Watched a movie at this historic theatre. It’s a really once in a lifetime experience watching a current film in a rustic setting.
Seats are hammock type seating, pretty comfortable but a bit hard to get up after a couple of hours of sitting. Sound system was a bit patchy but you can still hear most of the conversation.
The interesting part was the grass patch in front of the screen, which was very popular with kids. They were literally screaming in with a bean bag in tow and grabbed their favourite spots there.
Refreshment kiosk has a popcorn stand and alcoholic drinks available too! It’s right next to the ticket booth, so you grab the food before going to any seat that you like!
There’s a visitor book in the theatre too, so you can leave your entry before leaving!
