This is one of the busiest restaurants in Kigali. Let me tell you! They have one of the best goat dishes in town. Fast and very tasty 😋😋. Passion fruit juice is a must have. I highly recommend to eat there. Good job guys! I'll definitely be back soon.

It’s a fantastic place to experience local Rwandan cuisine. I had lunch there and had the opportunity to try a variety of dishes. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is lively, making it a great place to enjoy the local scene. I prefer dining at such a good restaurant because I love the local food. However, I noticed some service issues during my visit, likely due to the busy time. It was a bit difficult to find a waiter and get my drinks. This area could use some improvement. Despite that, I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and vibrant experience!

This place is all about the "Nyama choma." We had goat and chicken — both were excellent, well-seasoned and full of flavor. The place was packed with locals and a few foreigners. Very reasonable prices for both the meat and the beers.

Local vibes, great food (though I sometimes can take a minute) and plenty of drinks! Eat with your hands and get the goat! 🥳

We were starving when we arrived and although they were packed, the service was fast! We ordered the goat for the table with individual sides. Soooooo delicious!

I waited for 10 minutes, thinking the staff might be busy, but nobody came. I had to call a staff member myself to request the menu, yet even after another 10 minutes, no one showed up. Eventually, I had to approach the manager directly to explain this ridiculous situation. Feeling upset, I left the restaurant. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but being treated with such neglect is simply unacceptable. I would never recommend a place that is so disrespectful to its customers. The food might be good, but the service was absolutely terrible.

Sundowner is the perfect place if you are in between what to get for lunch! Great Variety! Great service. Really good food!
