Sunbreeze Hotel

The hotel staff was very helpful, resourceful, and courteous. This hotel has the perfect location. Just a few steps away from the downtown, but at the same time away from all the noise. You are just minutes away from the bakery, small breakfast joints, high end restaurants, and shops. The best place to watch sunrise. Rooms were awesome and well maintained. Hotel's restaurant food was excellent and it was always live. When you step out of your room, you are in the nature. I will highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay. Rooms were new, clean and spacious. Great pillows and beds and comforters. Fresh water and ice daily. On the beach and beachfront kept clean. Beautiful garden and pool. Bar and restaurant were amazing food. People came from other hotels to eat here. The staff was absolutely amazing. Arrange snorkel and dive trips through them. Ambergris divers right out front and very safe, professional and good to the passengers. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place. Our rooms were super clean, the pool is a nice temperature and the location of the hotel is so convenient. It's so close to the ferry station, the airport and some truly amazing restaurants. Everyone from the staff was so helpful, welcoming and always ready to answer any of the questions we had. Even though it's close to everything the territory has this relaxing vibe like you're away from it all. Highly recommend!

This resort was great for our 4yo. The pool has several steps to rest on and is only 4 feet deep. You can walk onto the beach and to local restaurants. But the restaurant on site is wonderful, has great food and drinks, and has live music several nights per week. It also has contacts with golf cart and snorkeling rentals, which made it so easy to coordinate adventures. Plus, the smaller resort size makes it feel like a small neighborhood because you see the same people every day. We loved it!

My wife and I went to seabreeze hotel for two days. We were greeted with a smile first of all. Secondly, the service was impeccable. Upon leaving they wished us a safe flight back home. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. You will enjoy!

I don't really do reviews. I don't mind the stars or multiple choice but I really don't write reviews. But in this case, it's a must. This property is an excellent choice. As a hotel GM myself, I understand hospitality and what a hotel should present to guests. and this hotel did great.||The ENTIRE staff, Night Audit, Front Desk, Managers, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Maintenance, ALL of them, were friendly and made sure every bit of the stay was great. ||The on-property restaurant had delicious food for all meals and was reasonably priced, especially for a beach hotel. By the end of the week, the staff felt like people we had known for years. ||Getting used to golf carts EVERYWHERE as the mode of transportation took a little while. I mean I could tell you how many, but it is a staggering amount. ||I could go on, but the only way to really understand this review, is stay there. You will not be disappointed.

SunBreeze Hotel exceeded expectations! A beautiful pool, courtyard, and seaside restaurant with clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and in a quiet area. This was a great location for an excellent price. We booked a snorkel tour which was a two minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend!

The main entrance here is from the road leading to the airport. We followed the beach from the sea and entered through the hotel's back door. The staff quickly spotted us and greeted us; they were friendly and helpful. The first night we stayed in room 108, which was very noisy, too close to the entrance, with people coming and going, and the Wi-Fi was terrible – no signal in bed, but normal in the hallway. The next day, we explained the situation at the front desk, and luckily, someone was checking out and preparing for cleaning, so we got a different room – great! Every time we encountered the front desk staff, they were very welcoming. Another thing: after eating fried food and local cuisine every day, my appetite was a bit resistant. I especially wanted hot water. Heating was only available from 5-10 am. I discovered a good method: I filled a paper cup with water, heated it in the microwave at the front desk, and after one minute, I finally had hot water! So happy!
