"In a pine forest in Wisconsin Dells, Sundara was one of the first destination spas in the Midwest and one of just a few to offer Ayurvedic-inspired spa treatments. Sanskrit for “beautiful,” Sundara says they interpret beauty as both an inner and outer quality. The spa offers an extensive menu of treatments, from CBD massages and Reiki to salt bath treatments and Cryo T-Shock facials, which use periods of cold followed by heat to reactivate collagen and stimulate elastin. This year, Sundara added a Wellsystem Wave massage, which uses the heat and pressure of water to relieve stress. Guests can take a dip in one of the heated outdoor pools (including a swim-up bar stirring up craft cocktails) or an indoor pool area with walls cast from the rock formations along the Wisconsin River.
