Average hotel, good service comfy bed but rooms need updating from their orange color. Pillows are way too big , scaffolding construction is unbearable and started at 7am and ran all day couldnt sleep. Good restaurant within walking distance to everything . Good price. Could be a little cleaner .

$90 deposit. $10 if you bring a guest back (they must present and hold ID). Kinda lets you know about the area you’re staying in. Lots of lady bars down the street. Definitely a bit shocking if you’re not there for that kind of ‘entertainment’ Wi-fi unsecured and slow. One key card system given, which is needed for use for power/air conditionings. So you won’t be able to power/charge when you leave the room, or keep it cool. If your room is facing the street, expect to hear loud music and karaoke from the nearby bars til 2am… and hotel construction will wake you up at 7am! Large room, high ceilings, big comfy bed and 4 pillows was a plus. There is a mini-fridge in the room. Pool closes at 8pm, rooftop bar open til midnight. Definitely the nicest part of the stay. $12 breakfast if it’s not included with your stay.

Nice urban hotel near the "life". Good hotel with exceptional staff from check inn to check out and also very open communication. Easy and safe for guests meeting and a nice roof top bar with acceptable pricing. Room well maintened and a good water pressure for shower with warm and stable water supply. Internet is ok, even sometimes very slow and nearly everywhere available. Breakfast is ok, even could be better im variation and quality, but still ok.|A very good place for business, holidays or entertainment .

Upscale hotel at the edge of the action area. Airport pickup was $20 and well work the comfort and peace of mind. Got the suite with balcony and it was more space than I needed. But sometimes necessary to get that wrap around balcony view. Accidentally went to the riverside location (this one is urban). That seems significantly nicer from the outside. Anyway be careful using Grab to choose the right spot. Room quality, towel quality and breakfast selection were 3.5 hotel rating. Bedding and accent lighting 4 star.

I stayed for 6 days in August 2025. I had very good experience. Was small issue and the hotel fixed straight away and almost everyone from the hotel staff saying sorry. Previously I stayed at the hotel 3 times and will stay again soon. Location perfect. excellent staff. Security excellent. Very well maintained facility.

Тhe staff was friendly and welcoming. Тhe hotel is located in a quite busy area of ​​the city, which made it an attractive place to stay. Тhe rooms were clean, the food was very tasty. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. Iwould come to the hotel again.

Hotel showing its age. It's unusual in design - windows face corridor, meaning other hotel guests can easily see inside your room and so no privacy at all with curtains open. There's also a curtain that separates the sink/washroom area from the bed - almost like you were in a hospital room. Again, unusual design. Flies, so many, in the room. Separate toilet room looked like it was in a janitor closet. Poor lighting in room, even with bulbs set to max. Staff is nice, location is good. My disappointment with the property comes down to the actual room - not what I had expected.

Hotel is in a great location just 3 minute walk from the Riverside and is spotless. The room is spacious and the bed and pillows super comfy|The staff are superb. |Hotel massage is the best I’ve experienced in my travels. |All in all, a super choice for anyone needing a safe and comfortable stay in Phnom Penh
