Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya

Very very good experience ,, Go for superior rooms if you are booking , you will love it . Spacious Rooms with best of the facilities. I think it’s one of the best properties in the cost in this region. Breakfast was also good. I wished to stay in the room for longer period. Will definitely book again whenever I am around.

It is a great hotel and offers fantastic breakfast. My suggestion is to think twice before booking a standard room here. Superior rooms and Deluxe Rooms are worth it. I Booked a Deluxe Room and was happy not to select the Standard Room. The staff is very cooperative and the services are great..

Staffs are very helpful. Good service. Hotel is neat and clean. Brakfast was good with large varieties. Had no problem with anything except a minimal problem with the bed moving.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Good location close to everything, beach is few minutes walk away, central festival mall. I would recommend anyone to stay here

Close to beach, maybe 2 minuite walk, if you want good food and good price the sailor bar between hotel and beach is great food and price. Rooms in hotel are very clean and quiet, electronic box beside bed controls all lights and do not disturb feature. Clean restraint and great food!

The pictures are very different from what we got… everywhere is old, toilet is smelly, breakfast is worse than street food. Good thing is it is close to the beach, however very noisy until 2am everyday as it close to the bars.

Excellent place to stay . Staff very helpful and friendly . Morning breakfast buffet everything available bacon toast all types of eggs you want , lovely Thia menu changes daily . Fruits sweets and drinks pastries as well . Also an Indian buffet . Close to the beach and all other amenities bars & restaurants , lovely street food every corner . My first time here , was so happy . Coming again soon , love this place . Also lovely pool with swim up bar .

The lobby looks decent but the rooms are small and weirdly made. The bathroom has a weird smell which seeps into the room as well. No dental kits, hand towels provided when we checked in. Even after the room was cleaned the bath towels weren't replaced. At the time of check out, the reception said that no porters are available. Falsely rated 4 star. At best, it should be called an average 3 star hotel
