded to the Royal Suite and the experience was out of the world. They made our 50th wedding anniversary really a memorable one.

Very nice camp. Great rooms, very good staff and guides. The location is great for seeing leopards. The jeep rides around the countryside can be very rough, but very safe. There is a lot to see and the rangers are very knowledgeable and happy to share their knowledge. The restaurant is very good, presenting both continental and Indian cuisine. They are happy to give you a sample if you are unsure of what to have. It seems like everyone's job is to make your stay memorable. Not an inexpensive place to stay, but considering everything, a good value.

It's a resort nestled in the middle of a hill. They provide rides for leopard sightings as well, nearest railway station is Jawai bandh and Falna. Then from the station the route by road is very poor, lanes are narrow and they pass rhrough villages, after that there is a stretch of unhabittable land. Covered with rocks and cacti, these roads will kill your vehicel so it's better if you take help from the resort for transportation. There is no network coverage at the resort but they do have wifi. Food is ok, resort is safe but your nights might not be peaceful as you may hear animals at night.

The most amazing holiday ever. We saw leopards every day. Our guides were brilliant and so knowledgeable. The service here is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and guests have their wishes anticipated. The facilities are fantastic. The food truly versatile and delicious. The chefs cater for every taste and dietry requirement. The evening meals are set atound the camp and in different places, always with a fire nearby and lanterns sparkling around you making it a really magical setting. The accommodation is in tents but not as you know them... they are delux tents with glazing, black out blinds and all modcons...flushing loos and deep baths as well as wonderful showers are all on offer. We will be back again and again as this place is impossle to beat.

Title: A Leopard's Paradise at Sujan Jawai Resort My wife and I had the immense pleasure of visiting Sujan Jawai Resort in the enchanting landscapes of Rajasthan, India, during the second week of January. This trip was a special celebration for my wife's 65th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of magical, thanks to the team led by General Manager Neeraj Khatter and the wonderful Yamini Singh in guest relations, not to mention the incredible support of Arpan, our ranger, and Rajpal, our attentive butler. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the extraordinary leopard sightings. We were thrilled to witness 11 leopards across 9 different sightings, a testament to the resort's unique location and the expertise of their team. The knowledgeable naturalists and 9 dedicated trackers played a pivotal role in these experiences, organizing morning and evening ventures that maximized our chances of these majestic encounters. Culinary delights were a constant during our stay, with the resort offering an amazing 24/7 dining experience. The menu was extensive, catering to all tastes and preferences, and the option to request off-menu items added a personalized touch that we greatly appreciated. Our accommodation in the Panthera suite was a dream come true. The suite, equipped with a heated pool, was not just luxurious but also beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings, offering privacy and comfort. The other tent rooms were equally impressive, spacious, and beautifully designed, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and nature. The all-inclusive nature of the resort meant that we could indulge in various activities without any additional concerns. The discrete arrangement of the tents provided a sense of solitude and intimacy, which was highly appreciated. The resort also offered a unique stargazing experience with a Celestron, guided by the naturalists, which added a celestial charm to our evenings. We also hiked on a granite hill upto 800 feet or so which was moderating exhilarating and adventurous . The birdlife around the resort was another highlight, adding color and melody to our serene surroundings. We also had the opportunity to unwind at the resort's excellent spa, which was a rejuvenating experience. In conclusion, Sujan Jawai Resort is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and those seeking a luxurious escape in the heart of nature. The impeccable hospitality, exceptional wildlife experiences, and luxurious accommodations make it a destination we would highly recommend. If you ever have the opportunity to visit, the Panthera suite with its heated pool is the epitome of indulgence. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Sujan Jawai for making our stay unforgettable.
