We enjoyed our stay at this campground! We brought our two dogs with us and the cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable for all four of us! Unfortunately, while we were out zip lining on the first morning, our youngest dog was kenneled, and he chewed up a couch cushion through the cage. (He was only kenneled for about 3 hours). I took pictures and went to the Welcome Center to make them aware of the issue. I was greeted by a generous employee who told me he would relay the problem with the manager. After emailing the images to the manager, she emailed me back with a reasonable repair cost for the damage. I was not price-gouged and was treated with fairness and grace. |This campground is safe, quiet, and its staff is extremely kind and respectful. We enjoyed our stay despite the incident with the couch. I am very grateful to the manager and her staff for treating our situation with patience, as they didn't have to be so kind. I will definitely visit this campground again in the future and highly recommend it to others! ||Side note: If you have children, there were many additional outdoor activities on the property that were included in our stay. This campground has many things to offer for multiple types of families/groups!

We stayed at Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge for a short visit and overall had a decent stay. The location is great—close to local attractions—and the campground has lots of nice shade, which we appreciated during the warmer parts of the day. The amenities were clean and well-kept, and there’s plenty to do, but there were a few things that kept this from being a 5-star experience. Our gravel site had quite a few weeds and some large mud puddles, which made it tough to keep our dog out of the mess. Charging for the dog bath was also a bit of a bummer, especially since some resorts offer that as a courtesy. Staff interactions were polite, though not particularly engaging. For the price, we expected a little more polish and attentiveness overall. One concern was the lack of a storm shelter—there was a tornado warning during our stay, and no clear place to go for safety. It’s a solid campground in a great area, but just be mindful of site selection and weather preparedness. With a few improvements, it could easily earn that extra star.

The location is great! The pools are great. Looked like several things for kids to do. For us as older campers, the internet was TERRIBLE! We paid for cable TV in the cost but it was “Out” the whole time we were there. The Laundry rooms were good. $2 a load paid by credit card. The bathrooms were OK. Wooden doors are warped a bit which reduces privacy. The shower was clean but really needs a table to put your shower stuff on or more hooks or something! No curtain so I couldn’t enjoy my showers because I was worrying my stuff was going to get wet.

My husband & I have always enjoyed our stays at Sun Outdoors. WE Love the campground & the play area for our fur baby. The office staff are super nice & very helpful. What I did not enjoy was getting blindsided by an extra $33. on my credit card statement. We have no idea what camp spot is & did not ask for it. We will NOT be back again - don`t bill us for random crap and then give us a hard time about taking it off the bill.

This was our first time at this campground. After viewing photos online and reading reviews we did see that this was rundown and older. The staff are great when you arrive. However, I think 2PM is late for checkin and they are very stern on that. However we did call ahead as we arrived at 10:05. I had also called the week prior to see how early we could check in and was told 11 so we kept ourselves busy until 11. The campground was pretty empty so again, the delayed checkin AFTER I PAID AN EXTRA $30 to checkin early seems excessive. Upon arriving to our site ( water front FHU) we were pleased with site 419. It is beautiful on the river and we love a large site. The bathhouses are my biggest reason for the low stars. Both of the doors did not shut in the stalls on the left side and one was out of toilet paper the whole time. I didn’t feel like there was a constant effort to maintain cleanliness and that’s very important to families who consider their return. I did get this trip on a Black Friday deal which is why I am not as upset because I didn’t pay full price. All and all, it’s a safe place to stay and the waterfront sites are great.

Google
Rented an RV site here. They have wonderful amenities, super family friendly and absolutely stellar pool and play area. It's so close to everything and such a reasonable price. Totally worth it. Mostly gravel but they have nice wide roads for RVs and the back in sites were super easy to get in and out of. We had two minor hiccups while there. When we checked in there was a trailer in our assigned spot. It ended up being the storage trailer that belonged to the campground, they moved it quickly but the grass was overgrown. Not a huge deal but disappointing to not have a spot as well kept as the rest of the campground. Also, the Internet was trash. It may have been because we were at the far end of the campground but it was an inconsistent connection. We didn't use it much so it was ok but would have been nice to wind down at night and watch something. Otherwise it was great and we will stay again!

Google
Always a great time to be had here, close to everything but still away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist area. The grounds and comfort stations are always clean and well maintained. Office staff is pleasant and make the check in process super easy! We also loved the outdoor movie time last night at the pavilion and was happy to see the accommodations staff made for special needs guests and also how helpful the staff hosting the movie was. there were multiple people available to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Looking forward to the activities tonight!!!!

