This is a bread wholesaler, they offer a fabulous deal on "To Good To Go"! Delicious fresh breads! I use to go to their stores in NYC & sometime buy their breads in store like Plum Market here in Miami.

If you want a legit Bakery, well this place is precisely that, and while the location is nothing to write home about currently, it's all about the quality of the food. It's the highest of high. You would think there is no way they can do all these different baked items at a high quality, but trust me when I tell you it's the exact thing you've been searching for in Miami.

Love the bakery! Picked a large bag of breads/baked goods and it was amazing !

Google
Great, freshly-baked Italian inspired bread. It's hard to pick a favorite because each loaf tastes great with just some olive oil or butter, but the Mezzo Doppio seems to be what I buy the most of!

Google
Excellent bakery that makes one of the best breads in the entire city that even rival the bread Publix makes. I've had the normal sourdough bread, the sesame sourdough bread, the Focaccia, the baguette, and the Brioche (my fave: sweet and citrusy - all of the bread here has excellent flavor and is baked to perfection. You do have to come I believe on Saturdays only for the bread and I highly recommend placing your order on the app the day or so before you plan to pick up.

Good bakery stuff but there're no tables for coffee at least. It's open only on Saturday for a few hours. Again, nice laid back neighborhood, free parking, but it's just a pick up place unfortunately..

I wish they had a coffee shop there. Sweet employees. Should be open more days than just Saturday and need a better seating area with tea/coffee. We bought the pastries but by the time we got home it was a mess, so I wish they had a spot to relax and try their goodies there.

I'm an Uber driver who had the pleasure of having had the managing director of the bakery as a rider today. He kindly offered me a freshly baked Italian baguette. It was absolutely marvelous. I'm so very thankful and happy to pass along my most enthusiastic endorsement of this bakery and their products. What he didn't know is that I'm semi retired and driving for Uber for fun. From 1986 to 2001, I headed up food and non coffee product development for Starbucks. Before that, I developed and designed menus for Pan Am and Delta Airlines. So after 40 years in the biz, I know what's good. This is beyond good. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for the sample. I'm now a loyal fan.

Yelp
Order via the "Too Good To Go" And picked up next day at the store a huge bag of assorted bread for $5.99. The bread quality is very good (very artisan looking). I believe they are wholesalers, selling breads mostly to restaurants.

Yelp
Sullivan usually just sells to restaurants, grocery stores, etc., but today they had their first of I hope to be many bake sales. Ive had their delicious breads before, but today I just ordered pasties. They were all sooooooo delicious! I got the prosciutto one and the mango one. Both are must haves! The cookies were also some of the best I've ever had! One more thing: If you've never had olive oil cake do yourself a favor and make sure you do! And hopefully its from here because WOW. This was probably my favorite. It was so moist and the flavor was just perfect, Crossing my fingers they will do this again because everything was so tasty!

Yelp
Unfortunately, I love everything that I really shouldn't. One of them is sweets and another is bread. On top of that, I love everything Italian so I knew that I would love Sullivan Street Bakery's Italian inspired breads. I ordered online for their Saturday bake sale. We are hella far from them, but decided to actually wake up early and make the trek. They only open on Saturdays and only 9A-Noon. I chose a small (ish) assortment of things. I didn't get any pictures of anything because we're fatties and attacked when we got home. I kid you not, I pretty much had an entire Strecci with tomatoes all by myself. In one sitting! Fortunately, we got two! So good! We also ordered 2 each of the 3 Canottos. My favorite being the Mango Piña but they were all good. The Orange Olive Oil Cake was delish. The Colpa Degno, flourless triple chocolate cookies, were good but a bit too much... even for me. The Bianco Buns are great for sandwiches or just grilled with good butter & olive oil. Everything was fresh and delicious. And the aroma as you walk to the pick up window is intoxicating. One thing to note. If you don't plan on inhaling everything at once, perhaps some breads can be frozen for later? I ordered a six pack of buns and they pretty much only lasted 2 days. I think I will try freezing next time. Hopefully next time is soon!

