February was not the best time to visit. However, all the staff were friendly.
We stayed in a dome-shaped accommodation for one night, but contrary to our expectations, we couldn’t see the stars while lying down. We had to sit at the table to see them. However, it was so cold that even with heating, it was hard to leave the blanket.
They should install an additional insulation layer, like a curtain, to prevent cold air from coming in through the door. The heating only comes from the center above, so anyone sleeping on the sides will be extremely cold throughout the night in cold weather.
It felt like a waste of money. In hindsight, staying in a regular tent would have been a better choice.
The dinner buffet was decent, but breakfast was terrible. Despite the high accommodation cost, we had to pay extra for a warm cup of coffee in the morning. There wasn’t even a toaster or sliced bread—only scrambled eggs were available.
Additionally, when we sat down for dinner, a staff member asked us what juice we would like to drink. We ordered mango juice, assuming it was complimentary, but the next day, we found out we had to pay for it. To make matters worse, several drinking glasses were chipped, which was quite shocking.
Also, the shower room does not have a handheld shower hose. There is only an overhead rainfall shower. If you have long hair or are a woman, keep this in mind.
This place was not what I had imagined. The management should address these issues for a better guest experience.
I wrote this long review in the hope that my honest experience will help improve this camp.
I sincerely appreciate the staff who always treated us with a smile.