Google
Wonderful campground in Sevierville. They are close to everything, but in a very quiet area. You won't even know you're so close to everything. Pools are wonderful and our campsite was spacious and easy to get our camper into.

Yelp
I think that so far this has been my favorite RV park, we've been traveling and living in our RV so we've had the chance to explore some parks. This park has very nice spots, and the premium ones are amazing (we just saw them, they were kinda of pricey for our budget), they also have an arcade, a lazy river, a kiddos' pool and a small splash pad, they also offer a gym and laundromat, and for the furry babies they have a "bark park", and a doggie wash. Te lazy river is very nice, is heated and has the right size to just chill out, the children's pool is cold, but I guess is good for the little ones to refresh in it, I didn't go to the spa but I saw people relaxing in there, and there's also an adult pool, but you could see kids in there as well, my son had a blast. The laundromat has really good prices compared to other ones I have seen and been to, and I loved the gym, it's very well equipped and it was empty, so I was able to use whatever I wanted, they also have cleaners for the equipment and a very good size TV, just bring your water because they don't have a water dispenser in there. We didn't use the arcade, but it looked very nice with a lot of games in there, they also have a playground that is shaded by a beautiful tree, and during the weekends an ice cream bus comes to visit. The doggie wash was amazing, and its real cheap, just $10, I even think my doggies enjoyed it, the dryer needs more time, but you can add money for that. Overall our experience was great, it's located in a great area where pretty much everything is close by, I definitely want to come back.

Yelp
The campground is nice in some ways and aggravating in others. The sites seem to be wide. Plenty of room between you and your neighbors. Full hookup is great with no problems. Plenty of water pressure. On to the negative- I've not seen any one of authority come through and enforce rules. No security. We're dog owners and our pups stay on a leash and remain quiet. If you don't mind dogs barking everywhere then this is your place. The gravel sites need to be cleaned up. I think I have found our fire ring over in the weeds. A lot of trash all over our site. The pool area was nice, but this is too big of a campground for one pool area. Very crowded and plenty of adults at the pool using vulgar language around our kiddos. There could also be more benches in the play area for us parents who actually supervise our children. In conclusion, we like our spot. It is very trashy. Buts of garbage everywhere. The fire-pit ring is thrown off in the weeds. A lot could be done to make this place nicer. Straighten up the gravel sites. Spray down the weeds growing though the gravel. Fill in the mud holes from people's driving though the grass. This will be our one and only trip to this campground. Updated** Another example- Our last day, there were some adults at the pool. The conversation told us, these people aren't even staying here. They live up the interstate and come just to swim all day. If we had some kind of staff to check on things, this place would be much nicer and better for the paying campers. A positive is there are a lot of children and it's nice to hear them outdoors and playing.

Yelp
I was told to leave after day 2 of 7. I had reported to the front office an incident of harassment the night before at 11:30PM someone banging on my camper door. The person at the office was unsympathetic and kept interrupting me during my explanation of the event and never asked for my information. When I asked about security I was told the campsite only had security on Thursday through Sunday. I suppose it's a blessing since I didn't realize there's an asphalt plant next door. Follow up to the response from sun outdoors-I did not call and speak with anyone by phone that night nor did I know it was juveniles at the time. Not knowing who it was or why it happened terrified me since I was traveling alone. Shame on you for assuming my concern for children doesn't matter! My safety as well as everyone's safety should be considered-you stated yourself that security is only there for weekends.

Yelp
We love camping in our RV and we had several children and family members on our trip. There was something for everyone! We did have a To purchase a protected plug in as ours melted.

Yelp
I am so very disappointed in this RV park. We brought our 2 grandchildren 7 and 9 camping for their first time. We had showed them pictures of the Aerial rope park along with the creek front lots. When we checked in, we were told the aerial park was closed and the creek front lot was so grown up and it was probably a 3 to 4 for drop to get to the bank which they never got to the water . But we still had to pay a resort fee. I can not express how unhappy that I truly am! The pool area is nice. Also, went to do laundry after 4 nights with the 4 of us, and there was only one dryer in service out or 8 washer and dryer units. Ugh. Needs lots of attention !

Marge A.

