Summerville All Inclusive Resort

I stayed at one of the bungalows with a baby. The staff were welcoming and provided all items requested. Unfortunately there was no kettle available in the room for making bottled for the baby but they were able to provide a microwave. There was a kettle available in the baby room. There was no baby menu available in the bangalow restaurant. Due to the activities happening around the resort, it is loud until 10pm which is late for some babies. The restaurant for dinner only opens at 6:30pm which is also late for some babies. Small cutlery is not readily available at the baby buffet. All things considered, I still had a great stay with my baby.

My family and I spent 4 nights at the Summerville. I can’t fault a thing. The hotel is amazing, clean, the food is beautiful and service is the best. Everyone is keen to help and all very prompt.||||We will definitely return for our 3rd visit. ||||||

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is great. The food is delicious. The hotel is located facing to the sea. The hotel work with all inclusive system, all food and beverage consumed is already include in your reservation. The incredible is, the hotel keep high quality the food in all their restaurants..

Summerville was the first property I visited in Brazil, and although I couldn’t stay initially due to a booking error, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even finding a nearby hotel for me. One of the managers suggested I email to see if I could have the night replaced or discounted for a future stay. However, after some back and forth, another mistake with my reservation left me without accommodations again.||That’s when Mayara from guest relations stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and immediately offered me a complimentary room—without hesitation. Not only that, but she ensured my family of four had an unforgettable experience! We were upgraded to a bungalow and treated like royalty.||Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is perfect for families with kids. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food and drinks are outstanding. Summerville turned what started as a frustrating experience into an incredible one. Now that’s how you wow a guest!

All Perfect.||My wife and I recommend it because everything is very good. Service, apartment, food, apartments, everything. It was worth spending a week at Summerville.

In general holte is very good, personal attention, rooms, cleanliness, food, pools, main problem for me that I like the beach instead of the pool is that location is just in front of a reef and going to the beach needs you need to travel

Besides the amazing food and drinks their staff is really what gives them the head start from other resorts. The staff is amazing from our check in to our check out they were incredible. We cannot wait to return! The sea view bangalô is a must have experience, amazing accommodation. Totally worth it!
