Honestly, the atmosphere is amazing — the performers and DJ are a solid 10/10. The energy and vibe really make the place stand out. That said, the music is extremely loud, to the point where it’s difficult to place an order. Food-wise, the starters, sashimi, and sushi were quite good. However, the main dishes left much to be desired — we tried the lamb chops and cod, and both were just average. Definitely had better elsewhere. The biggest letdown was the service. It was very slow. Drinks took up to 30 minutes to arrive, and when I raised the issue with one of the managers, she mentioned it was busy — though that wasn’t the case. It was clear the staff were more focused on the larger tables that were ordering bottles, which left everyone else feeling overlooked. I even asked for a dessert menu at the end, but it never came, and I didn’t bother chasing it. Despite all this, the vibe alone might bring me back — just to see if the service improves. But for the prices they’re charging, they really need to get the basics right.

Thank you to Giuseppe for the excellent and accommodating dinner . Wagyu steak was excellent as always . There was some hiccup during dinner as a waiter spilled a glass of red wine all over my husband … but Giuseppe given a very accommodating solution .

Perfect Experience! An absolutely outstanding place! The atmosphere is just right, with great music and a DJ setting the perfect vibe without being overwhelming. The sushi is top quality—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff is professional, attentive, and always friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s the ideal spot for both a relaxing dinner and a lively night out. I’ll definitely be coming back! Milena Andrade

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was amazing. Love dancers and the food was delicious. The only downside I would say is the parking and that there is no air con as it was a very hot evening and could have been more enjoyable if it was easier to breath inside Hence why overall 4*.

Great atmosphere with live music. The waiter came straight to us and ushered us in a section as soon as we got in.

Myself and a friend stopped here for some dinner before going for a night out in Mayfair When we got there we were taken to our table and everything was fine, the waiter came over to take our order, we ordered something small each as we were going to be going out straight after dinner, the waiter asked ‘is that it’ which I assumed was a general question but after the rest of our experience I think it was because he wanted us to spend a large amount of money and thought we were a waste of time because we were not doing this When the food came we started to eat and the waiter was hovering over us the entire time, as soon as we put our forks down he would come over and try to take our plates, I had to say several times we had not finished yet. He then actually picked up our plates and took them before we had finished and when I called him, he completely ignored me and walked away?? Me and my friend were horrified by this but there was not a huge amount of food left on the plates only small bits so we let it slide, we continued to chat and the waiter came over and asked if we wanted the bill, my friend then ordered for a latte, 2 minutes later she was brought over an espresso cup with the smallest latte ever.. she has been to this restaurant before and ordered a latte so knows it does not usually come in a cup this small, but when she asked the waiter he said it was normal. As she was drinking her latte he then came over and told us we had 5 minutes then we had to leave as they needed the table? We had only been there for 1 hour and there were about 12/15 empty tables around us so plenty of space for other people to sit We tried to speak to another member of staff before we left to tell them about our uncomfortable and rude encounter and they said they were busy and walked straight past us, by this point we were just angry and wanted to leave The waiter was very rude, and made us feel so unwelcome, I think mainly because we were not spending a huge amount of money so he just could not be bothered with us. I would certainly never come back here again, and would not recommend this place at all unless you are planning to spent £££ because clearly the staff think you are a waste of time if you just want a reasonable quick meal before going out

Yelp
Horribly rude staff and poor service. I should have listened to all of the reviewers.

Yelp
It is amazing how an establishment aiming to serve the higher-end of the market be so clueless about service. It is not that there are a few rude employees, the management is messed up. Rather than trying to address issues they get aggressive and try to prove you wrong. I can go on with the details of service issue but I just rather warn you to think twice before spending a special evening at this place.

Yelp
Exceptional restaurant. Not sure why so many folks rate this place low. It's bogus. Food was excellent and the service was great. We went for my wife's birthday and ordered the beef carpaccio which was not only tasty, but also came with a nice smoke show. The truffle pasta and tagliatelle were both great. The Ferraro rocher dessert is a MUST! The Italian red wines were great and the DJ/music was all fun. You have to come late like 830/9pm when the party starts. Enjoy!