Yelp
If you have never ordered bread from Sullivan Street, stop right now and do it!!! We ordered and paid using their webpage on Friday for Saturday pickup, very easy and convenient. Of course when I went to pick up I saw other things I had to try!! Their multigrain bread is amazing. We also bought the sesame, so many seeds and delicious. We tried the sweet breads with pineapple and mango and the guava, they were both delicious. I sliced my breads (after sharing) and froze them. They still taste great after heating. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
This little hidden gem is just that, a gem. I ordered a small variety so I could get a taste of all the bites they offered. I got the pumpkin pastry, the olive oil cake, the artichoke pizza, and the onion pizza. The pizzas were ok. I knew they weren't going to be saucy and cheesey, however, I found them to be a bit hard and dry. The pastries were all delicious and something I would go back for. Their system for serving customers if very NY aka fast and efficient. If there is a line, its not them, it's an indecisive person so don't get discouraged. I will be back to get a loaf of bread to give that a try and if course to get some more pastries!

Yelp
Best dam bread in Miami Dade county. Two friendly guys own it. I stopped by because I thought the retail store was open. Not yet. Some time in late 2019 or early 2020. I've been telling every restaurant I eat at to get their bread. Like I always have said. It ain't the water in Miami. It's the baker. And they got it right. I just wish they had more retail outlets I can purchase their bread from. With my big mouth. It may happen soon. It should be four stars only because of availability in other retail locations. I'll give it time.

Yelp
Best bread I have had in Miami...I always ask for bread when I dine at River Oyster Bar in Brickell and they told me this company supplies their artisan bread. Great sesame seeds along with a nice crisp crust and soft doughy bread. Sullivan supplies a few other top restaurants in the Miami area and their bread is also sold in the market section of Perricones. Great NY based bakery--cannot recommend enough.

Yelp
This is a wonderful wholesale bakery that is only open to the public every Saturday morning. The breads, flatbreads, desserts and coffee are to die for. Sullivan is my go-to every Saturday

Yelp
The bread is incredible! Wow NY bread in Miami finally. I met one of the owners very friendly, knowledgeable & a love for what he's doing. Great variety of breads, can't wait for retail shop to open!

Yelp
This is hand down the best bakery in town! I wish they would open more often to the public or have a little store in little Haiti selling their goods.

Yelp
I visited Sullivan Street Bakery Miami this past Saturday, Oct 24th for their final "open to the public" sale. Damn, I wish I had known sooner about their earlier sales! I arrived at 8:45 AM for the 9:00 AM sale and when I got to the counter, I was in fresh bread heaven smells. I was greeted warmly and helped by Steve and his co-worker as I proceeded to order one of everything in the store. Steve very kindly helped me to my car with my gigantic haul. I took home one loaf of every bread they make, in addition to their rolls, pastries and olive oil cake. I ordered a cup of coffee with half and half and sipped that as my order was packed up. Great coffee by the way, I even bought a bag of that. I got home and started off with the guava and cheese pastry and my husband had the prosciutto. We haven't had anything like this in Miami and we savored every bite. The following day, I sliced up the brioche loaf I bought and made the most delicious French toast. Sunday night, I layered American cheese on their rye bread and made grilled cheese sandwiches for my husband and I. My husband said it's the most delicious rye he's ever had. The rest of the bread is in my freezer chest and will be taken out little by little in the hopes of having enough to get us through to Thanksgiving when they once again will open to the public. C'mon guys, we need a retail bake shop from you.

Eric M.

Yelp
This is a review of their Saturday bake sales that they had for summer through fall 2020. This is the best bread in Miami by a long shot. It tastes like bread at the best Italian bakeries where I'm from in the northeast. Prices are quite reasonable as well. I wish they had a permanent direct to consumer option instead of occasional sales or wholesale only.

Yelp
I had a chance to sample a variety of Sullivan Street's breads this am. Every one of them was great and I'll be the first in line when the retail shop opens in February. (The people are pretty great as well.)
