Summit Motor Lodge

We were able to snag a good deal for 4 people. We stayed in unit 14 in which the carpark and the waterpool is just infront of the room. Although a bit dated, the unit is clean and well equipped. It has pots and pans, toaster, glassware, cutleries, fridge etc. The beds are comfortable to sleep in and the shower pressure is very good. The location is also good, close to takeaway shops, Pak n Save, Woolsworth and fast food chains. A plus is, the room has cable TV. 📺 Overall would stay here again.

It was great staying here, not only was it a great price but the rooms surpassed my expectations. They even allow your dog/cat to tag along for only 20$ per night. Although the location isn't too great for seeing the sights- it had a BP shop right down the road which was super convenient.

The biggest highlight for us was that our dog was able to stay with us, he loved it. The room was a good size and meeting worked well. The room was quite dated and the bathroom was a bit stinky. Shower pressure was great. Beds were comfortable enough and kitchen facilities good. Unfortunately we had some noisy people in the room above and below us and the rooms aren't very noise proof so this was a bit frustrating, but probably just bad luck on who else was staying. The internet speed was fantastic with no streaming issues at all.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. We came through for the kapa haka checked in on saturday checked out of monday. The only down fall was the spa was listed on booking website we got there an there was no spa, it was the whole reason for coming here for my dad an his medical stuff but all in all we enjoyed our stay an the workers were very nice & understanding thank you Ryoung & the team for awesome hospitality

Had the accessible unit here. And it was good. This room looks like its been altered to be accessible and its not bad. Even had a sturdy shower stool already in the bathroom. The beds were comfy.

Thank you Ryoung and team for being so understanding with our booking. So accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Beds comfy, rooms clean and we had our dog with us which was a bonus. Thanks again we will be using in the future.

Location was perfect, everythink down the road. My Daughter had the Best Experience in the pool and she loved how Beautiful our room was. We cant wait to come back

I stayed at Summit over last couple days while in Tauranga for Surgery. The motel is well presented, room was nice and clean. Staff were fantastic, and Nikki you are the best. Really enjoyed meeting you and for ur support and kind words. Highly recommend Summit and the lovely team. Will be back. Wayne ( New Plymouth).
