SUN & MOON, Urban Hotel

Stayed at 2 hotels in Phnom Penh and I wish I stayed at this one the whole time!! Exceptional professional and kind service from reception staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Room was large, clean!! And very comfortable. Roof top pool is nice and the sky bar has an amazing view you can sit with a drink or food and overlook the city. My favourite part was being able to use (not cost) the spa centre. They have two identical spas one for men and one for women. The spa has a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, showers and towels. I used all of them and they were amazing!!! You exit the spa through the massage spa which is for both men and women. Overall fantastic service and facilities. Would stay again

Went with OAT to this hotel. The rooms are adequate. The people that work there are anxious to please you. Breakfast was adequate, location felt a bit unsafe. Roof deck is a beautiful spot to relax, swim, have a drink. Had the best massage ever with Sina. Had deep tissue and she got rid of pain around my knee, worked all my back muscles and spoke English. Was a great way to end the stay in Phnom Penh.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. A UMUndoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹

Very disappointing experience. We came for New Year's Eve dinner/ BBQ buffet. The wine and drinks card was very basic. Only one type of white wine or red wine available by the glass. No sparkling wine (for a special event) or no rosé wine. Food was also very basic : fish nuggets, chicken sausage, small prawns, chips... No stir fried vegetables, no sweet potatoes, no tarot, no cabbage... A very poor selection of cheeses for the "cheese board" (two actually)... Our plates were not taken out of the table after having our first course, our second course and even our third course... We had to pile them up in the middle of the table. We even had to ask for water to be poured in our glasses... To sum up, a very cheap combination of food, drinks and service for a major profit. The location and the view cannot justify it

The rooms can be updated, staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is in walking distance to night market and everything else. The only thing I didn't like was that there was construction so banging started at 6 am and that you are literally in the red light district so it's loud late at night. The view is overlooking construction into the next building or in the instance of my children, looked into hallways of the building. For that reason alone I gave it 4 stars.

Really clean and comfy rooms with excellent service from the staff. You get an amazing view and the pool is so nice. The gym is also quite well equipped for a hotel gym and the morning breakfast was good too. The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive to people’s needs. It’s in a great location and is close to touristy areas, would recommend :)

Stayed here in March 2025. Location was 4/5, Room 5/5, staff 5/5, housekeeping was 5/5 and value for money was also 5/5. The shower drain got blocked on night but this could have been anything and didn't cause any real issues so I can't fault the hotel. Would I stay again? for the same price yes.

Had a great room, really big room, best bed I have had in SEA. Has a nice rooftop bar bit pricey for beer $4usd but the view makes up for it. Has an awesome swimming pool but be warned its right next to the redlight area. Restaurant has good food but extremely expensive for Cambodia