Yelp
Park is nice and very well kept up. Disappointing laundry as most machines are broken and the dryers that do work suck. Lint screen doesn't work. When you open the door lint is flying everywhere. Premier Cottage is ok at best. Looks clean but then when you get in very dusty and trash under beds. Heating and A/C units work very well. Acceptable amount if towels but could be more generous. No soap, no dish soap. VERY minimal dishes/cookware. TV doesn't even get locals. Probably would recommend for RV spot but not cottages or cabins.
google avatar

Jess D.

Yelp
Customer service was amazing. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The spots are spacious and most are pretty well shaded. So much to do just in the resort. They have a few pools so nothing felt over crowded. Laundry has credit pay so you don't need quarters which is so nice. Some bath houses are nicer and newer than others. We never used the aerial park so can not comment much on that. The playground could use some shade, it gets hot very quickly. So close to everything in the area. If we are ever in the area again this will be our place to stay!

Yelp
Has been an Absolutely Great visit thus far. Beautiful scenery, quiet atmosphere and Incredible access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. Kind and Thoughtful staff.

Brenda W.

Yelp
been coming here for 6 years the price just keeps going up, and this year that added a $30 early check in if u come b4 2pm fees they now charge: $10 a day resort fee, $25 lock fee for a specific site $30 early check in did not pay early check in as we were there 1 1/2 hours b4 check in ( I thought check in was 1) in my opinion pf rv resort is really gotten greedy 4 what they offer. Geeez, what's next?? maybe ch for inter tubes to use in their lazy river pool??? got to pay their high priced CEO somehow...... $591.00 (after adding all the fees) for 5 nights is excessive IMHO. Last trip to PF rv park for us however their is a great family owned park called Claboughs (wears valley rd) much nicer park and no additional fees

John B.

Yelp
I really liked this place. The lots were plenty big and if you were lucky you had a huge lot on the river. We were there for a Rally. It had near 200 campers for the event. The facilities used were the conference center and open air meeting area. Great folks. Clean comfort stations, close to Walmart snd fuel. It was enjoyable. See ya next year.

Yelp
This was our second stay. We had a great time!! Place is very busy!! Staff was great to deal with. I think they need to break ground on another swimming pool!! The gym is small but that's what I like and it needs a little cleaning!! I did hear the pools are heated for the winter time!!

Jason L.

Yelp
Hello, I'm writing to inform of my stay at River Plantation. I was not satisfied. Called ahead and said that Pool would be open, but Pool/Jacuzzi/Lazy River closed, arcade closed (not due to covid). the entire park flooded after a heavy rain. Neighbors had 10-12 people on site, fire going all night (right by my bed). It isn't worthy of the name "Resort." I've stayed at other places in the area that cost half of the price and have far better amenities.

Yelp
Fantastic campground very close to the main drag in the heart of the smokies. This campground will impress you in many ways: Open year round Immaculately maintained Beautiful landscaping Excellent location Wonderful amenities - full hookup, pull thru sites, wifi, pool (2, as well as a hot tub), arcade, fitness center, golf cart rentals, kids playground and water park, small lazy lagoon in swimming area, cabin rentals, etc. Roomy sites Large interior roads (well marked if after hours arrival) Rv & bus wash Zip line hiking! If you love to camp and are looking for a great getaway give this one a try, you won't be disappointed!

Bob Dingle B.

Yelp
Well i came here for the weekend with my family and our RV was in their storage. We had called ahead and asked them to put it on our spot. We got here, checked in, went to the number spot we had, and our RV wasn't there. We waited for a few until we went to reception which apparently closes at 4:45 which is strange but whatever. Walked in and asked the man at the desk where our camper was and he said to go ask the lady in her office, went in and she quote on quote said " Well i don't know why he sent you to me because I JUST clocked out." Rude yes, but we got our RV which good thing we went in there or else we wouldn't have had a place to sleep. The kids wanted to go in the pool which is right across from us. Walked to the pool and the gates were locked. Called and asked what time they close the pool and they also close it at 4:45 which is ridiculous. They also close the arcade at 4:45. Now before we came here we had previously came here in the summer and they had shut the pool and the arcade at 9:45 which i guess it changed for fall but still ridiculous. Will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Yelp
This is a beautiful RV resort. The pools are great. We loved the warm water in the lazy river. There are lots of things for kids to do here. The shower houses are nice and the laundry facilities are great. We stayed on site 88 and had a nice concrete "patio" and picnic table. There are lots of nice trees here. I was counting on renting a golf cart, per their website, because I can't walk much due to disabilities. Upon arrival, we learned they aren't renting golf carts this year (I assume due to Covid-19, although they didn't say.) We ended up having to rent a car and thankfully, the car rental company sent someone to pick us up. Hopefully the next time we come, we can rent a golf cart for ease of getting around the campground. All employees we encountered have been very nice.
google avatar

Jerry F.

