What a little gem in the heart of the old town! The location is fantastic - easily walkable to the main sights in town, with exceptional views of the Maiden Tower. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, though our room was below the 24-hr rooftop terrace, so we ended up with a bit of noise in the early hours. That said, it's worth it for the location and level of comfort. Staff were lovely and acocmmodating of all of our requests throughout our stay.

My husband and I went to Baku for our anniversary and we decided to stay here for two nights. We booked it through the hotel’s official website to get the best rate and we chose the room with the Maiden Tower view. It was very romantic and beautiful. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Staff were nice and helpful, they always helped us with our suitcases. Breakfast was delicious. You can easily get around the Old Town if you stay here but the downside is no taxis can get inside the Old Town so we had to drag our suitcases from the main street all the way to the hotel, which was exhausting. But for us, it was worth it 😁

Nice room, nice staff, well-located. However ... |Breakfast arrangement was confusing not well-communicated as to what was on offer, what the ordering process was. And, for a vegan, highly disappointing. Coffee was ok (not instant) but weak. I was offered eggs when I arrived, told them I was vegan, and then was offered "cereal". I said OK, and after 10 minutes, with the cereal not arriving, I simply left (I also had a plane to catch). The breakfast also smelt of cigarette smoke when I arrived, because someone was smoking (I smoke, but cigarette smoke is not something I want to experience at breakfast). The breakfast room was also quite unglamorous and cafeteria-like. The hotel needs to sort out their breakfast arrangement. You need bread. Juices etc.|The bedroom was pretty comfortable but the light switches I could not work out how to turn them off, so ended up just unscrewing the globes.

We had a lovely stay at the Sultan Inn. The terrace is beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. They know how to make guests comfortable and welcomed. I especially want to thank the restaurant manager Ali for making our last morning in Baku special. The rooms were clean and spacious and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing and had seriously the most hospitable staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and comfortable stay.

Among advantages can be highlighted rooms with electric fireplace , comfortable beds, location is in the heart of the old town and the view from the restaurant overlooking the city Drawbacks: if you book a room with breakfast included expect to be treated like they’re doing you a big favor by serving it, it’s a set of Turkish dishes which is by far less if you order it as a walk in, having it as a hotel guest felt more like a punishment for staying with them, they couldnt even serve Turkish coffee along with it, offered regular substandard coffee instead, big disappointment to start an exploration day like that. Also location is central but no cabs allowed yo drop by hotel so you’ll carry your luggage yourself around 10 mins Over don’t recommend staying

Highly recommend this hotel! We had such an amazing stay, the location is perfect only a short walk from all the attractions. The hotel room is stunning, we felt like we were staying in a small palace with the exquisite decor, we even had a fireplace and seating area. The bed was super comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Everything was so pristine and well maintained. But the best part was the breathtaking view from the terrace where breakfast is served, you can see all the wonders of Baku while tucking into a delicious feast of various meats, cheese, olives, jams, freshly baked bread and eggs of your choice. This was our 3rd trip to this fasinating city and by far the best hotel we stayed at, the staff on reception are wonderful also, so friendly and helpful and recommended some fabulous restaurants for us to try. We cant wait to come back and stay here again, just book it, you wont regret it!

Stayed here for 4 nights and was not disappointed. Clean spacious rooms which were serviced daily. A very good breakfast, excellent service from the staff in reception and at the restaurant. A great position in the old city by the Maidens tower. 5 out of 5.
