Sunflower B&B Hotel

The location is excellent, and the room is very quiet. The ladies at reception are friendly and helpful. They were so kind bring us coffee, and a light breakfast, despite a very early departure at 0330. Throughout our stay, breakfast was filling and delivered promptly on time as requested. Spacious room and bathroom. Very pleased with our stay. Would choose to stay here again upon return to Kiev.

This hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. and location is just a couple of minutes' walk from main square. My room was huge and well equipped with storage space. It was immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast was served every morning precisely on time. However, most important of all, for me, the staff were always SO helpful and friendly gave me maps of their beautiful city, ordered a taxi, printed my boarding pass and told me of life in Kiev. A million thanks to Anya and ALL the team! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Good room in a great location - walking distance to everything. The room is bigger than pictures portray and is quite comfortable. Love the old feeling. Good shower and decent breakfast. The point off is that the wifi consistently didn’t work even when we messaged for help to reset.

This is an excellent value, friendly, comfortable and clean hotel with very helpful staff. The location is very convenient and the breakfasts served in our room were lovely, and pretty hearty! I'd definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Sunflower. Don't be put off by the entrance, which though not attractive was quiet and well-lit. Our room itself was large and bright, and very clean. The free wifi was also much better than ours at home!

When I first arrived at the B&B I was a bit disturbed, since it's down an alley and has a pretty grungy exterior. But my room was large and very clean, the staff were really nice, and the breakfast was great - delivered to your room in the morning. My only real complaint was that on my last night the people who live upstairs were making so much noise all night that I couldn't sleep. If it wasn't for that, it would have been a really great stay.

We stayed here for three nights as we explored beautiful Kiev. The quality of the B&B was great for the price, the breakfasts were nice, delivered to the room with warm pancakes (and the B&B prepared takeout breakfasts one morning when we needed to be out early). I’m extremely picky and have high expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The B&B arranged for airport pickup, and gave me the best recommendations for dinner and lunch. The girls at the front desk spoke excellent English! I’m so very happy for my experience staying at Sunflower. The B&B is very centrally located to all the sites in Kiev. It’s a beautiful city and staying here made my trip!!!