Yelp
The park is nice with level sites and lots of shade. It is very crowded with bicycles and golf carts ruling the roads plus people walking. Vehicles certainly doesn't have the rite of way.
google avatar

Jeffeory H.

Yelp
This is a nice park that is not in the middle of everything but close enough you don't have to deal with all of the traffic. The park is down a hill and makes it very secluded from the traffic noise. Upon entering there is a tree top rope course. As you arrive to the office there is a nice concrete pad to park on while checking in. The office staff are friendly and efficient. This park is super busy on the weekends so they see a lot of traffic. The check in process is fast and they have a small accessory store for those items you may have forgot or emergency use. The park's main roads are paved while the streets where most spots are are gravel roads. The pad sites have a concrete patio with a picnic table. The RV parking is spot is gravel base. The water pressure is amazing here. There is a nice pool area with a lazy river and a splash pad. The park has a couple of bath houses and laundry facilities. This parks laundry machines are not over priced as I've found at other places. Now for the downside of the property. The fire pits are oddly placed. Making them unusable at some sites. There are a lot of trees on some of the sites so satellite use may be affected. Make sure you inquire when booking.
google avatar

Susan C.

Yelp
This campground is nice. The staff is very friendly. It can use improvement. Some spots are all concrete; some aren't. Some concrete pads are too small! We had to go buy extra sewer hose to be able to hook up AND have concrete at our camper door. Our neighbors burned their trash every day (it's against the rules), and the smell of plastic burned our eyes and forced us inside. Also the trees around the river need grooming. The weeds around our concrete pad were at least 10" high in places. Great potential, but they need to spend money on the sites rather than adding more amenities. The price is reasonable. This was our second visit to RP, and most likely our last. They do give a Good Sam discount. As for us, we will go to Anchor Down and be in a pristine campground on Douglas Lake. It's only a few miles away...hidden, yet near everything.
google avatar

Hannah P.

Yelp
This place is beautiful!! They have 2 pools, and 1 lazy river and at night they light up different colors. There sites are very easy to get in and out of, and very clean. You get a nice concrete pad with a wooden picnic table. We came here to work an RV show, so we were in a "Civic center" building, it was clean and had nice restrooms. Plenty of seating too for visiting. Also, you are near SO many yummy resteraunts and amazing activities to do! Museums, aquariums, zip lines, roller coasters, and fast golf carts.
google avatar

Tina M.

Yelp
Stayed Aug 25-30 2020 in spot 401 on the riverside. We had a Signature site which is a concrete pad and full hookup. The spots are either gravel or pads but spots are level. Check-in station has three large pull-in areas to accommodate large RVs while you walk in office to talk to staff. They gave us everything we needed and an extra guest bag with PPE items since we are in a Pandemic still. Pools are clean and enough chairs for everyone and room to spread out. Remember to bring your own float for the lazy river. Shaded areas provided as well. Huge bouncy area for kids next to a great playground area and a basketball court. There is also a bark park next to that so parents can keep an eye on their kiddos while they let the dog play. Has a propane refill station. Includes a conference center and a large shelter for large gatherings.. Golf carts are for rent so those are in abundance if you do not have your own. Bathouses and laundry facilities are nicely situated as well. Firewood is on site and not allowed to be brought in by campers. The campground sign is large enough to see it from the road but it has a set of large wooden beams for its entrance like the Jurassic Park movie, not hard to miss those! Lol. We met so many other nice people and exchanged Facebook tags we will keep in touch with them all. Best camping week yet.

Yelp
I am rating the RV washing service only. We did not stay at the resort. We only used the wash service. We were very happy with the man who washed our RV. He was very friendly and did a great job. He even washed the roof.

Yelp
You never know what you will get especially is a tourist area and we were pleasantly suprised by this campground. The place is immaculate, the pools are great and the bathhouses are super nice. We reserved site 76 because it looked on google earth to be pretty nice and shaded and it was perfect for our 20' camper. The sites have nice concrete pads and the are very well maintained and level. My only regret is we didn't have more time there. But we will return. Very affordable and great staff.
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
This has to be the best campground in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area! Although it's located on the main strip, it's down a hill and away from the highway. Other campgrounds we saw had the pool and/or campsites less than 50 yards from the busy road. The campground was very clean and had lots of amenities! The pools and lazy river were awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

Jeremy L.

