Had date night here with my love and we ordered the chicken kebab and lamb shank. Meat was tender and soft, not gamey at all, and seasoning was perfect. First time trying Turkish cuisine and it was so yummy! The kunafe with goat milk ice cream was such a unique experience the texture was so surprising! Recommended to try it out for yourself! The staff were very friendly too!

Food was amazing, service and ambience was really nice too. The food portions are always so large and always leave the place super satiated. The staff was really nice and even gave us freebies(hummus/goat milk ice cream) maybe cause I frequent this restaurant alot. Highly recommended, if you want exceptional food and service come here!

We just devoured the kunafe and baklava with a coconut shake — and wow, every bite was phenomenal! The coconut shake came with a scoop of coconut ice cream that was out-of-this-world delicious. And the kunafe? Served piping hot, perfectly gooey, and absolutely divine. We’re already counting down the days till we come back and try even more of their amazing dishes!

This restaurant, nestled in the heart of Kampong Glam and surrounded by distinctive Arabic architecture, offers a stunning view of the majestic Sultan Mosque. Serving a wide variety of dishes, it allows diners to immerse themselves in the authentic flavours and vibrant culture of Turkey.

Happen to come across social media that this restaurant provides good Kunafa dessert so why not give it a try but it was an utter disappointment with the experience receive. When we came, it wasnt busy at first so when we came, we straight away mention that we wanted to try the Kunafa. To my surprise the table who ordered later than us had all their food dishes prepared when we just ordered 1 item , which is the kunafa. How can the staff not realise that all the tables who came after us receive all their savoury items first and ours still not arrived yet? Secondly , when we asked and it came, the kunafa came dry , plain without sugar syrup on top or even pistachio. As you can see from the picture, its just plain and the taste was just plain kunafa cheese. Not sweet at all without sugar syrup , so we had to also ask for sugar syrup. We were disappointed with the whole experience eventhough the staff was being nice but to have it post in media and with what we get, is total opposite. will not recommend this experience.

We ordered the big kebab platter, some hummus and bread, cheese pide and chicken pide, deep fried cheese sticks (so good), and also kunefe. Food is good, but very expensive. The apple tea was simply apple syrup and no taste of tea at all. The coffee was also expensive and not very good. But would recommend the kunefe and hummus and chicken pide. We spent about $45 per person so definitely on the pricier end.

Every dish was presented beautifully, adding to the overall experience. What made the meal even more memorable was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and happy to explain the menu or recommend dishes to suit our taste. It felt like they genuinely wanted guests to enjoy both the food and the cultural experience. Overall, Sultan Turkish Restaurant is perfect for anyone craving authentic Arab and Turkish flavors in a setting that feels special and inviting. Highly recommend visiting for a relaxing meal that feels like a mini escape overseas!
