The lounge areas facing the beach have a $175 minimum and a 2 hour maximum. Parties of 6 or more have a gratuity automatically added according to the menu. We were a party of 5 and sat ourselves at a lounge area with a fire pit on a lovely, warm February day. We waited for a long time for service, ordered non- alcohol drinks and then waited forever to order our food. We started to get up and go to the taco stand on the beach when the waitress came and took our order. Then we waited and waited for the food. I believe we were there for 2 hours before getting food and only got one drink. The burger and fries were cold. Not even just luke warm, but cold. The Asian salad was good, the shrimp bowl was good. It was pricey and the gratuity was added automatically to the charges, paid $247

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was just me, so I didn't have any starters, but I was told the hummus is delicious. I had the chicken sandwich with fries, and it was good. Pricey sandwich and beer, but you really have to consider the location and view...it does make it worth it. The service was great. I made sure to go when I was going to get a decent sunset and I was not disappointed.

Sun Deck is aside of Hotel Coronado Del. Right beside of the beach. They have wonderful view and pleasant environment. We’ve ordered Baja Ponlano Hummus, the hummus with Avocado sauce is good but vegetables a bit too raw as we are not fan of raw broccoli😂. Spicy Shrimp with rice is very nice taste. Market Green salad with Mahi-mahi as added protein is also good match. The dressing is balanced to make salad adding flavor. But their sparkling lemonade is really not attractive. Even though they have no this drink on menu and they’ve tried to fulfill my expectation to create this one. I have still to say sorry for this drink. Overall speaking, it’s worthy to take ferry boat to Coronado beach, visit hotel Coronado Del to experience its 100 year history and to enjoy meal and drink under beautiful sunshine together with the breeze here!

Had to wait for our room for a while so we found this wonderful little spot. Beautiful views of the cool and the ocean. Mike and Jessica were outstanding at their craft. Wonderful bartenders. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It ended up being a very busy afternoon and all of the waiters were exceptional. I don't think anybody weighed us anytime at all for a drink or a meal. Had a great time, highly recommended it we were here over a week ago as well then was our waiter. We loved him. We came back looking for him but he was off. So sorry we missed you Ben. You were outstanding

This place is amazing. Drinks are expensive about $25 before tip on average but they’re delicious and you’re really paying for the view. Service was quiet they don’t bug you. They don’t really interact with you but they make some seriously mean drinks. 🍹 kudos to this team who run the sundeck always a pleasure going there as a special treat once or twice a year.

Great service from Ben, a beautiful beach view, and a wonderful atmosphere. The Spicy Baja Shrimp dish was fresh, delicious, and healthy. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for lunch or dinner. Their menu is limited but lot of drinks options as well as non alcoholic drinks. Nice view of beach and ice skating. Nice sitting place.

It’s a fantastic place to go to watch the sunset during the month of October. Yes, the prices are high, so I recommend they increase the portion sizes. How can you lose money on French Fries. Flat bread was very good and the burgers were very tasty, $30 bucks! My wife had a steak that cost $66 bucks. Yep that’s right and She deserved it! (Huumm, I could have bought 13 Costco rotisserie chickens for that price I was thinking). Ok, the view and atmosphere is breathtaking. The sound of the waves at dusk is wonderful. This place is big. What I like about it is that you don’t need reservations. Many open areas to choose from. Ok, did we enjoy it? Absolutely. Would I go again? Absolutely. For four people, expect to spend $300 including tips. Beer was $13 and I had two. My two kids (adults) loved it because, they didn’t have to pay. Good family time though. Lots of smiles so it was a great evening. Will go again, yes (next year)! 😊🍷 AI version: 😊🤓😇 If you’re looking for a breathtaking spot to watch the sunset, especially in October, this place delivers. The atmosphere is serene, with the sound of waves adding to the experience. It’s spacious, with plenty of open areas to choose from, and you don’t need reservations, which is a nice bonus. Now, about the food—it’s good, but pricey. The flatbread was delicious, and the burgers were flavorful, though $30 each felt steep. My wife ordered a steak for $66, which she absolutely deserved (though I couldn’t help thinking I could have bought 13 Costco rotisserie chickens for the same price!). The French fries? Tasty but small portions. I’d recommend increasing the serving sizes—after all, how does anyone lose money on fries? Drinks followed the same pattern: $13 for a beer. I had two. For four adults, including tips, the total came to $300. My kids (adults) loved the experience—probably because they didn’t have to pay! Would I return? Absolutely. The stunning view, great food, and family memories make it worth it. Just be prepared to splurge. We’ll definitely be back next year.
