Rooms - Miniature Service - Poor Location - Area just for adult entertainment. Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was far below expectations. The photos online are COMPLETELY misleading—what looked like a spacious, modern room was in fact a tiny, outdated space. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, but were forced to sleep on an entire smoking floor. From the moment the elevator opened, the air was thick with the smell of cigarettes. It was unbearable. While the night staff at least tried to be helpful, the morning staff member, who spoke English, was rude, dismissive, and arrogant when we brought up our concerns. No apology, no effort to make things right. On top of that, the hotel is located in a red-light district, which is not disclosed anywhere in the booking description. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall, this was an awful experience and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Not worth the money, time, or stress.

Stayed about a week, tiny room but comfortable bed and that's what I paid for. They served complimentary curry in the evening, nice. Location was great. I was always in bed by 9pm but apparently there is ample nightlife in the neighborhood, early one morning, 4:00am, there was a drunk girl in the gutter (I gave her my complimentary hotel water, her hapless boyfriend was with her...) so bonus points. Covered parking for my bicycle. 2024

Very good hotel, would love to come back! First of all the check-in was very smooth as non-jp speakers. At the counter, they had a display with english options and a voice that guided you through the process in addition to the staff. That was very helpful. We had a twin room and it was quite spacious with an armchair and desk with chair and still lots of floor space. The view was good, we could oversee the city and Sakurajima. I am impressed by the anemities in japanese hotels. You get the standard set of pyjamas, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, razors, hairdryer, toothbrushes and so on. And a lot of it was made with reduced plastic content, which lessens the blow of all the single use stuff at least a little. The breakfast was a buffet and a good mix of japanese and western. I wasn't familiar with all the dishes or not used to eating them for breakfast, but I still found many enjoyable things! Only thing I dearly missed was hot tea! The only available tea was a cold green tea. The area the hotel is located in was busy at night with lots of restaurants and bars, which was fun to stroll through in the evening (even though I am not interested in the nightlife). It was still totally quiet in the hotel. It is also in walking distance to lots of public transport and a big arcaded mall area. The visitors seemed to be mainly japanese business men.

I stayed in Kagoshima longer then expected and had to change my hotel to Sun Days Inn. I wish I just booked with them throughout the entire time. They have great parking and are located in the heart of the city. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. As an English speaker I had no issues. I had several suitcases and they fit in the room with room to spare. the bed was comfy and the bathroom was very spacious. The restaurant had brunch in the morning at an extra cost but well worth it. It was a traditional Japanese hotel style breakfast buffet with delicious food items. Overall, I had a perfect stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the Japanese business/convention hotel at its best, and it works very well for singles and couples as well. The rooms are big, clean and fresh and well presented. The beds are very good, The bathrooms are larger and better equipped than the usual Japanese business hotel. The towels and amenities are generous. The breakfast - Japanese and Western - is very good indeed and surprisingly inexpensive. The staff are efficient. The location is excellent as long as you are happy to be in the middle of the bar/nightclub district. Restaurants are all around the block. It is walking/tram distance from everywhere you might want to see. It is reminiscent of the park Inn chain, only the rooms are bigger. Many rooms have views of the volcano. Really, this is an excellent hotel and you could not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Can't park into the parking even when arriving at 5 pm, not enough internet bandwidth so that you can't even go to Google.com... I'm not asking much in a business hôtel: a bed, a shower, and internet, it was too much for this hôtel 😞😓

I stayed in this budget hotel in Kagoshima with friends in July 2019. I liked this hotel for these reasons:|1. Very convenient location close to many restaurants and entertainments. |2. Comfortable room with all the basic amenities. Room size is adequate for a single person with short stay|3. Good service from the front desk who helped us to arrange for booking of golf courses and transportation.|4. Value for money with breakfast included.
