Sundown Lodge - Powder Mountain

While they don't have the amenities of Snow Basin. The powder and huge terrain make up for it. They really could use a proper rental shop indoors and gear shop.

We had some troubles here getting rentals, partially due to a misunderstanding on our part and partially due to computer issues and them working with a new system. It was a bit of a clusterfuck but Hannah, Nick, and Brittney kept their cool and did an amazing job helping us get refunds. These three have all my kudos for being really helpful in a situation that sucked for all parties present. Would love to come back at a time when the team is familiarized with the system!

Best customer service I've been to yet. I've been to the Canyons and PCMR multiple times, and this was the best place ever! Will be coming back. The guy who helped us out was one of the best guys I've ever had the pleasure of working with..I missed his name, but he looked like Jesus. And had the grace of what I imagine Jesus to have. Just amazing.
