We had a windowless humid room. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The employees are friendly but their English is lacking. It’s not a bad hotel but for that money you could easily get better quality. Too pricy for what it is. The laundry service is expensive (they count your items) but you could easily get a cheap laundry service by the kg nearby.

Friendly receptionist staff. Comfortable bed. Close to train station. Love the interior of the lobby. I preferred to stay at Scandinavian type at 3rd floor. Breakfast ok. Overall 4/5.

Highly recommended if you want to stay near Bandung station. The service was exceptional however,the room did not have refrigerator and the toilet was not well maintained as it was smelly. Great for short stays

I stayed at a charming hotel located on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from the main street. The hotel boasts three uniquely themed floors, each with a cozy atmosphere and seating areas. However, I found my initial superior room to be a bit cramped, making it difficult to perform my daily prayers (sholat). Fortunately, I was able to upgrade to a deluxe room on a higher floor, which offered a larger window and a similar layout. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast, which featured three options: Indomie, nasi goreng, and English breakfast, along with a bubur ayam buffet. For future guests, I'd like to offer some tips: - If you prefer a bigger room, I recommend choosing the deluxe room. - If you prefer a room with a window, be sure to request a higher floor (3rd floor). - If you're claustrophobic, you may want to avoid the Rusty theme, as it can feel dark and tight.

Very good location near the train station (about 15 mins by foot). Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Also, each room has a generous amount of snacks provided.

A very nice and clean boutique hotel, well designed. We got 2 rooms on the 2nd floor which had high small windows so no outside view, but still daylight in the room. Wifi is good and fast, breakfast basic but okay. Friendly staff who helped us with a day tour to the white crater and hot springs. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels.|We were surprised to hear at checkout that our deposit wasn’t returned because of blood stains in the bed linnen (my daughter had some healing wounds which left some small stains). They claimed that their laundry service would charge extra to clean the bed linnen. Although it is in their hotel policy (and apparently I signed for it), the Rp.100k charged per room is not in balance with the ‘damage’. |I appreciate the extra costs they gave but I travel extensively for almost 30 years now and have never been charged for stains in the bed linnen. Couldn’t give the 4th * because of this and got stuck with a 3* rating.|Last but not least, despite what others say and the fact that this accommodation is only 900m from the train station, I strongly recommend anyone not to walk but take a taxi or Grab - for your own safety :-)

Literally the best hotel in Java! It's clean, modern, and very comfortable. I love that the windows actually let light in and it feels like home! This could easily be a 4 star hotel.

Definitely going book again when return to bandung. Worth it. Great service and experience. Tasty breakfast.
