Sunglass Hut at Macy's

Very expensive and over rated. The mark up is too high they will never compete with Amazon. They will close soon because the majority of the people will look for the best price and the day of paying extra is over. Change or go out of business

The employees there didn’t give me the time of day and focused on one woman who was buying/trying on Gucci glasses. Finally after trying on 4 pairs of glasses the tall male employee came over to help.

Prices are decent but selection is low

I'm honestly not sure which is worse the selection that they have or the immature bushy haired brat that was sitting there picking her nose the entire time before my husband and I walked up came back a week later and I'm not sure if she was just new or actually didn't know a single thing about any of the glasses and had an attitude when I told her politely that another person was stealing a pair of the glasses she looked annoyed and said "I don't care if just work here" and giggled all the employees ever do there is sit around and look miserable and bothered by anyone that is interested in shopping there go anywhere but here its filled with middle school children just there to be annoyed by people on what feels like purpose!!!!!!What happened to people who actually were passionate about there work?!!!!

Was so excited to go get some sunglasses for my husband from here since he loved a pair at the location in Columbus , but the customer service by the manager was terrible. She was so rude. Tried calling to ask if they had a specific pair REPEATEDLY nobody ever answers the phone. So I finally went in and she didn't care about my opinion at all and was extremely short with me giving only yes or no answers. Would not recommend this location AT ALL.
