I can surely give Voco Hotel 5*!! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a calm and cozy atmosphere.||The staff were kind, polite, and ready to help. Our cleaning lady was so lovely and always greeted us with a smile. She really went the extra mile to make sure our room was perfect every day.||Having washing machines available was a big bonus! We were there for 10 days so we could easily do our laundry for a small fee, which made our stay even more convenient.||The hotel is surrounded by local residents, which gave it such an authentic and homely feel. We enjoyed walking around and connecting with the people, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Amazing stay at Voco Shifu Hotel!I had a truly pleasant stay at Voco Shifu Hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful, calm and relaxing. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I also loved the location — it’s very convenient and close to many attractions.The housekeeping staff were polite and always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. The service overall was excellent, and I’d like to give special thanks to Jimmy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His attention to detail and kind assistance made my experience even more memorable.Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely come back again!

Had a fabulous stay at the Voco Guangzhou Shifu. As diamond elite members, we had a complimentary room upgrade and we were blown away. The room on the 12th floor was huge, with a dining table by the curved window looking over the city and the sunset was right in front of us. There was a separate walk-in wardrobe and a large round bath tub in the bathroom. We received hot delicious homemade soup on arrival into the room, as well as a complimentary fruit bowl and first round of the mini bar. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the whole room was exceptionally clean. The toilet was blocked but this was resolved within 10 minutes of calling reception. There are also communal washing machines and dryers to use at an additional small charge which we used. The breakfast buffet had many options to suit all tastes and the food was nice and hot, with some dim sum options as a treat. Also impressed with the gym - better than most hotel gyms we've used. Lots of modern machines and heavy weights. Excellent location, with the Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street mere seconds away. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. It's a shame we were only here for one night, would love to have stayed longer.

I had a wonderful stay at Voco Guangzhou Shifu. Although the official check-in time was 2pm, I was pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in without any hassle. This made a big difference to my travel experience and was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials. A lovely surprise awaited me when I returned to the hotel in the evening - hot soup was provided, which was a warm and thoughtful touch that really stood out. The staff were courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. I would like to especially compliment Emily and Jack for their outstanding hospitality. Overall, a great experience with small but meaningful gestures that made it feel very welcoming. I would definitely return.

We are very impressed by the staff during our stay at Voco Shifu. Kelly warmly upgraded our room which is fantastically huge and comfy. Gloria, Jack and Lily have been very helpful as we were waiting for our delayed luggage from the airport to be delivered. The location of this hotel is spot on convenient, in the middle of the shopping strip. We enjoyed sumptuous meals in two wonderful restaurants located nearby, great value for money! We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly come back in our next trip to Guangzhou.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The decors were modern and new. The breakfast was yummy, but the menu was always the same. The amenities were plentiful, and the workers were very friendly. The only down side was the laundry facility. The washing cycle didn't seem to incorporate sufficient detergent and the dryers left the second load of my clothes soaking wet, even with the heavy duty drying cycle.

Clean and big rooms in a good location.Good to be served by helpful staffs like May Li, Eden Yang, Renee Xiao (from the front desk). They are friendly and always smiling! Helping out to find our parcels and requests on booking of rooms. Our housekeeper, Hebe Deng did a great job in cleaning our rooms daily! We feel like home and comfortable throughout our stay. Love it!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is large and well-appointed, offering a significant difference from smaller establishments. The reception staff (Sunny,Jimmy & Lisa) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I will definitely return in the future