Yelp
One of our favorite places to stay in Pigeon Forge. Great place for kids. Bathrooms are clean. Pools are great.

M C.

Yelp
Nice park. Fairly clean cabin butttt no one told us there were no plates, glasses, pots, pans or utensils!!! After packing all our food to save on meals we didn't even have a glass for a drink of water. . They did share they don't provide any linens or towels so luckily we could sleep. No toiletries No soap shampoo etc. did offer toilet paper.
google avatar

Kailey C.

Yelp
Overall I had a really nice time here and enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were always clean and they are very nice. The toilets in the bathhouse sometimes had a hard time flushing but I'm sure it's just the toilet or how many campers are hooked up. When we first got here the first thing we noticed was how packed it is. So if you want a place that u can social distance this probably isn't the place. Each lot has a concrete patio and the lots are super even. The pool was always super packed and hard to find a seat. But once you find one your golden. I recommend bringing your own float for the lazy river bc they get used up quickly. The place is super nice and it's super peaceful at night. An ice cream truck goes through every evening around 3ish. I do wish they had baby swings so my toddler could swing. It's overall a nice place and the lots are super nice. The pools are clean the bathrooms are clean. I recommend this place if your looking for a good place to camp.

Yelp
Oh My Gosh, I cannot believe that no one has reviewed this RV Park!! I guess I'm the first so let me tell you this place is awesome!!! The office staff is so friendly and the park workers are friendly and helpful as well. If you have a problem they are all over it. It really shows that they are interested in making sure that your stay is the best that they can make it. I have only stayed on their Signature Sites but I have marked allot of regular sites that are awesome as well. The sites are level, wide, and long. I have a 41' Fifth Wheel with 4 slides and all the sites I have occupied have had plenty of room. The utilities have always been dependable even through the hottest of days!! Never had an power outage or lack of water pressure. The pool is clean and well maintained and they have a kid area along with a lazy river float pool - super fun!!! The bath houses are well maintained also. (along with the rest of the park) If I had to complain about something it would be the WiFi, I've had faster dial up connections, but I use 4G LTE so the lack of a good WiFi is not an issue with me and doesn't effect my star rating.

Ginger M.

Yelp
Sites are very close together. The "free Wi-Fi" was horrible if you could even connect to it but they were more than willing to give you upgraded Wi-Fi for a ridiculous fee. Cable never came in clear. The pool was so crowded even with supposed social distancing is wasn't enjoyable. People were standing in the lazy river making it impossible to float around it.

Kevin G.

Yelp
Very nice quite campground in a convenient location, the staff was very friendly. We stayed in one of the full hookup riverfront sites that we had reserved prior to arrival. They had all of the paperwork ready and it took less than 5 min to check-in. I would definitely stay here again.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
The campsites were nice but that is about all I can say. The office/store has nothing in it compared to all other camp stores I have been too. We were told that we had to keep a paper bracelet on all week to be able to use the pool which no one else had on while we were there. There is a lazy river but no tubes, everyone had to bring their own but since that is not advertised we didn't have tubes to use the lazy river. There are only 3 bath houses for over 400 lots and they are all on the first several rows and the last several rows aren't close to any. I went to the main bath house by the pool late at night (10 pm) so there wouldn't be a lot of people and there was a line for the showers, by the time we got to the showers there was no pressure and the water was cold. The other bath house near us may not have had a wait but that one had no privacy other than a curtain (one stall was even missing the inside curtain) so we choose the one by the pool since they had actual doors. The arcade isn't worth them advertising since its about a 10x20 room with about 10 stupid games in it. There was no fishing. We were there 6 days and there were no activities and when I asked they said activities don't start till the next week but yet on everything I read it said they had things like crafts, etc. If your not looking for any amenities and just need a campsite then this place is fine but that is about it.

Sandy L.

Yelp
This place had what we needed and more! From the call to make reservations, checking in, and leaving; we loved this place. The showers and restrooms were always clean, the fitness room was really nice, the laundry facility was clean and affordable. It had many other amenities and pet friendly! We will definitely return!!

