Suncoast Hotel and Towers

The buffet is not worth it. The lamb was cold and the dishes weren't very tasty, especially the curries. Buffet selection was small, dessert was stale, and service was absolutely slow. It wasnt busy took a while to top up the dishes had to ask them to refill the crab as there where only legs. I had 10 guests was faster to walk to the bar to get drinks. Wont be going back

Wonderful experience at Suncoast. Great location being close to the beach and walkway. Lots to do without leaving the premises - food, drink, entertainment. The staff is amazing - courteous and helpful. The rooms although on the smaller side are immaculate and comfy. The beach view is a must! Thanks to the staff for a great holiday!

We are so glad we stayed here even just for one night, the lady at front desk for check-in is superb, the room is modern, comfortable and clean! The service is top notch, breakfast has lots of selection and cappuccino is so on point!! Location is amazing, right beside the ocean with great views!! Wish we could stay longer next time if we visit SA again!!

Amazing stay and clean room. Staff was nice and helpful. And i also got a complimentary room upgrade. Would highly recommend the hotel

Our room was comfortable, clean, Seaview was absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We provided many with tips and completely appalled at their thankfulness. South Africa is beautiful and we certainly had the Experience to witness it personally in our Lifetime 🇿🇦❤️🇿🇦❤️

I had the most awesome time of my life. Traveled solo unplanned and the Suncoast team from receptionsts to ladies that cleaned my room, to the maintenance and dinning staff- they were such a bliss to interact with. Immaculate hotel, wonderful staff, great food, beautiful and peaceful scenery. The spar treatment was one of a kind.||Big thank you to the following staff members (just to mention a few):|Ayanda, Thobile, Lucas and Palvi - for being patient with me and accommodating my requirements given that this trip was unplanned and I rocked up the hotel without a reservation, yet I was treated like royalty 👑 ||Thank you for making stay a weekend to remember. I arrived empty and left with an overflow (I left blessed beyond measure). Thank you 🙏

Called to make a booking. Got there and no booking. Room allocated was not what was discussed. Very noisy area. Doors kept banging. Not a place if you want to just relax. However Tasneem called back and is following up.

Thank you so much to the staff at Suncoast especially Palvi Oddone and Rodney Paulse for warmly welcoming my mum and dad during their stay to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Mr and Mrs Reddy were taken care of from the moment they arrived and were made to feel very special. The facilities were 5 star and they felt very safe on their walks on the beach. Room was sea facing and beautiful and they enjoyed the complimentary cake on arrival. I don't know how to express my gratitude 🙏 for making their stay memorable ❤️
