We tried Sundays Restaurant and ordered three dishes😎Duck Liver, Smoked Trout Rillette, and Rösti.
First of all, the restaurant’s atmosphere was amazing. The moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and harmonious. The space was spotless, cozy, and filled with great vibes. We sat near the open kitchen! At first, we worried we might leave with a strong oily smell, but surprisingly, not at all! The air was clean and comfortable the whole time, which really impressed us.
Every staff member we met was so polite, friendly, and patient. They all greeted customers with a genuine smile and managed both reservations and walk-ins in a very organized way. You can really feel that they care about every guest’s experience.
Duck Liver👉🏾The presentation was absolutely stunning, almost too pretty to eat! The flavor was perfectly balanced, rich but not greasy or heavy at all. Every bite felt smooth and elegant, especially when paired with their sourdough. Honestly, flawless.
Smoked Trout Rillette👉🏾At first, we hesitated to order this because the presentation didn’t look very “Instagram-worthy” (you know how we all eat with our eyes first 😅). But the bar lady highly recommended it, saying it was her personal favorite on the menu and wow, she was so right. It completely exceeded our expectations. The flavor was fresh, delicate, and not fishy at all. Everything on the plate complemented each other perfectly, and the taste just filled the whole mouth in the best way. So glad we trusted her suggestion☺️truly unforgettable.
Rösti👉🏾Compared to the other two dishes, this one was a little less impressive but still enjoyable. It was tasty, though slightly overcooked and a bit oily, which affected the texture a bit. Still, overall, not bad at all.
Every dish showed great attention to detail and flavor, and with the warm service and cozy atmosphere, it made for a truly memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back to try more!
