Went to the store in Myrtle Beach, LOVED trying several styles of the swim suits on in person. The two associates were so kind and very helpful when I was considering my options. The selection was great and I was really impressed with the volume of options in a smaller location. The quality is so good and they hold up well in chlorine at the pool and saltwater at the beach. No snags, pilling or construction issues. Loved getting a new SS suit to add to my collection while on vacation!

Lovely store with great merchandise. Unfortunately, I bought several items but decided to keep only 1/2 of them. I took the others (unused, electronic receipt, original tags still attached) and was told they do not accept returns (BTW - none were swimsuits - I kept those). Yes, they have it posted on a "small sign" so I just asked for a store credit that I could use later, as I was in a rush. Nope - not even a store credit. What's up with that? I would have been more than happy to come back later. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I referred several friends to this store, as I live locally - have reached out to all of them and said - Do NOT shop there - you as a customer are not valued. Rant over.

Of all things to forget when packing for the beach, i forgot bathing suits. Thanks to SummerSalt and Sandra it was the best thing that could have happened to me! This store is absolutely amazing in so many ways. There are so many colors, patterns and styles to choose from. I have always been self conscious in a bathing suit until I went in and Sandra helped me find the Surf style bathing suit. Sandra was incredible! She pulled each color available in my size to try on. I have never been this excited about trying on bathing suits or looking forward to wearing them. Everyone else working in the store was just as wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this location if you're in Myrtle Beach or checking out their website. They were also very accommodating to my husband and 8yr while they waited on me. Thank you SummerSalt and Sandra for making me feel confident!!

Horrible customer service, bought suits in store and my husband didn’t like them. Tried to exchange them for other items to be shipped to my home that were not in store. The four associates working in store had no clue and told me to email the company. Summersalt doesn’t even have a phone number to call- everything has to be done by email. Will no longer purchase from this company.This is no miscommunication- I have emailed and have not heard anything back from the customer service team, I am not a first time buyer- it is amazing that you responded to my review but not any response to the inquiry about returning.

Excellent service from all the staff, specially from Sylvanne! Fast, attentive. First time I am buying bathing suit from this company, eco friendly, will see the quality after couple of swims

The saleswoman was so helpful. I absolutely love my bathing suit! The fit was perfect and it is such a comfortable bathing suit. It doesn’t ride up and just fits so nicely. Definitely true to size!

Visited a few weeks ago and I am SO EXCITED that this brand has a storefront here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and when I showed them a picture of the swimsuit I was looking for they whipped out the exact one. They have a great inventory, and the location couldn't be better. And the suit looks FABULOUS!

Every time I have gone into shop at this store it has been an unpleasant experience. The employees are not helpful and don’t even greet customers when they come in. Their check out system is not “typical” and every time I have had issues when trying to pay. The employees make it seem like it’s my problem when actually it’s theirs. Their system doesn’t integrate with the Tanger system and incentives. The employees don’t know what to do and usually look at each other for minutes on end in confusion. I like the product but the store itself and its employees make it my least favorite place to shop.
