I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's stunning ambience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a great variety of options, including delicious Indian cuisine. And the room service? Top-notch! The staff were attentive and prompt, making sure all our needs were met. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the entire team. The receptionist and staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special shout-out to Akalak, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - thank you for making our stay so memorable! The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool, were also a hit with me. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities.

I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fourth time we’ve stayed here since first falling in love with the hotel in 2006 because the rooms were quiet, comfortable and dark, and the breakfast was amazing. The welcome drink used to be delicious and now it’s just a small cup of very sweet tea. The breakfast used to be so delicious that we’ve never had lunch in Pattaya after stuffing ourselves. It is now divided between Continental and Indian buffet room so we tried both and found both inedible. Stale bread, cold eggs, watery juice, bitter coffee and cold dishes. The biggest disappointment revealed a glaring issue that never materialized during our 3 prior stays. At around 4 am we were awoken by a drunk woman ringing our bell and banging on our door after doing the same to another room. Security dealt with it but made me realize that this part of the hotel can be accessed from the street with no human or key checks. I finally fell back asleep when I was awoken from 5 am to 6 am by a couple arguing in their room next door. I called security but that resulted in more noise (chatter and walkie-talkies) but no action so I put on my pants, rang the doorbell and told them to please be quiet but couldn’t fall back into deep sleep. I’m retired and I was already pushing it by indulging in the excesses of this amazing city. I need my recuperative sleep so I will never stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya, it’s truly a wonderful choice if you want comfort, convenience, and warm Thai hospitality all in one place. The location in central Pattaya is unbeatable, just a few minutes’ walk from Pattaya Beach, shopping at Central Festival, and plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options, making it perfect for both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers alike. Staffs are very polite and helpful especially Poppy and Bong.

It is avery nice property in the hub of Pattaya. Beach is just about 200 yards away from the hotel. They serve a very lavish buffet breakfast. Happening place. I loved staying there. Staff is very hospitable.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I slipped and cut my foot and Johnny provided excellent first aid at the time, and follow up on the next day. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room needed a little maintenance (small doors only), else all very good.

First time at Sunbeam hotel. Very impressed with everything the moment I arrived. Beautiful hotel. Service is excellent. I was upgraded to a Deluxe room which was huge and amazing with balcony and sea view. Aircon was really good and they provided 2 keys which allowed me to have Aircon on and room cooled for when I returned during the day. The swimming pool is nice and chilled. Staff provided a great service. Thank you to Kanchana for her delicious cocktails and great service at the pool bar. I can find nothing to fault during this stay and will be visiting again in the future. Definitely going to book the Deluxe room next time !