Yelp
Absolutely love River Plantation. Been camping here since 2006 and have always enjoyed my stays. Only one issue to note, since the fires in the surrounding areas a couple of years back, there has been an ongoing problem with skunks. They don't seem to be afraid of you and we have had them come right into our campsite while we were sitting outside after dark. I have tried several things to repel them, but nothing seems to work. This is really cutting into my joy of camping here. Other than that, great family atmosphere, and great people all around.

Yelp
We stay around 5-6 times a year. Love the services the customer service the cleanliness the location the cost. We just enjoy it. There is one road in and out. Great for the kids to ride bikes.

Dave W.

Yelp
I have to say that in the 25+ yrs I've been full time traveling the 48 for work this is the most pleasant place ever. We pulled in to register late Friday, they were very nice and informative. As we pulled away from the office our truck had a failure, serpentine belt broke. We were able to get to our site and set up. I thought no worries and caught a ride with workmate before he left town and picked up the belt. When starting the project the next mornin' it turned out to be water pump also. They gave me a ride to the Napa and then insisted I pull into their shop and 2 of their guys stayed around with me and assisted with tool loans and hands on!!!! I'd never have gotten it done without them. THANK YOU Steve, Brian and ALL!!! And Merry Christmas!!!!

Wanda B.

Yelp
Located just off the parkway so very convenient to sights. Nice trees, side sites. Would be 5 stars if better Wi-Fi.
google avatar

Cassandra W.

Yelp
We stayed on a site by the river. The trees on the river were littered with trash. I was informed this was due to the river rising to very high levels. The campground is located near five oaks outlets and dining. There is a lot for children to do at the campground. There is an arcade, swimming pool, activity pavilion during peak season, zip line, and a river to fish. Caution, small children who tend to run off should be watched closely due to the close proximity to the river. The campsites are really nice. Ours had a concrete pad patio, picnic table, and fire ring. There was cable hookup as well. Front desk check in ladies were super nice and helpful. The whole campground appears well maintained. The littered trees isn't something they can help, but being by the road makes this site less desirable during the winter. We would definitely consider this campground again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to the five oaks area in Sevierville. The pricing was reasonable as well.

Yelp
This is a huge RV park with lots of shady spots that have level gravel parking. Each RV site has an adjacent grass area wth a concrete slab next to your RV. Picnic tables are at each site. The biggest issue is their limited WiFi service. With over 300 sites they only have 42Mbs that is constantly dropping off. What a shame they don't upgrade! Otherwise I would give this park a five star rating.

Yelp
First of all this "resort" falsely advertises free WiFi - which there is not. Additionally, the covers on our small, dirty cabin were covered in dirty streaks, and the bathroom - where you must take shower - reeks of sewage. There is also and additional charge for basic commodities, and the owners of the resort tyrannically govern the campground. Overall, these complications, along with some of the weakest amenities in the city, are why this was one of the worst trips me and my family taken. Will not go back here, and would recommend others to stay away at all costs.

Yelp
They advertise wifi but it's a joke . They should raise their prices and spend the money on wifi equipment or Do Not Say you have it when you don't

Yelp
Very nice place!! Don't count on the wifi, but that is pretty standard at most camp grounds. Clean pools and grounds. Nice quiet place, other than a rouge skunk running around every night. We will be back.

Yelp
What a fun place to stay! They have everything and love up and to the word "resort". Clean, tons of amenities and fun activities for families . Basketball, 3 pools, playground , game room, organized kids activities, entertainment and even church on Sunday! There is a zip swing climb adventure on the property , if you let them know you are staying there you get an awesome discount and it's a blast ! Great staff and front desk and very central location for tons of sightseeing .

Yelp
Our FB group had our spring rally here last week. Park staff, grounds outstanding. Lots of amenities and close to main st but no traffic sounds.

Yelp
This was our 1st time staying here. We love the space in between the camp sites , very nice. The over all park was nice & clean. The Roads were good & getting around the park was easy. The Bath house closest to the office was very clean as was the one on the back side. The pool bathroom needs a little attention. The Wifi was no where to be found. We had 2 teenage boys , they seemed to enjoy themselves , there was plenty of things for them to do. A few of the games in the game room were broken but overall good. The security guards were very friendly to our boys. The reason my rating is so low is because of the skunk problem & I don't mean just 1 skunk. The 1st night , i thought wow. When i was loading up our stuff on the 2nd night (we were leaving early the next morning). There were 3 different skunks that i was battling with just around our camper. It was just crazy , I felt like i had to have my guard up when the sun went down. That was not very relaxing.
