The worst customer service ever. Got transfer like 10 times and no one could transfer me to the correct dept for asking a simple questions regarding long term disability and Voluntary Accident coverage. I really dont know how or what kind of training they have but none of them able to help me answer a simple questions or transfer me to the correct dept. At the end the last customer service rep she was rude and had the audacity say "OK" when i said no one cant help me and I am going hang up now and she said "OK". Didnt even bother trying to help. SMH.
I never bother to write any review but this one i had too. Worst customer service i experience in my LIFE. Was on the phone for hours nothing done. Complete waste of time!
