The first rooftop bar I visited in Phnom Penh, and I was very impressed by its vibe, drink selection, location, and overall atmosphere. It’s actually in the area of the famous Russian Market, and you can see it from above. I had their burger and thought it was quite good. They also have IPA beers, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The night I went, I spotted many expats and locals gathering, making the vibe even more interesting and lively. Love it!

Good vibe chilled out music , lovely people and decent value for money food , slightly pricey but okay. The entrance is quite shady, passing thru the vegetable n fish market is a bit of a put off and then climbing up 2 floors . Once you reach is certainly a worthwhile effort

This is such a warm and welcoming place- special mention to Taro, he’s a great bartender, he makes sure the people and the birds all have a drink 😂 Wonderful atmospheric views of Russian Market and the sunset. Definitely would recommend.

Good places to relax and cheer, variety of delicious food and drinks, also acceptable price, best service and environment. Highly recommend this place .

Beautiful spot, amazing food with variety of Options. Great cocktails for decent price. Taking a personal Transportation there is not highly recommended.

A great place to chill out for drinks. Getting to Sundown Social Club’s an adventure in itself. Nested just next to the busy Russian Market, you’ll need to weave to a slightly hidden flight of stairs to get to the next rooftop bar. Atop Sundown Social Club you’ll get a nice view overlooking the Russian Market area, perfect for a cocktail or two, while the sun sets. Would’ve given the place 5 stars if not for the food, which unfortunately doesn’t do justice to the nicely decorated bar.

Always a good choice for a drink with a view on the Russian Market at night and the place itself is very nicely done and decorated as well. Last time I had a meal there was a good while back but I remember it as tasty and the fruity drinks are well made. At times slightly inattentive but very friendly staff.
