We got the kingfish starter, prawn toast, short ribs, and chicken. Plus we added roti. Overall, it's a very uneven menu.
The kingfish was incredibly fresh and tasty but the portion is small. I would treat this as an amuse bouche.
The prawn toast is very average if not disappointing. It tastes like a deep fried fish cake.
The short ribs are deep fried and lose their beef flavor. It's a waste of good short rib and the portion doesn't justify the price either.
The best dish by far was the peanut chicken. Incredible flavor, juicy chicken, and good portion for two people. Fair warning though it's VERY rich and fatty but well worth it. This dish is the only reason I'm giving the restaurant a 4/5 instead of 3/5.
Lastly, the roti is absolutely nuked in deep fryer. We thought it would be lighter and more of a baked consistency. We sent it back and it was removed from the bill, no questions asked, which we appreciated.
