Summum Boutique Hotel, member of Meliá Collection

Warm welcome upon arrival ... met with a friendly greeting, a glass of ice cold Cava, an explanation of the hotel facilities and some location and dining tips. The Summum is ideally located in a quiet side street only a few minutes walk from the City centre. Breakfast was very special, good choice of pastries, fruit etc coupled with a bespoke eggs menu. The member of team in breakfast area (sorry, didn't catch his name) was so friendly, professional and welcoming. Our room (Suite Paretti) was just perfect ... huge comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, a well stocked mini bar and a unique ceiling decorated with Raphael-like images of nymphs! TV only had two channels (both news) in English ... another for entertainment would be nice. We didn't get to try the roof-top plunge pool or the sun area, but will next time. We can highly recommend this unique hotel and the very special team that makes it all work so seamlessly.

Fabulous staff! Very welcoming and attentive. On arrival we were offered a drink and had an informative chat about the local area. We were provided with a list of nice restaurants and were advised of sights we should try. A lovely breakfast was provided daily with perfect portion sizes. ||There was a pillow menu in our room, my pillow arrived within a short time of advising the staff of my choice. The staff here really couldn’t do enough for you.||Very central hotel, lovely and clean. Good selection of products in the bathroom, (although I personally didn’t like the smell of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash). ||Very clean and quiet hotel, and the best air conditioning I’ve experienced. Lovely welcoming arrival to the room where we had been left chocolates, a sun hat and a fan. Would certainly recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This boutique hotel is one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had in a fair while. Central and not far from all the local amenities. Way way way better than the overrated and horrible Es Princep. Some reviews don’t like the configuration of the bathroom and I would tend to agree but it is not something that would be a deal breaker if I were to stay here again. The bed is super comfortable and I had the best sleep I’ve had for a while. The A/c is perfect and not loud. The room is spotless. Breakfast could be better with a few more options for granola but that is just me because the other breakfast options are superb. Small, cosy and excellent service at breakfast. Most delightful staff at every level and the staff work well together as a team. I don’t really want others to find this gem of a hotel but I would recommend staying here

Everything about our recent 4 night stay at the Summum was outstanding. On arrival I mentioned to the pleasant woman who checked us in (Alicia I believe) that it was my wife's birthday the next day--when we went for breakfast in the morning, the hostess presented her with a lovely chocolate ganache and a glass of cava (and sang Happy Birthday which was very brave of her).||Everyone else we dealt with at the hotel was similarly guest focused. Front desk staff were helpful, the breakfast host for the other days was extremely friendly and pleasant to chat with, and the housekeepers were efficient and professional.||The hotel was developed from a former physician's residence and office and there are lots of small things to show how this was done, mementos of the old structure, and a very informative film which runs on a loop in the library showing the before and after pictures--most informative.||We didn't use the spa facilities but I did take advantage of the rooftop small pool and sun area--it was pretty hot the days we were there but the large umbrellas kept it pleasant and a nice spot to read for a while.||The Summum is conveniently located an easy walk from many of the sights of Palma and there are lots of good restaurants from casual to quite elegant within just a couple of blocks.||Highly recommend this lovely hotel for anyone wanting a luxurious but friendly stay in Palma

We recently returned to Summum Boutique Hotel in Palma for our second stay, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is stunning—a beautifully restored historic building with a unique atmosphere that reflects Palma’s rich heritage. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. What truly sets Summum apart, though, is the staff. Every member of the team is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special mention goes to the breakfast team—they were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, thoughtful, and always anticipating our needs, they made each morning a real pleasure, serving high-quality food with impeccable care and attention. We travel often and have stayed in many beautiful places, but Summum continues to be one of our all-time favorite hotels. We can’t wait to return

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is beautiful and centrally located with great touches. We loved the spa area that can only be booked privately per room, so you can enjoy the whole place to yourself! The staff was also very friendly, especially Lenut, who checked us in, chatted with us and showed us the hotel and our room. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We have just had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived and until we left we felt very well looked after. We have stayed in many beautiful places but the staff at this hotel are exceptional & an absolute credit to this hotel that makes it well worth the 5 stars ⭐️|The reception team are so welcoming and attentive & genuinely go that extra mile to make your stay pleasant. There was a young girl in reception and she loaned us beach towels and gave us water for the beach. She was always smiley 😊Another staff gave us a tour of the hotel & we were lucky to get a room upgrade room 305 at no extra charge. They provided information about the town and assisted directing us to a nearby beach to suit our needs.|The room was luxury and the bed & pillows comfortable we slept soundly. There was little touches like a fan & hat & welcoming note👍also the housekeeping would keep your room immaculately clean & our bed was remade as we were at breakfast & they would return in the evening make sure the towels were clean and tidy & shut your curtains 👏|Angel who served breakfast is also a very cheerful man who seems to enjoy his job👍& attentive. Breakfast was relaxing & good quality & range of food available.|We will return to this hotel when next in Palma city as it was perfect for us & we could recommend as a quality hotel & service which is second to none.

The hotel is beautifully renovated, cozy, and full of character. The service was exceptional – attentive and professional. It was my friend’s birthday, and we were amazed by a wonderful surprise prepared by the hotel staff! Small touches like this create unforgettable memories. Highly recommended – this place truly makes you feel special.
