Sultan Inn Boutique Hotel

Highly recommend this hotel! We had such an amazing stay, the location is perfect only a short walk from all the attractions. The hotel room is stunning, we felt like we were staying in a small palace with the exquisite decor, we even had a fireplace and seating area. The bed was super comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Everything was so pristine and well maintained. But the best part was the breathtaking view from the terrace where breakfast is served, you can see all the wonders of Baku while tucking into a delicious feast of various meats, cheese, olives, jams, freshly baked bread and eggs of your choice. This was our 3rd trip to this fasinating city and by far the best hotel we stayed at, the staff on reception are wonderful also, so friendly and helpful and recommended some fabulous restaurants for us to try. We cant wait to come back and stay here again, just book it, you wont regret it!

Amazing location in the Old City. Beautiful old building. Big, comfortable room. Reasonable rate during the Formula 1 weekend (probably because room was internal with no view). Very attentive staff, especially Zakir. Will definitely visit again.

A good boutique hotel in a good location in the old city near Maydan Tower. The rooms are abit dated with heavy furniture and curtains but clean and well maintained. Staff are great and helpful, particularly Orkhan who was very helpful to us. There are steep stairs to the upstairs rooms and the breakfast terrace with no elevator. The hotel offers breakfast through a partner restaurant called Terrace 145 and the breakfast is very poor. They offer the same eggs everyday and service is very bad. Our room faced the Flame Towers but there was a limited view.

My family and I loved staying in this hotel in Baku. It is right by the Maiden Tower in the heart of the old city. The rooms were comfortable, though as other reviews noted, the furnishings are a bit dated. Staff was very friendly and the terrace cafe where we ate breakfast was a pleasure to dine in each morning.

This place is gorgeous! The location is perfect, it’s the heart of the old city. There are many beautiful buildings around with the local vibe. Very cool staff. The staff is always ready to help with any question. My special thanks to Zakir! I have nothing to add to the fact that it was awesome.

Be careful, they are overbooking the hotel and then cancel people confirmed reservation few days before arrival. ||We made a reservation for two rooms in this hotel few months before arriving and our reservation wad confirmed. |It was important to us to make the reservation in advance because we were traveling in the week of Formula 1 race and we knew the city will be full. ||Few days before arriving we received a message from them telling us to cancel our reservation because the hotel is full. We asked Agoda to call them. They checked it for us and indeed they were asking people to cancel their reservation because the were overbooking their rooms. ||Because it was last minute we end up taking one room, instead of two in a different hotel, paying more for it.

We had a wonderful time in Baku, especially at Sultan Inn Hotel. We greatly appreciated the exceptional service from the entire staff, from the attentive manager to the helpful bellboy. Every aspect of our stay contributed to a memorable experience.

Lovely hotel, well located, friendly, attentive staff, good breakfast. Rooms nicely decorated and well-appointed. Free bottled water for guests available for guests from reception, which was a nice touch. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