Yelp
There's a reason this place can't push past even 4 stars while claiming to be such a prestigious establishment. They even lie in response to reviews on google saying we disrespected their management when we were completely composed and respectful the entire time up until the end when their security continued to shout stuff at us while we walked away. You got what you deserved you're in no place to be talking about what you consider disrespectful to your establishment when your security puts their hands on your customers. I was profiled by a security guard who almost refused me entry over my prada formal sneakers while allowing people with t shirts and jeans and streetwear to enter. I ignored his rude and aggressive attitude and eventually made our way in to find our table... only for him to aggressively grab me by my arm when approaching the desk at the front. I told him don't put your hands on me and that was that. We end up complaining after dinner and miriam the manager sat and watched the "head" of security (some big guy with gap teeth) berate us, cut us off, lie, and try to intimidate us as we try speaking on the matter. We were completely respectful but they refused to listen to us. First he tells us "oh he's new take it easy" when two minutes later he goes "he's been here for 38 years you need to respect him" I am GROWN MAN. Not a child, don't speak to me like one. He then wants to tell me the dress code allows jeans t shirts etc, however I was being profiled for my outfit and almost refused entry because of it. (tucked button up with suit pants and prada formal sneakers) Miriam was not interested in a single thing we had to say, in fact she was watching like it was entertainment. We were completely respectful the entire time trying to explain as nicely as possible that all we wanted was an apology. The security all circled around us trying to intimidate us and when I finally was tired of being "nice" - I said i'm over this, let's go and tried to walk out, but the big "head" guy puts his arm out trying to prevent us from leaving. I make my way around and let them know i'm not eating here ever again and you can find better food because the service is BAD. I mean... The $130 steak that should've been a 10/10 felt bland and tasteless... How does one mess up A5 wagyu. Pasta was alright but was a 6.5/10 at best listed for a price that you'd expect the food to at least be a 9?? Found much better pasta at a place called Bella Ciao amsterdam, where we got a huge plate of pasta and a full pizza for around €15 and the food was ACTUALLY a 10/10. Service 10/10 and food was phenomenal and the employees were class acts. This place should take notes.. As we maneuver around the security which had all circled around us - we were met with a remark of "your attitude is just as sh*" and "don't like the food? but walking with a take out *laughs*" - Yea it was my fiancés 21st bday, I wanted to make sure she had extra food after drinking all night considering we're visiting and don't have a stocked fridge at our hotel...? Also have you ever heard of giving left over to the homeless? Don't care for it though, tossed it onto the ground where it belongs and walked off. Maybe security can lick it off the floor because that's the only way they can afford to actually dine at the restaurant themselves. Stop acting like we did that for no reason. this entire incident could've been completely avoided had you responded correctly from the start. Love how you try blaming US for your lack of training and basic knowledge of customer service. Either way, Is this how you treat people who pay $600 for a bday dinner with two people? This is your service? This is why you'll never be more than a bunch of sheep and wannabes in a wannabe city. Most power these people have ever had is being a manager or security at an "expensive" (but classless) restaurant and it's obvious. Nobody has any real clue how to actually run the establishment. No wonder they love to power trip. Former employees even claim these people to be a bunch of racists ... No surprise there.. I booked my reservation through my executive assistant, and had an amex centurion concierge associate on it as well to make sure reservation was set and 100% confirmed. But all was disregarded, we were still treated like 13 year olds complaining for no reason, made to feel stupid. Was even told the bouncer was coming to grab me in a "friendly way" - Which again does not matter you DO NOT put your hands on a customer in any circumstance unless they are posing a physical threat. Jealousy and envy must have gotten to them seeing people half their age living a life they can only dream of while working the same place for 30 years. Absolute joke. DO NOT DINE HERE unless you're a borderline pr*stit*te looking for a sugar d*ddy! then this is the place for you ! Because their rules won't apply to you... Only to the people who actually come for the food.

Yelp
If I could have given Zero stars I would have. Very bad experience! They are very rude. I'm from Los Angeles and I was expecting a nice experience but I got the opposite. They were rude from the start. After spending hundreds of pounds I was asked to leave for another reservation I was there under the two hour max. The women at the front desk needs to be fired I asked to speak with a manager and she pretended to be management. The manager was not helpful at all. I would not recommend going here you might be asked to leave for another reservation and only for the food to be bad. Everyone was rude and the food was horrible!!!!!!

Yelp
First of all, shall I start with the reputation this venue has? With the staged 'impeccable' management? Located behind Debenhams and harrods in Knightsbridge, I would have expected this place to live up to it's service well and treat their customers well with care. Unfortunately this was not the case in my friend's birthday. Coming well dressed escorted to an elevator to wait for 5 minutes with jo waiter to come and ask if we would need help. Being then seated three times to a corner table in the end. I asked for a wine menu twice, and they took 30 minutes to bring it for me. Finally we got to the food. The sushi was good quality. Good was fresh and well prepared, though still I felt a little overpriced, considering the lack of experimental or elaboration ingredients. We then asked for dessert and wanted the ice cream and the came with the caramel dome, which was meant to be famous at this restaurant. Before we even receive the dessert, we are told to leave the table and that our table is being taken away. I was beyond appalled. Us being told our table is taken away before dining would have made me want to leave the place immediately. The staff weren't even apologetic about this. We then reserved the dessert without the dome. We asked for the caramel dome, the waiter said to get back to us. After 25 minutes as our the dessert melted away, he came back to tell the chef had finished making those domes, and there was no more left. After that they told us to stand at the bar. After the overpriced sushi, dome-less dessert and awful service, I would not recommend this place. My friends birthday wasn't ruined but the arrogant staff could have done a far better job. Overall the interior is stunning, reflects well the architecture, with tropical and avant-garde mirror wall panels and dim lighting. The dark velvet seats added a cozy touch to it, but seemed very untreatable with the actual menu. The worst part was the 'classics' music night with 70s and 80s hits. Definitely a deal breaker for us.

