Summerville All Inclusive Resort

Besides the amazing food and drinks their staff is really what gives them the head start from other resorts. The staff is amazing from our check in to our check out they were incredible. We cannot wait to return! The sea view bangalô is a must have experience, amazing accommodation. Totally worth it!

Our experience staying at this resort was amazing and seamless. From the facilities, services, food, beverages, and the staff. Never at any moment did we have to wait for anything. The bungalow was great and spacious, with a second floor with kids' beds (although we didn't travel with any). It faced the beautiful ocean through glass doors. On the patio of the bungalow, you can set up a hammock and relax while listening to the ocean waves. The swimming pool was beautiful, and we didn't have to struggle for a spot. Same thing with restaurants...and that was the best part of it. No waiting!!!||The beach was nice, as we found a small, nice spot for ourselves. There was a natural ocean pool within a few minutes walk from the resort, and they also offered great services there for their clients, such as drinks, a sun umbrella, and beach chairs. ||The night shows were OK. Some need to improve more. The best show was the Brazil show with live music and dancing. However, the sound system seemed bad during the show, and the singer's voice was breaking apart. What a shame, because she was an excellent singer. The resort needs to promote the main show more, so they have more people to watch! Doing shows with no spectators is disappointing for any performers. So, it goes both ways: to have a good show, they need spectators! I understand that it’s a family-oriented type of resort, but it doesn’t mean they can’t put on good shows. And it doesn’t mean that all parents and their children go to bed early…it’s a vacation anyway. Why would you go to bed early?||The After-lounge bar was nice. But it would be better with live music rather than ambience background music. At least with live music, those tired parents can blow up some steam and have fun a bit.||The best afternoon live music while we were there was the Samba one. We even heard many people saying something like 'finally they're playing nice music'. I guess with Samba, it can't go wrong! ||All the restaurants were great. We liked the beach restaurant the most. All the staff were amazing and friendly. Plus, the view was priceless!

The resort was very well run. We stayed in the Bungalow, and it was awesome. The employees were very helpful and ensured all of our needs were met. I would recommend more food choices or keeping restaurants open all day to truly be all inclusive. I would also recommend butler services at the Bungalows. However, I would definitely return to this resort for rest and relaxation.

Very beautiful resort with access to the beach. Child friendly pool area. Very nice food and drinks. The staff gives excellent service!

The food was awesome!! My family and I enjoyed it a lot and I would love to visit this restaurant again every single day and my family would do it too. The croissant au chocolat was my favorite! My father loved the mimosas, and my mother loved the pain with bananas and dulce de leche.

We visited for a 4-night getaway back in early June, and let’s just say this place is very impressive and well worth the money. While Summerville is by no means the flashiest or most up to date resort around, the staff and service were nothing short of spectacular. We were treated with utmost care and professionalism by everyone we encountered and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Summerville has a great pool and other recreational facilities, with very well maintained guest rooms and resort grounds. The main dining area has so many delicious food and dessert options, that it can sometimes feel overwhelming by all the mouthwatering choices that were made available. I highly recommend the fresh made-to-order pasta station, both the red sauce and white sauces were next level. The chef talent and overall food here is a a few notches above average. But the Italian restaurant Peperone Cusina Italiana felt like a 5-star dining experience. We were treated almost like royalty by our immensely kind and respectful waiter Silvado. He checked up on us several times throughout the duration of our dinner and even offered seconds which we politely had to decline as the entree portions are rather large. Silvado is a rockstar, he certainly deserves a raise/promotion as his customer service and people skills are next to none. Overall I give Summerville 5 stars for providing us with an unforgettable and pleasant vacation.

Super cool place to visit. People are amazing there. They only need to improve on fruits and natural juice which is poorly selected. ||I would like to compliment the people who work at the Quebramar restaurant there who were lovely with us|Mislene, Geovani, Vitor, Rosa, Eliane, Genivaldo, Josuel, Camila, Davi, M Ramos, M Fideles, and from check in that received us and Mayara at checkout ||

The days we stayed at Summerville were incredible. The place is absolutely beautiful and the employees are thoughtful and kind. Also the food is great and well served. The rooms are great and cozy. The entertainment is also great and the dancers are so talented. Me and my family had an excellent time and a wonderful experience there.