Yelp
Bad. We had a reservation for later on and I asked to use the bathroom because we were in the area, and the hostess told me that I couldn't (even though she was well aware that I had a reservation). The place is stupidly gaudy, tasteless, and sceney, and the quality of the food is really low. The staff members are totally affected -- why would they not allow a customer to use their toilets? This place is the worst of the worst in a neighborhood with some good restaurant options.

Yelp
Food was great, music wasn't blasting so we could actually have a conversation. Staff were friendly, just wish the table settings were better. Initial table before being moved was set up like an interview. Will be going back for sure

Yelp
Very international and fun place. Great location. Liked Japanese dishes better than Italian . The lobster salad is awesome!

Yelp
I would love to say that the food was great but we never got the chance to try it. In fact, they were so rude to us that I will never get the chance to try it since I will never go back. I had some friends visiting from out of town and heard this place was fun and with good food. So I made a reservation for Friday night 8pm, 4 people. We all show up at 8:02 and when I gave my name, the hostess rudely said "You have no reservation here". I told her I had made one Tuesday, please check again. No nothing. I asked her to check under my phone number in case my name was misspelled after which she found a reservation for the following night, Saturday 12 March 8pm 4 people. She pointed to the computer and said no it is for tomorrow not tonight. I looked at the computer and saw my booking for the Saturday night. I told her they had made a mistake and that I had booked for tonight. When she unapologetically informed us that they were at capacity and had no tables available, I asked to speak with the manager. Now in all this time, she had been rude, dismissive and unhelpful. In my opinion, if there has been a mistake like this, one would assume a new restaurant would not like to offend its local customers and try to accommodate us if possible or at the very least apologise for the misunderstanding and offer that we come back another night. Instead, we waited patiently a few minutes safely believing that we would eventually be given a table even if we had to wait a bit, whilst she tinkered away on the computer. A while later, the manager walked in and she whispered something to him. He turned and said "I don't know why you think you will get a table here. There is no reservation for you at all in the system." Excuse me? She just showed me that there was a mistake and it was booked for tomorrow night. "Sorry Madame but the only booking we have for you is the last time you joined us on Friday 16th December, 8pm 4 people." I looked at him aghast. He showed me the computer and lo and behold the date had magically changed to December instead of March. I looked at him and said "Tonight was the first time I had ever reserved a table in this restaurant. And there is absolutely no way I came to eat here that night in December since I was in Los Angeles for Christmas." He gave me a blank stare and said "I already told you we are at capacity and you have no table". Now tell me, what would you have done in this situation? I had a reservation which they mistakenly put in under Saturday. This could have been an easily fixable situation, so which option would you want your restaurant manager to choose: 1. Apologise for the mistake and eventually give us a seat in the restaurant or even the bar upstairs. I'm sure there was an available table for emergencies somewhere at some point in the evening. 2. Have no table but apologise profusely for the mistake and ask us back in the future. So we leave annoyed but with no ill will. 3. Be so intolerably rude, post date the booking so it is no longer the restaurants mistake tonight nor do we have a mistaken booking tomorrow, lie about this change, make me feel that this is a discriminatory issue for not wanting any of us mixed race group in their restaurant, and lose loyal local customers forever. Well apparently Sumosan Twiga London would rather choose option 3. Good luck to any of you who choose to go there and good luck to the restaurant for implementing such a strategy at a time when racial exclusion is at a high and the restaurant business is teetering on the edge of a Brexit situation. To anyone not wanting to be mistreated, go to Nobu instead.

Yelp
I was told that their special salad which was full of lettuce and few bites of lobster is the best! And its not! A salad should be rich in its content. The sushi were too dried ! I will not come back again

Yelp
This restaurant has the rudest staff I have come across in my life. I booked a table at the restaurant and was taken to eat at the bar area at the top floor. I was not informed I'll be seated at the lounge/bar and when I asked to speak to the manager he said if you don't want to sit at the bar you can leave the restaurant!
